中國大陸再增4宗H7N9禽流感個案，包括浙江一宗，江西兩宗，及福建一宗。
截至28號，中國已有8省2市成為H7N9禽流感疫區，共有124人確診染病、23人死亡。
另外，中國廣東省東莞市東城「三鳥」批發市場，發現有雞只疑似感染H7亞型禽流感病毒，當地防疫部門已撲殺市場內所有禽鳥，即日起市場全面停業。
「三鳥」批發市場共有100多家商販，每天交易家禽達10萬多只，是東莞主要的家禽集散地，交易對像包括深圳、廣州等周邊城市。
貴州關嶺徵地燒死村民 搶屍火化
貴州省關嶺縣強制徵收千畝基本農田，去年3月中旬，關嶺縣縣長率領警察，衝進村民黃明的田地裡，警察用噴射器燒死了黃明，還毒打他的家人。當天，縣政府立即公布黃明「自焚」，黃明家人要求公布他「自焚」的證據。但當地公安不立案，上級檢察院不理睬。
公安與百姓搶屍體，當地村民一度把屍體藏到山洞裡。死者妻子表示，當局提出願意賠償30多萬，但要求把黃明的遺體火化。
「貴州民族大學」教授黃椿是死者黃明的兄長，28號晚，他致電「中國天網人權事務中心」，表示﹕在貴州關嶺政府和公安對黃明兄弟姊妹的嚴密看守下，終於強制火化了黃明的遺體。但，黃明兄弟姊妹沒有一個人能夠前去送葬。
關嶺當局還分別派人把黃明的親屬，送到雲南昆明和貴州東南等地旅遊。「貴州民族大學」也把黃椿送到雲南騰沖縣去旅遊。直到4月25號黃明下葬後，才讓他們回到自己家中。
英媒﹕央企高管薪酬偏高被批
英國《金融時報》28號報導說，中國大陸的央企高管薪酬偏高，因此遭到批評。
文章說，中國工商銀行董事長姜建清的年收入是185,000美元，是中國最大銀行的老闆中收入最高的。而中國公眾對不公和腐敗的憤怒，使國企領導的工資成為媒體批評的對像，甚至包括官方媒體。
報導引述《人民日報》在網站上發表的批評，指稱：高管拿高薪，而普通職工低薪資，這是不道德的，如果高管的高薪與普通職工的薪酬嚴重不平衡，那麼管理層會有問題。

More Cases of H7N9 Reported in Zhejiang,
Jiangxi, and Fujian Provinces
Four cases of H7N9 avian flu were found in mainland China,
including 1 in Zhejiang, 2 in Jiangxi, and 1 in Fujian province.
China’s 8 provinces and 2 cities have become
a H7N9 flu epidemic area.
124 people have been diagnosed and 23 have died.
Also, a bird in “sanniao” wholesale market was infected with
H7 avian flu. All local birds have to be killed. All markets closed.
“Sanniao” market has more than 100 vendors,
trading more than 100,000 birds everyday.
Dongguan is the distribution center. It’s trading partners
include Shenzhen, and Guangzhou cities.
Guanling County of Guizhou Province Killed
A Villager for Land Acquisition
Guanling county of Guizhou province is
forced to levy thousands of acres of farms.
In March 2012 the county head went to the farm
of villager Huang Ming with local police.
Police officer killed Huang with an injection,
and beat his family.
The county government announced that
Huang “self immolated” on the same day.
Huang’s family required the government to
publish the evidence for his self immolation.
Police and procuratorate ignored them.
There’s a fight for the body between Police and Villagers.
Villagers had to hid the body in a cave.
According to Huang’s wife, local officials told her
they would give her 300,000 yuan as compensation to cremate Huang’s body.
Huang Chun, professor of Guizhou University for Nationalities,
is the victim Huang Ming’s older brother.
He called China Tianwang Centre for Human Right Affairs,
and indicated that the police cremated Huang Ming’s body.
None of his family were allowed to attend the funeral.
Guanling officials also sent Huang’s family to Kunming in
Yunnan province and southeast of Guizhou.
Huang Chun was taken to Tengchong of Yunnan.
They were not allowed to go home until Huang Ming’s burial ended on April 25th.
English Media: Public Criticize Central
Corporate Executives’ High Salaries
British newspaper The Financial Times reported
on 28th that
the public criticized the high salaries of mainland
China’s central corporate executives.
The report says Chairman of the Industrial
and Commercial Bank of China, Jiang Jianqing,
has the highest yearly income among bank chairmen
in China, of about 185,000 US dollars.
Chinese people are angry about injustice and corruption,
The income of leaders in state-owned enterprises has
become the media’s target for criticism including state media.
The report quoted criticisms from People’s Daily
that “It is immoral for executives to have high pay while ordinary workers have low pay.
If the salaries are in serious imbalance,
there must be problems within the management.”
