4月23號，德國電視一臺駐中國記者，在德國推出了一個「中國馬三家勞教所受害者」的專題採訪報導，由於這是德國媒體第一次採訪「馬三家勞教所」直接證人，因此迅速引起德國各媒體的關注。
報導中，曾經在「馬三家」被關押過的直接受害人，親口講述她們在「馬三家」所受到的迫害，如坐老虎凳、綁死人床等。一位50歲的婦女說，她被關進後被女警毆打了二十多分鐘，還被電棍電擊臉部、耳朵、腰、胳膊、腿和肚子等部位。
報導特別提到，過去10年，這裏關押了很多「法輪功學員」。
德國電視一臺的採訪，是以廣播播出。報導說，這是為了保護被採訪者。
《自由亞洲電臺》報導，這個採訪播出後，立即被多家德國媒體轉播或轉載。德國媒體提出﹕中國「馬三家」是酷刑最嚴重的一個勞教所﹖或者只是黑幕的冰山一角？
廈門爆警民衝突 女官員被脫光
福建省廈門市同安區潘塗村，因村官私賣土地給高爾夫球場，村民維權靜坐已有一個多月，這期間爆發過多次警民衝突。
4月25號凌晨4點，警方開始清場，數百武警到場拆除村民的維權橫幅、帳篷，焚燒現場物品。數千村民與武警、特警發生衝突，多名村民被打傷，數名維權村民被抓捕，多輛警車被砸，有幾名警察受傷，一名到場處理問題的同安區女官員被村民扒光衣服。
當局急調上千警察增援，目前，事件仍在發展中。

German Media Reports About Masanjiazi Victims
On April 23rd a German television reporter in China
launched a thematic coverage of Masanjia victims.
Since this is the first interview with direct witnesses from a
German media, it quickly attracted media attention in Germany.
In the reports, victims shared their torture experiences;
on tiger bench, and death bed etc.
A 50-year-old woman said that she was beaten by
a policewoman for more than 20 minutes.
Her face, ears, arms, legs, and stomach were hit
by an electric baton.
The reports specifically mentioned, over the past 10 years,
many Falun Gong practitioners were detained there.
This German television only broadcast the interviews,
in order to protect the interviewees.
Radio Free Asia reported that the episode was
immediately broadcast by a number of German media.

Female Official Is Stripped Naked During A Clash
Villagers from Pan Tu village, Fujian Province have
sat quietly to protect their rights for more than a month.
During that period, they had a few clashes with police due to
local officials’ selling their land to develop a golf course.
At 4:00am, on April 25th hundreds of armed police arrived at
the scene to dismantle banners, tents, and incinerate belongings.
Thousands of villagers clashed with armed police
as well as a special police force.
Many villagers were injured and a few human rights
protestors were arrested.
Police vehicles were smashed and several police officers
were hurt.
One female officer arriving to deal with the problems
was stripped naked.
Authorities dispatched thousands of police to help.
At the moment, the incident is still ongoing.
Tibetan Monks’ Self-Immolation In Sichuan
On the evening of April 24th, two Tibetan monks died from
self-immolation in Gede Ram temple at Aba Autonomous Region of Sichuan Province.
According to Agence France-Presse (AFP) reports,
the two Tibetan monks were protesting against Beijing’s control
and high-handed policy over the Tibetan religious culture.
