【新唐人2013年07月11日訊】中、俄聯合軍事演習8號正式開始，中共海軍共有7艘艦艇參加。官方媒體都在高調報導這次中、俄聯合軍演，但專家指出，中、俄在中共出賣的故土上軍演，行為可恥。也有媒體諷刺說：你能想像我把你家給強佔了，然後再以主人的名義邀請你過來打麻將嗎？請看以下的報導。
中共喉舌聲稱，中國共有7艘艦艇，抵達俄國的「符拉迪沃斯託克港」外海——彼得大帝灣，參加中、俄聯合軍演。但中共媒體普遍避談軍演地點，其實就是中國人普遍認識的「海參崴」，而採用俄羅斯的稱呼——符拉迪沃斯託克。
長江三角洲地區發行的綜合性日報——《現代快報》的官方微博發文說，「中俄軍演處為中國割讓，在這裡軍演，怎麼看怎麼有種羞辱中國的意味。你能想像我把你家給強佔了，然後再以主人的名義邀請你過來打麻將嗎？」
旅美「中國民主黨」全委會美國委員會主席張健指出，中共強調老百姓應該愛國，卻用俄羅斯的名字稱呼中國故土，不僅說明中共對自己國土的不重視，也是再次對愛國人士的傷口撒上一把鹽。
旅美獨立評論員張健：「大家知道，俄羅斯這個國家是侵佔我們中華民族土地最多的一個國家。在這個時刻和周邊有很大的摩擦，那麼卻選擇和中國人民歷史上有結下很多仇恨的一個國家進行聯合軍事演習，尤其是在中國固有領海上演習，我認為這是對中國所有人民的一個最嚴重的、一個從愛國群體上的一個打擊。」
據《大紀元》新聞網整理報導，1949年，毛澤東和斯大林簽訂了《中蘇友好同盟協議》，中方除了「無條件承認」外蒙古獨立外，還承認海參崴「是蘇聯固有領土」，同時包括海參崴所轄的所有郊區。
而1999年12月9號，中共前黨魁江澤民和當時的俄羅斯總統葉利欽簽訂《關於中俄國界線東西兩段的敘述議定書》。這個議定書構成了今後中、俄邊界的法律文件。
2001年7月16號，江澤民再與俄羅斯總統蒲亭在莫斯科簽署《中俄睦鄰友好合作條約》，使俄羅斯與清政府的一系列「不平等條約」正式合法化。其中包括1860年俄國與清政府簽訂的不平等條約——《中俄北京條約》。這個條約將海參崴割讓給了俄國。
報導說，這樁關係到國家領土的大事一直被江澤民隱瞞，直到幾年後，這個條約經俄方公布，中國人才得知江悄悄的出賣了大片國土。
旅美政論家、美國中文媒體《中國事務》總編伍凡指出，中共一直用土地討好俄國人，像1924年給斯大林霸佔的中國黑瞎子島，幾年前就送給了俄國人一半，中共還大肆宣稱收回了領土。伍凡表示，中國所有的愛國人士都厭惡中共的賣國行為。
旅美政論家伍凡：「網民站在民族主義立場，而不承認『璦琿條約』、『北京條約』，滿清跟俄國人簽訂的統統不承認。中共長期也用民族主義打這個牌，來反對美國、反對日本，可是對俄國人它幾乎很少，不敢提。」
《維基百科》顯示，清朝最大國土面積達1400多萬平方公里，在兩岸分治前，中華民國也有1141萬8174平方公里，外觀形狀呈 「秋海棠」形，而到中共執政後，領土只有960萬平方公里了。中共一執政，180多萬平方公里的國土就悄悄的沒了。
「六四」學生領袖封從德撰文指出，中共在歷史上種種出賣民族利益的行為，譬如中國徹底喪失外蒙古等等，這些行為源於其基因，因為它骨子里根本就是蘇俄的，中共從成立那天起只不過是共產第三國際的一個支部，完全是蘇共豢（Huàn）養的。

CCP Sold Out Chinese Territory
Sino-Russian joint military exercises officially began on July 8.
