【新唐人2013年06月22日訊】6月21號凌晨，一則短訊迅速在大陸微博上被轉載，上頭寫道﹕「11個律師在大連辦案，準備開庭前的準備工作。所在賓館房間突被警察包圍，現正敲門要進入房間盤查。」而21號當天上午，根據部分律師形容，大連西崗法院進入戰備狀態，現場風聲鶴唳、草木皆兵。如此大陣仗，是為了對付13位法輪功學員和替他們做無罪辯護的律師。
6月21號上午，大連西崗區法院戒備森嚴，周邊各類警察密佈。
代理法輪功學員辯護律師唐吉田：「李蘇濱（律師）本來也是要進法庭，但是他們中山法院無理的把他拒絕了，現在他和另外一個郭海躍（律師）可能就在那附近。」
代理法輪功學員辯護律師郭海躍：「我的當事人是委託兩個律師，但是現在他們要家屬上（庭），說是一個人只能有兩個辯護，所以我退下來。現在外圍還是有便衣，停了好多車。」
據了解，這13名被起訴的法輪功學員，是因為替一般民眾安裝能收看《新唐人電視臺》的衛星接收器，而遭到警方的綁架和非法起訴。律師們認為，法輪功學員沒有危害社會的行為，中共當局也沒有任何法律禁止收看《新唐人電視臺》的節目，因此，這些法輪功學員都是無罪的。
唐吉田：「他們（中共）也沒有一個明確的、具體的、能夠說服人的規定，所以把這樣的行為做為犯罪來處理，顯然是沒有任何道理的。」
北京律師王全章：「這我說是大家都明白的道理，這個國家不是你做正確的事情就會被合法的對待。」
烏魯木齊網友張海濤：「我覺得幫助民眾安裝這個電視天線，如果這樣就被當局審判，確實是一件令人很憤怒的事情。」
大連司法局在4月12號原定的一審開庭前，規定律師們不得為當事人做無罪辯護。並且在當天重兵部署抓捕旁聽人員和毆打律師。中共當局為甚麼那麼懼怕律師為法輪功學員辯護？而安裝衛星接收器又是何罪之有？
唐吉田律師：「因為對於一個合法性欠缺的政權，他維繫自己的統治，平時的話，更多的就是靠謊言，在一些特殊的節點上，他要靠暴力，所以他意圖壟斷所有的訊息，特別是對認識社會本質有幫助的事件，他一定要把它遮掩住。」
網友表示，在中國發生很多事情，國內都沒有報導，他是透過收看《新唐人電視臺》才了解到真相。
張海濤：「我覺得他這個電視臺，能夠比較客觀的報導一些真相，然後就是通過一些評論和觀眾熱線，能夠使民眾能夠辨別是非，能夠看到真相，如果是廣大的民眾都能夠看到真相、都能辨別是非的話，那對中共的邪惡控制是很不利的，所以他很害怕。」
長期關注中國人權的《六四天網》創辦人黃琦表示，他常常收看《新唐人電視臺》。
中國《六四天網》創辦人黃琦：「保障信息流通這個很重要，我們希望當局能夠停止對這些法輪功朋友的抓捕，立即無條件的釋放這些朋友，同時採取有力的措施，能夠保障中國大陸的信息自由流通，能夠讓民眾根據自己的選擇，和愛好，閱讀、觀看各種電視節目。」
據了解，這些年想進入中國市場的外國媒體不在少數，但都遭到中共當局的拒絕。
唐吉田律師：「我希望有更多的海外無論是中文或其他文字的媒體，能夠突破封鎖，能夠在中國大陸落地，能夠發揮作用，讓中國大陸的人眾，從矇蔽當中更快的走出來，能夠有更多的人去了解我們這個社會病在哪裏﹖應該用甚麼樣的藥方去療治﹗」
唐吉田還表示，既然習近平上臺提出了三個自信，那為何還懼怕海外媒體在大陸公開播出﹖為甚麼不讓民眾自己去判斷、去選擇﹖真理應該是讓民眾去認識，而不是強行灌輸﹗

Case of 13 Falun Gong practitioners in Dalian Concerns Legal Community
In the morning of June 21, a post was rapidly spread on
China’s Weibo microblog .
