【新唐人2013年06月20日訊】中共領導人習近平最近強調，人心向背關係到中共的生死存亡。他說，目前要集中解決形式主義、官僚主義、享樂主義和奢靡之風的「四風問題」。因為這「四風」是當前群眾深惡痛絕、反映最強烈的問題，也是損害中共黨群、和幹群關係的重要根源。不過，海外中文媒體從習近平的講話中，嗅出了習近平即將開始新一波的整風運動。
習近平18號出席一項有關「群眾路線」的工作會議，他在會中提出，要對作風之弊、行為之垢來一次「大排查、大檢修、大掃除」。以「照鏡子、正衣冠、洗洗澡、治治病」為總要求。
但是有網友批評，「洗洗澡、治治病」、扭轉不良風氣，為「空話、套話」。
也有網民說，「（中共）黨的生死存亡跟百姓無關。國家的興旺才是大事。」
《自由亞洲電臺》引述中國政治分析人士俞梅蓀的話說，中共每屆新領導人上臺都會開展「整風運動」，結果黨員幹部的風氣越整越糟。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「這種大掃除，他拿出中共歷來延安整風的一貫的手法，但是是否搞起來、有沒有效果，這個真的不好說，我對這個不看好——整風。」
人們很難忘記，在上個世紀40年代的「延安整風」，開創了令人聞風喪膽的整人模式，外界普遍認為，「延安整風」是最恐怖、黑暗、殘暴的權力遊戲，為中共後來幾十年的一系列政治運動模式打下了基礎。同時，毛澤東通過整風打擊了政敵，進一步確立和鞏固了他在黨內的地位。
但是，時事評論員夏小強指出，中共這次所要進行的「整風運動」，和「延安整風」的歷史背景、原因和目地大不相同。
夏小強分析，習近平的整風，是在一個複雜的背景下發生。他說，自從習近平上臺之後，試圖通過改革而有所作為，但卻遭到中共體制內利益集團的阻撓和抵抗。尤其是來自江澤民的利益集團。
時事評論員夏小強：「這幾個月來，不斷發髮生中共高層的博弈，以及現在外界所看到的中共高層一種嚴重分裂的狀態，就說明瞭這一點。比如香港媒體消息說，習近平在政治局常委擴大會議上，剝奪了新、舊常委的一種『免死金牌』，把反腐『大老虎』的概念升級到政治局常委；同時，近期以來，審判江派人馬劉志軍，媒體不斷拋出劉志軍等人的猛料，矛頭指向江澤民等等。」
此外，在中共外部，夏小強指出，中國社會已經到了一個火山爆發前的臨界點，中共利益集團對民眾的壓榨盤剝、中共的血腥高壓維穩，已經把中國民眾推向了絕路。現階段大部分的中國民眾已經對中共不抱有任何希望。
夏小強：「中國社會現在的實際情況，實際上中共已經逐漸的走向一種失控的狀態，比如現在中國各地農村出現了不少不受中共官方控制的地下組織，這種地下組織風起雲湧。學者有估計，至少有250多萬個民間組織在政府管控之外。」
夏小強進一步分析，大部分民眾都已經心知肚明，中共垮臺是肯定的，只是時間問題。其實就是中共已經病入膏肓，而習近平把「整風」當成了一記「猛藥」。
夏小強：「其實，中國民眾對中共的存亡已經不感興趣，中國社會的未來以及中國如何平穩的走向一個沒有共產黨的社會，才是人們最為關切的問題。人們都知道，中共作為一個邪惡政權，它在垂死之前，在體制內的任何動作都是白費力氣，都無法改變中共解體的命運。」
夏小強說，在習近平講話的背後，其實是發出了加大力度清除黨內利益集團的信號，但最後能否打到江澤民、周永康、曾慶紅這樣的大老虎？夏小強認為，這倒是值得人們關注的看點。

Xi Jinping Stressed People’s Support or lack thereof
to Decide the Survival of the CCP
Recently, China’s new leader Xi Jinping emphasized that
people support or lack thereof, relates to the
Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) survival.
