【新唐人2013年04月30日訊】中共通知嚴格執行朝鮮制裁 引猜測
中共交通運輸部最近發表公告，要求各單位嚴格執行聯合國制裁朝鮮決議的文件，引起各方議論。日本媒體說，中共很少敦促個別決議的執行，因而此舉實屬罕見。
《日本經濟新聞》分析說，通知的發佈時間，正好是在中共與美國結束一連串會談之時，這或許是中共希望表明在制裁朝鮮問題上與美國合作的態度。
大陸網絡上，對此也議論紛紛。有人問，中共公開制裁使朝鮮更孤立，而更孤立的朝鮮是更危險還是危險性下降？
也有人嘲笑中共出爾反爾，招人恥笑，說「記得外交部以前曾多次說，制裁不僅無助於解決問題，反而會激化矛盾之類的話，現在怎麼又要嚴格製裁了？」
也有人對此不以為然說，「朝鮮連美國都不怕，還怕你中共交通部。」
馬三家受害者向喉舌問罪
大陸媒體刊出調查報導《走出馬三家》，揭開馬三家勞教所酷刑虐待被關押人員的黑幕後，引發輿論譴責，中共喉舌《新華網》很快又發表遼寧官方調查組的所謂結論，聲稱報導「嚴重失實」，否認對被勞教人員使用「上大褂」、「老虎凳」、「死人床」等酷刑。
4月27號，一批被勞教的女性前往《新華社》討公道，責問他們為甚麼按「虛假結論」發稿，《新華社》聲稱稿件由《新華網》刊發。但當她們前往《新華網》責問對方時，《新華網》卻告訴她們，稿件是由《新華社》刊發。
這些受迫害的女士們警告中共黨媒，不負責任刊發假新聞必受懲罰，希望造假者誡之。

China Implements Sanctions Against North Korea
China’s Ministry of Transport recently issued a statement,
requiring all units to strictly enforce UN sanctions against
North Korea. This action has prompted various comments.
Japanese media said the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
rarely urged individual implementation of a resolution.
This is a rare action indeed.
The “Japanese Economic News" said notice was published
right after a serious talk between China and the US.
Perhaps this is to show that China is in cooperation
with the US on the North Korea issue.
This has become a hot topic on the Mainland Internet.
Some asked if public sanctions against North Korea
will isolate the country more.
Will it make North Korea more dangerous?
Others ridicule the CCP for going back and forth
on its word.
In the past, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs repeatedly
said that sanctions would not help solve the problem
They would intensify conflicts.
Some are also unimpressed, saying that
North Korea is not even afraid of the US,
why should it worry about China’s Ministry
of Transportation?
Masanjia Victims condemn Mainland Media
Chinese mainland media published an
investigative report “Walking out of Masanjia".
This disclosed tortures and abuses in the forced labor camp.
Following ongoing public condemnation,
the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) mouthpiece,
Xinhua, published the conclusion of
the Liaoning official investigation.
The investigation report claimed that
the media’s report was too removed from reality.
On April 27th, a group of victims went to
Xinhua News Agency, to seek justice.
They complained about Xinhua News Agency
publishing false conclusions.
Xinhua News claimed that it was published
by Xinhua Net and vice versa.
These female victims warned the media that irresponsible
publication of “false news" would be punished.
They hoped that wrongdoers would heed their advice.