It said: “11 lawyers were preparing the case for a trial,
when police suddenly surrounded their hotel rooms.
They are knocking at the door and trying to enter the room.”
According to the lawyers, security at Dalian Xigang Court
was very tight.
The lawyers we’re pleading not guilty in the defense of
13 Falun Gong practitioners in court on that day.
On June 21, the police were everywhere
outside of the Xigang District Court in Dalian .
Tang Jitian, defense lawyer for the Falun Gong practitioners:
“Li Subin (lawyer) was stopped from entering the court.
He may be with Guo Haiyue (lawyer) nearby.”
Guo Haiyue, defense lawyer for the Falun Gong practitioners:
“My client hired two lawyers, but now family member were asked to present in court.
and only two from the defender are allowed,
so I wasn’t allowed in.
Now, plainclothes police and many cars
still surround the outside.”
Sources say that the 13 Falun Gong practitioners were sued
for helping residents to install satellites to watch NTD Television programs.
The police illegally arrested and sued them.
The lawyers say that the Falun Gong practitioners actions
haven’t brought harm to society.
The law doesn’t prohibit anyone to watch NTD programs.
Thus, these practitioners are innocent.
Tiang Jitian: “The Chinese communist regime doesn’t have
a clear, specific, and convincing regulation.
So to treat these peoples actions as crimes is obviously unjust.”
Beijing lawyer Wang Quanzhang: “Everyone is clear that
in this country, when one does right things,
there’s no guarantee one will be treated justly according to law.”
Urumqi netizen Zhang Haitao: “I think that if they’re being
sent to court just for helping residents install the satellite,
this is definitely something that enrages people.”
On April 12, Dalian Bureau of Justice scheduled the
first trial for Falun Gong practitioners.
However, lawyers were not allowed to defend the
practitioners not guilty plea.
Same day, the authorities also sent police to arrest
those bystanders in the court, as well as beat the lawyer.
Why were the authorities so scared of the lawyers’ defense?
What crime is committed by installing a satellite receiver?
Tang Jitian: “The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) lacks of
legitimacy, in order to keep it’s power, it relies on lies.
For specific issues, it uses violence.
Thus the CCP intends to control all information flow.
Especially if the matter concerns bringing understanding on
the nature of China’s society, the CCP certainly will cover it up.”
Netizen Zhang Haitao says there are many things that happen
in China that China’s media don’t report on.
He says only via watching NTD Television did he understand.
Zhang Haitao: “I feel NTD objectively reports the truth,
and, through their commentary and hotline for audiences to call
in, it enables the audience to recognize good and bad,
and to see the truth.
If everyone can see the truth, recognizing good and bad,
it weakens the CCP’s evil control, and it’s afraid of that.”
Huang Qi, founder of the website 64tianwang.com says
he often watches NTD programs.
Huang Qi: “Ensuring the flow of information is very important.
We hope the authorities can put an end to arresting
Falun Gong friends, and immediately unconditionally release them.
Meanwhile, to take effective measures ensuring the
freedom of information,
so that people can read and watch different programs
according to their own favor.”
Sources say that in recent years, many foreign media
have wanted to enter the Chinese market. Only to be rejected by the CCP.
Tang Jitian: “I hope more overseas media can break through
the censorship, can set up in China and can play a role in
helping the Chinese people walk out of darkness.
Many people will understand what’s wrong with our society.
One should do whatever one can to resolve this!”
Tang Jitian also says that Xi Jinping raised
“three self-confidences”,
yet why are they still scare of foreign media broadcasting
in Mainland China?
Why can’t they let people to judge and choose for themselves?
The public should be allowed to know the truth,
instead of being forcibly brainwashed.
