Xi Jinping Visits Abroad, Deadly Fires at Home
The Chairman of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),
Xi Jinping began his inter-America’s four countries’tour on 31st May.
Four days upon departure, three fire incidents
occurred in three Northeastern Provinces at home.
It triggered speculation of a “conspiracy theory".
Media in Hong Kong commented that these were
not only natural disasters, but also man-made.
Will the three fire incident have an effect on officials fate?
Let’s take a look.
Three fire accidents began on 31st May,
the first one occurred in a depot of the China Grain Reserves
Corporation (Sinograin) in Lindian county, Helongjiang province.
Sources say 79 barns containing 47,000 tons
of grain were burned.
And the damage is expected to be as much as 100 million Yuan.
On 2nd June, two oil residue tanks exploded in a
PetroChina outlet in Dalian.
On 3rd June 3, a fire broke out in a poultry plant in Dehui city,
Jilin province with several hundreds of people were injured.
In order to implement a campaign of “anti-corruption and
beat the tiger”, ordered by Wang Qishan, a new leader of the
Central Commission for Discipline Inspectionang (CCDI),
the CCDI formed a team to carry out local investigations.
It’s a coincident that Sinograin’s fire incident occured
while CCDI were handling corruption cases in the local area.
Outsiders questioned whether the Sinograin’s fire incident
was a tactic and deliberately lit to destroy the evidence?
Xing Tianxing, current affairs commentator:
“At this critical time, especially in Sinograin,
many grain reserve problems were
constantly exposed in the past.
In fact, its grain storage bases are empty, at this moment,
Sinograin is under investigation by the CCDI,
but a fire broke-out, people will logically think that
Sinograin attempted to cover up the facts."
Up till now, media of the CCP have dramatically
changed their reporting of fire damage in Sinograin.
Within 24 hours, the CCP’s statistic of damage
was reduced to 30 times less than its previous report.
Ding Laifeng, a deputy editor of PR magazine
in Mainland China questioned on a microblog:
The damage of Sinograin’s fire incident was reported with
losses at more than 100 million Yuan for the first time,
then changed it to nearly 100 million Yuan,
80 million Yuan and 3 million Yuan.
Do they dare to say: Sinograin’s fire incident
losses are several hundreds of millions of GDP!
Three consecutive fire incidents occurred in Northeast China.
It happened during Xi’s visit abroad.
Thus it triggered speculation about a “conspiracy theory".
Hong Kong’s Ming Pao newspaper analyzed that Sinograin
and PetroChina experienced fire disasters one after another.
Some people said that it was a tactic against
state-owned enterprises.
It is likely to be the same as the Wenzhou’s train crash,
which took place in 2011. Finally, the Ministry of Railways demised.
Meanwhile, some people are thinking about the
Jilin Provincial party secretary, Wang Rulin and
Governor Bayanqolu and Heilongjiang
Provincial governor Lu Hao.
They belong to the Communist Youth League faction,
but the recent fire accidents aren’t good for them.
Xing Tianxing said that if the same incident happened
in a foreign country, it wouldn’t have aroused
the same heated speculation as here.
Why is the outcome different in China, and why do
the people believe that the accidents are a “conspiracy"?
Xing Tianxing:"This relates to
the CCP’s fundamental system.
The Communist has always been engaged in trickery,
the Chinese regime is opaque.
The CCP covers up internal power struggle,
but revealing the truth would shock the nation.
When these things have happened, people who
are familiar with the CCP’s evil nature will think of
what the communist conspiracy is engaged in this time?"
Ming Pao’s article said that apart from
the “conspiracy theory",
the recent consecutive serious disasters are indeed a series of
warnings towards the supervision of industry safety in China.
Xing Tianxing: “Inadequate supervision
is the leading cause of fire disasters.
Supervision problems has a history problems.
Food safety also relates to the supervision issue.
Why is supervision ineffective?
We all know that it direct relates to the CCP system
which uses self-examination and self-management."
The Epoch Times analyzed that large state-owned enterprises
like PetrolChina and Sinopec are controlled by Jiang Zemin,
Zhou Yongkang and Zeng Qinghong.
They stole from the country’s interests and the wealth
that citizens’had established.
Xiao Xiaoqiang, China’s current affairs commentator:
Sinograin used the fire incident to welcome
the CCDI’s investigation.
It shows that highest-levels of the CCP are seriously split.
All CCP’s interest groups including Jiang Zemin
refuse to change nor give up its interests.
Thus, any means to solve the problem of corruption
within the CCP system will encounter deadly resistance,
furthermore, they don’t care if it would cost the
destruction of China’s social stability and CCP rule.
