【新唐人2013年05月06日訊】重慶淫官雷政富不雅視頻案，日前進入審查起訴階段。不過，黨媒對於雷政富是「被害人」這一身份的描述，卻令民眾感到錯愕。民眾輿論一邊倒的為趙紅霞鳴不平，並怒斥當局袒護貪官。此外，還有評論認為，雷政富案此前一直在薄熙來的庇護下未能浮出水面，案件的開審或許將預示著審理薄案的「前哨戰」已經打響。
5月2號，中共喉舌《人民網》報導聲稱，趙紅霞因涉嫌敲詐勒索雷政富與重慶另一名官員共計500萬元人民幣，與肖燁等其他五名同夥犯罪嫌疑人一起被移送檢察機關，進入審查起訴階段。
消息一出，立刻引來了民間對當局一邊倒的質疑聲浪。網友們擔心，在客觀上起到揭發貪官作用的趙紅霞等人可能因此遭到重判，而真正應該受到懲罰的貪官污吏則可能逃脫罪責。
在民間高分貝的抨擊聲浪下，另一中共喉舌媒體《環球時報》終於按耐不住。 5月3號高調為雷政富喊冤，發文直截了當的聲稱：「趙紅霞並非英雄，雷政富也是受害方」。
「不雅視頻事件」曝光人、中國調查記者朱瑞峰：「雷政富成受害人，這是多麼可笑的一件事情，所以說中國是比較有特色的，時時會鬧笑話。這個雷政富書記等11名官員，至今還被我們黨稱為『同志』。按照中共紀律處分條例，他們利用公權力和異性發生性關係的，必須『雙開』。」
「不雅視頻事件」曝光人、中國調查記者朱瑞峰認為，當局在處理這件事情上延續了一向以來的不透明手法。涉案官員事實上並沒有被「雙開」，官媒的報導只是在玩文字遊戲。
時事評論員林子旭：「說雷政富是受害方，即便是用腳想問題也會知道這種說法一出來必然會被民眾痛罵，但是《環球時報》就非要做。那麼雷政富是不是受害方呢？把話說白了吧，嫖客找妓女，嫖客是受害方嗎？道理再明顯不過了，有人強迫雷政富非要找趙紅霞了嗎？還不是雷政富生活糜爛自己找上門兒的嗎？」
時事評論員林子旭指出，雖然大家都知道《環球時報》只是中共打人的棍子，但正因為有這樣無恥媒體的存在，才使中國人更加清楚的看到了中共的醜惡嘴臉。
《美國之音》評論文章嘲弄《環球時報》說，《環球時報》的邏輯，只要是有正義感的人，都會感到匪夷所思。它表示支持欺詐踐踏小民的雷政富，鄙視小民趙紅霞和支持她的中國公眾，再度向世人展示了它如何的「立場堅定和旗幟鮮明」。
林子旭：「雷政富就是一個典型的貪官、淫官，這樣的人《環球時報》還要挖空心思為其辯護，是甚麼用心呢？不管《環球時報》出於甚麼目的刊發了此文，該文對於雷政富不會有絲毫幫助，相反民眾批雷、批《環球時報》、批中共的呼聲將會因此更加高漲。」
雷政富的不雅視頻拍攝於5年前，已經落馬的重慶市委書記薄熙來主政期間。
《南都》曾報導，雷政富當時因為被「要挾」，曾主動向薄熙來坦白。案件由原重慶市公安局局長王立軍負責處理，並在2009年偵破。但包括雷政富在內的諸多官員、國企高管並沒有因此被問責，相反，一些官員還繼續獲得陞遷。
英國《路透社》在5月3號報導說，涉及不雅視頻的11名官員和國營企業負責人，都是薄熙來的權力基礎。
有海外分析人士觀點認為，如果沒有王立軍出逃美國領事館與薄熙來被雙開，雷政富的腐敗與不雅視頻案也很難浮出水面。而從另一個角度來說，雷政富案件的開審，也從側面表明薄案的開審只是時間問題。

Global Times Claims Official In The Sex Scandal Is Really the Victim
The sex scandal case of former Chongqing official
Lei Zhengfu has moved into the prosecution phase.
Recently, Party media claimed Lei Zhengfu is actually
a victim himself, stiring the public to react.
The public were angry at the unfair treatment his mistress
Zhao Hongxia is experiencing and official impunity of the case.
This case never surfaced when Bo Xilai was in power
although it should have gone to trial then.
This trial is seen as a forerunner for Bo Xilai’s case.
On May 2nd the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
mouthpiece People’s Daily reported the trial of
suspects Zhao Hongxia and five other accomplices
has gone into the prosecution phase.
They are charged with blackmail and
extortion of 5 million yuan.
Netizens are skeptical about this report. Zhao Hongxia and
her accomplices have objectively exposed the corrupt official.
However, they might be subject to heavy sentences
while the corrupt official goes unpunished.
Another Party mouthpiece, Global Times, could no longer
resist fighting back and issued an article claiming:
“Zhao Hongxia is no hero; Lei Chengfu is also the victim".
Zhu Ruifeng, the whistleblower of the sex scandal:
“Now Lei Zhengfu becomes the victim. That is the CCP’s joke.
These 11 officials including Lei Zhengfu
are still considered ‘comrades’ by the Party.
According to the Party’s Disciplinary Regulations,
those who engage in a sexual relationship by
abusing power are subject to double expulsion
from the party and from their post."
Whistleblower Zhu Ruifeng believes the regime has
continued its opaque practice in dealing with this case.
The corrupt officials were not punished by double expulsion,
and the official media were deceiving the public with the article.
Political commentator Lin Zixu: “Surely the claim that
Lei Zhengfu is a victim is bound to be questioned.
Global Times does not care.
But, is Lei Zhengfu himself a victim?
Would a prostitute’s client be the victim?
It’s so obvious.
Would anyone force Lei Zhengfu to seek a prostitute?
Isn’t it the fact that Lei Zhengfu was so corrupt that he asked for it himself?"
Political commentator Lin Zixu indicated that
the Global Times is known as a weapon of the regime’
the existence of shameless media clearly exposes
the ugliness of the Communist regime.
Voice of America mentioned that anyone with a sense of
justice will question the logic of Global Times in supporting Lei
Zhengfu who cheats and tramples on ordinary Chinese, and
despises Zhao Hongxia and the people who support her.
Global Times was criticized for demonstrating to the world
its firm and clear stand for the CCP mind games.
Lin Zixu: “Lei Zhengfu is a typical corrupt and kinky official.
Why would Global Times defend such a person?
Whatever the intention, Global Times’ article
will not help Lei Zhengfu.
It will raise more criticism of Lei Zhengfu,
the Global Times, and the Communist Party.”
Lei Zhengfu’s sex video was made five years ago when
sacked Chongqing Party Secretary Bo Xilai was in power.
Southern Metropolis Daily revealed that Lei Chengfu
confessed to Bo Xilai when he was blackmailed.
Former Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau
Wang Lijun handled and cracked the case in 2009.
Many officials such as Lei Chengfu and senior executives
of state-owned enterprises were involved.
None of them were held accountable but rather promoted.
A Reuters report on May 3rd indicated those officials and
heads of state-owned firms in Chongqing involved in the sex video were power-base cronies of Bo Xilai.
Overseas analysis believed that Wang Lijun’s fleeing to the
U.S. Consulate and Bo Xilai’s double expulsion have made it possible to expose Lei Zhengfu’s corrupt case.
The trial of Lei Chengfu has also suggested that
trial of Bo Xilai is only a matter of time.