Xi said, currently"four problems" need to be resolved:
formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and luxury consumption.
As the four problems were the publicly most hated
and were being handled fiercely at the moment.
It also damaged the roots of connecting
the CCP with the masses.
Some overseas Chinese media know from Xi’s remarks that
a new political purge is on its way.
On 18th June, Xi Jinping attended a"mass line"
working session.
Xi said that the ill working-style and filthy behavior need
to be"thoroughly inspected, fixed and cleaned-up."
The general requirement is to “check in the mirror,
washing oneself, and seeking doctor"
(it hints one needs to be self-disciplined")
However, netizens questioned that “washing oneself and
seeking a doctor"can correct bad morals?
They believe that it is empty talk.
Netizens said that whether the CCP can survive or
not has nothing to do with the general public;
the country’s peace and prosperity are the major issues.
Radio Free Asia cited Yu Meisun, a China Political analyst,
that every new CCP leader coming to power
will launch a new political purge movement.
But it results in the worsening of cadres’
morality and work-style.
Hua Po, Beijing current affairs observer:"Xi carried out the
CCP’s traditional way of the Yan’an Rectification Movement,
whether there is an effect, it’s still too early to say,
but I am not optimistic about the rectification movement."
For Chinese people it is hard to forget about the
Yan’an Rectification Movement in the 1940s.
The CCP invented the fearful political purge model-
the Yan’an Rectification Movement.
Outsiders believe that it is the most scary, dark and brutal
political purge in order to grasp power.
It sets an example for the CCP that it has used in
a series over several decades of political purge.
Meanwhile, Mao Zedong used it to remove
his political opponents,
so as to make further establishment
and strengthen his power within the CCP.
Xia Xiaoqiang, the current affairs commentator said that
now Xi’s “Rectification Movement"are different.
As the circumstances, the reason and purpose
are different from the Yan’an Rectification Movement.
Xia Xiaoqiang said that Xi’s Rectification Movement
was launched under complicated circumstances.
Since Xi took office, he intended to do
something good via reform,
but he encountered resistance and obstacles
from interest groups within the CCP,
especially the Jiang Zeming faction.
Xia Xiaoqiang:"In recent months, incidents of
the CCP’s internal struggle constantly occurred,
outsiders have noticed this splitting status, which
has proven the speaking out of a complication.
For example, Hong Kong’s media said that Xi has removed the
privilege of “no death penalty “for the Standing Committee.
Xi has upgraded anti-corruption and beating the
“big tigers"on-level with the Politburo.
In addition, the recent trial of Liu Zhijun, who belongs to
the Jiang Zemin faction, and the media has continuously
revealed Liu and other officials’scandals,
which are connected to Jiang Zemin."
Xia Xiaoqiang said that the Chinese society has likely
reached the tipping point of a volcano,
the CCP interest group’s plunder, exploitation of
the Chinese people and its brutal maintaining of “stability",
have pushed the Chinese people to desperation.
Now the majority of the Chinese people have lost
all hope in the CCP.
Xia Xiaoqiang:"The fact is the CCP has gradually
lost control of China.
For example, many civil groups beyond official
control have been formed in rural areas.
These organizations were established one after another.
Scholars estimated at least 250 civil groups are
beyond the government’s control."
Xia Xiaoqiang added that the majority of people in
Mainland China are well aware that the CCP will certainly
collapse, it is just a matter of time.
In fact, the CCP has run into severe problems,
Xi intends to launch a Rectification Movement to rescue it.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “Indeed, the Chinese people
are no longer interested in the CCP’s survival.
The people’s greatest concern is China’s future and how to
stably transfer China into a country without the CCP.
It is clear that the CCP rules an evil regime, before it
collapses, any effort it makes within its system is in vain,
it can’t change the CCP’s fate of collapse."
Xia Xiaoqiang said that Xi’s remarks manifested a signal,
he has strengthened his efforts to remove
the interest groups within the CCP.
Can Xi beat the “tigers"- Jiang Zemin, Zhou Yongkang
and Zeng Qinghong? It may be worthwhile to watch.
