【新唐人2013年06月29日訊】新疆再爆衝突 鄯善60多人被捕
新疆鄯善縣爆發的流血衝突還沒有平息，6月28號南疆和田市和首府烏魯木齊又分別發生流血事件。
據中共媒體報導，北京時間28號中午，和田市發生流血事件。傷亡人數正在核實中。但報導中沒有進一步提供案發詳情。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，世界維吾爾代表大會發言人迪裡夏提表示，和田發生問題以後，當地通訊幾乎半癱瘓，當局正在嚴密封鎖信息。
同一天下午，烏魯木齊公安局群發短信說，一名犯罪嫌疑人在翻越武警市支隊圍牆時被抓。同樣沒有披露案件的死傷人數及細節。但有傳聞，事件中有1人死亡，2人被捕。
據當地居民介紹，目前烏魯木齊市區全面提升戒備，進入市區的車輛須接受檢查，商業區的維穩人員，也在清理攤販，禁止擺攤。
另外，迪裡夏提透露，根據從吐魯番獲得的消息，鄯善縣至少有67名維吾爾人被中共政府逮捕，其中包括婦女，最小的年齡是13歲。
朱瑞峰：雷趙醜聞判刑為平息輿論
而轟動輿論的重慶不雅視頻案，28號重慶法院以敲詐勒索罪，判定案件女主角趙紅霞有期徒刑兩年，緩刑兩年。其他一些同案犯肖燁、許社卿、嚴鵬等，分別被判10年、4年、3年6個月不等。
而前重慶北碚區區委書記雷政富，則以受賄罪被判處有期徒刑13年，罰款30萬元。
大陸公民記者朱瑞峰對英國廣播公司《BBC》中文網表示，這個判刑結果是為了平息公眾情緒，是當局在考慮了世界媒體的報導與關注，以及中國網民的聲討之下所做出的一個綜合量刑。
朱瑞峰認為，雖然中共當局表面上懲戒了雷政富，平息了公眾的輿情，但是，當局試圖以此來掩蓋另外20名官員的情況，不再追究他們的責任並作內部處理，同時還不公布另外一些官員的名字。
廣東警方出動長槍隊鎮壓示威
另外，在廣東惠州市博羅縣湖鎮鎮，數百名村民6月27號圍堵鎮政府示威，抗議當局不理民意，強行在人口密集地區建造垃圾焚燒發電廠，污染環境。
據《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導，警方如臨大敵，派遣近百名全副武裝的防暴警察，攜帶長槍、警犬，前往鎮壓。
由於警方火力強大，村民被迫撤退。
據了解，湖鎮鎮新作塘村主任欺騙村民，讓不同意興建垃圾場村民的簽名，當全村都簽名了，後來卻變成全村同意。村民從去年11月開始，發起多次遊行示威，並試圖阻止施工，而造成流血衝突。

More Blood-shedding Incidents in Xinjiang
On 28th June, before the incident in Shanshan,
Xinjiang had completely quietened down,
more blood-shedding incidents took place in Hotian
and Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang.
The Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) mouthpiece media
reported on 28th June,
a blood-shedding event occurred in Hotian,
but the situation had been effectively taken care of.
Casualties were being verified.
However, the report did not provide
further details of the incident.
According to “Radio Free Asia", Dilixiati, spokesman of
the “World Uyghur Congress" said that after the event,
Hotian’s telecommunications were paralyzed.
The CCP closely guarded all information.
On the afternoon of 28th June, messages from the Urumqi Public
Security Bureau said a suspect in the city was arrested.
According to local residents, Urumqi city was on full
alert; all vehicles entering the city would be inspected;
and no stalls were allowed on commercial area streets.
Dilixiati said that according to messages from Turpan,
at least 67 Uighurs in Shanshan were arrested,
including women, with the youngest being 13 years old.
Lei And Zhao are Sentenced to Quell Public Opinion-
On 28th June, Zhao Hongxia, protagonist of
the “indecent video case” in Chongqing,
was sentenced to two years in prison,
suspended for two years.
Other accomplices Xiao Hua, Xu Sheqing, and Yan Peng,
were sentenced to 10 years, 4 years, 3 years and 6 months.
Lei Zhenfu, the former party secretary of Chongqing Beibei
District, was sentenced to 13 years imprisonment and fined
300,000 yuan for bribery.
Reporter Zhu Ruifeng told the “BBC" Chinese network that
the results of this sentence is to quell the public mood.
The CCP was taking the world media coverage and concerns,
as well as Chinese netizen’s demands into consideration.
Zhu Ruifeng said that on the surface, the CCP did punish Lei,
but it attempted to cover up 20 other officers in this case.
They will not be held accountable for internal processing,
and some of their names have not been released.
Armed Police Suppress Demonstrators in Guangdong
On 27th June, hundreds of villagers surrounded the
city hall in Huzhen, Guangdong.
They protested against the authorities ignoring public
opinion of constructing a waste incineration plant and polluting
the environment in densely populated areas.
According to the “Chinese Jasmine Revolution"
website reported that
the police station dispatched nearly a hundred heavily
armed riot police, carrying rifles and police dogs to suppress villagers.
The villagers were forced to retreat due to
the strong police force.
It is understood that the new village director
asked villagers to sign a petition disagreeing with
building such a construction.
After he collected all the signatures, he changed the
petition into “agreeing with” building such a construction.
Villagers protested a few times since last November.
They also tried to stop the construction process and
it resulted in blood-shedding incidents.
