【新唐人2013年04月01日訊】憂中國仿製俄爭議潛艇出售計劃
中俄軍售協議最近頻頻引起媒體關注，有報導說，中共計劃從俄羅斯購買去年才裝備俄羅斯海軍的新式柴電阿穆爾級潛艇，但是，俄羅斯內部對於是否出售這款潛艇給中國，存在爭論。
據《美國之音》報導，俄羅斯潛艇設計局長維爾尼特週六表示，因為中共完全有可能仿製這種先進的潛艇，因此，俄羅斯應在政治層面來決定是否應出售給中國。
報導引述俄羅斯軍備問題專家皮亞圖甚金的話說，擔心中國仿製和獲取先進技術，讓俄羅斯在這筆交易上猶豫不決。
他說：「俄羅斯要中國(共)擔保不仿製，但其實所有人都明白，中國(共)要是想仿製的話，這種擔保也不起任何作用。以後要是同中國(共)在仿製問題上打官司的話，估計也不會有具體結果。因此俄羅斯內部仍然有許多人認為，向中國(共)出售這種先進武器將冒很大的風險。」
河南數百警察暴力徵地 打死村民
3月29號，河南省信陽市淮濱縣城關鎮任堰村，因政府強徵土地，發生警民衝突。數百武裝人員與抗議村民發生惡鬥，導致村民一人死亡，十幾人重傷，幾十人被抓。
據《大紀元》新聞網報導，淮濱縣政府為了強佔任堰村近6000畝耕地，當天上午，動用近千人武裝力量，和兩百多輛施工車進村，強行推平耕地，村民聚集前往討說法，被防暴警察和警方指使的地痞流氓毆打。據目擊者說，連婦女，老人，都痛下毒手。
當地村民介紹，政府這次行動是有備而來，警察事先封鎖了周圍的路口，使前往聲援的附近村民不能靠近，而在現場拍攝的村民手機及攝像器材，都被搶走或被砸毀。
安徽上千轉業軍人遊行示威
3月31號，安徽省各地上千轉業軍人在合肥市遊行示威。
示威者舉著「轉業軍人要求依法安置工作」的橫幅，沿路遊行到安徽省政府門口集會，導致交通中斷，當局出動大批特警戒備。
據了解，安徽轉業軍人因養老金偏低，已多次到省政府訴求和抗議，但都沒有結果。

Russia’s Military Experts Worried About China
Stealing Submarine Technology
Recently, China and Russia signed an arms sale preliminary
agreement which drew media attention.
Some media said China will purchase Amur-class submarines
from Russia which only began service in Russia’s Navy last year.
However, in Russia, there are arguments if selling Amur-class
submarines to China is the right thing or not.
Voice of America (VOA) reported that on Saturday Igor Vilnit,
head of submarine designer bureau spoke up.
He said because China will most likely copy such advanced
submarines, Russia should decide at the political level if they should be sold to China.
VOA cited a Russia military expert who was worried that
China will copy and obtain their advanced technology.
So Russia has hesitated on this deal.
This Russia expert said: “Russia wants China
to promise that they won’t copy.
However, everyone understands that
if China wants to copy, their promise won’t work.
If China was sued about reproducing Russian technology,
it won’t have any results.
So in Russia, many people believe that to sell such
advanced weapons to China is a big risk.”
Henan Villagers Clash With Police Against Land Seizures
On March 29th, villagers in Renyan village, Huaibin County,
Henan Province clashed with police against land seizures.
Hundreds of armed men fought with villagers. One person
was killed, dozens were badly injured, many were arrested.
The Epoch Times website reported that
in order to seize 6,000 mu of farmland,
Huaibin local government sent 1000 armed men with
200 vehicles to the village and forcibly flattened the farmland.
Villagers came to prevent them,
but were beaten by armed police and thugs.
Witnesses said that women and the elderly were also attacked.
Local villagers said the government made a plan for the action.
The police blocked the roads stopping entry into the village,
neighboring villagers came to support but couldn’t get in.
Inside the village, residents’ mobile phones and
video cameras were grabbed and confiscated.
Thousands Of Anhui Former Military Personnel Protest
On March 31st, thousands of former military personnel
held protest in Hefei City, Anhui Province.
Protesters hold banners: “Assign us jobs according to the law”.
They paraded in front of Anhui provincial government building.
Traffic was blocked, many special armed police arrived.
Sources said that these former military staff went to appeal
many times to Anhui provincial government, but with no result.