A total of seven warships from the Chinese
Communist Party (CCP) Navy participated.
Official Chinese state media have reported this in high profile.
Experts have highlighted that military exercises
taking place on areas of land that were sold
to Russia by the CCP were shameful.
Some media likened it to occupied ones home, then inviting
you to come and play mahjong in the owner’s name?

CCP state media claimed that China had
seven warships arrive in Peter the Great Bay,
at Russia’s Vladivostok Offshore area,
to participate in joint military exercises.
But CCP media avoided discussing
the military exercise location, which is
Haishenwai, or Vladivostok in Russian.
The Yangtze River Delta region daily newspaper
Modern Express discussed this in its official microblog.
“Sino-Russian military exercises took place on land formerly
belonging to China, which is highly humiliating of China.
Could you imagine if occupied your home, and then
invite you to come play mahjong in the owner’s name?"
Zhang Jian, Chairman of US-based China
Democratic Party U.S. Committee commented.
The CCP always emphasizes that people should be patriotic,
but has described former Chinese land with a Russian name.
This shows that not only does the CCP not care about its
own territory, but also hurts the wounds of patriotism again.
Zhang Jian:"As you know, Russia is a country that
occupies the largest area of former Chinese land.
This creates great friction with the surrounding countries,
but choses to have joint military exercises with China.
As a country, it has so much historical hatred,
especially on former Chinese land, so I believe
it is a heavy blow to the Chinese people."
According to the Epoch Times, in 1949, Mao
and Stalin signed the Sino-Soviet Agreement.
This agreement stated that the Chinese side admitted
“unconditional recognition" of the independence of
Mongolia, and that Vladivostok was “Soviet territory".
This included all suburbs under
the jurisdiction of Vladivostok.
On December 9 1999, former CCP leader Jiang Zemin,
and former Russian President Boris Yeltsin signed
a new protocol on Sino-Russian Boundaries.
This protocol constitutes the future legal
documents of the Sino- Russian border.
In Moscow on July 16, 2001, Jiang Zemin again signed
another agreement with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
This was the Sino-Russian Good-Neighborly
Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation.
It legalized a series of unequal treaties
between Russia and the Qing government.
This included the unequal Sino-Russian Treaty of Beijing
signed in 1860 by Russia and the Qing government.
The treaty ceded Vladivostok to Russia.
It is reported that news about signing away national
territory was withheld by Jiang Zemin for a long time.
It was not until a few years later that
the Treaty was announced by Russia.
Chinese people know that Jiang
quietly sold out large areas of land.
Wu Fan is a US-based political commentator, and
editor of Chinese Affairs, a US Chinese media outlet.
Wu points out that the CCP has been giving
up Chinese land in order to please the Russians.
In 1924, Stalin occupied Heixiazi island, half of which
had been given to Russia several years before.
However, the CCP wantonly declared it recovered territory.
Wu Fan said that all patriotic people in
China hate the CCP’s traitorous behavior.
Wu Fan:"Netizens won’t recognize the Aihui
Treaty, or the Beijing Treaty, which the Manchu
government signed with the Russians.
The CCP also plays with nationalism.
It opposes the United States and Japan,
but it rarely dares to mention Russia."
Wikipedia indicates that the largest land area of the Qing
Dynasty was more than 14 million square kilometers.
Before the ROC took Taiwan, it had over 11 million square
kilometers of territory, in the shape of a begonia flower.
After the CCP came to power, its territory was
reduced to only 9.6 million square kilometers.
Under CCP rule, over 1.8 Million square
kilometers of land have gone secretly.
Feng Congde, a student leader in the June 4 event,
points out in an article all sorts of traitorous CCP
behavior in history, including the loss of Mongolia.
This is because the CCP has roots in its Soviet genes,
and the CCP had been a branch of the Communist
Third International, in the complete control of CPSU.
