【新唐人2013年03月22日訊】習近平當選中共國家主席後22號首度出訪，出身軍旅歌唱家的「第一夫人」彭麗媛將同行，這是彭麗媛首度以「第一夫人」的身份亮相國際舞臺。與此同時，國際媒體所做的民意調查顯示，中國的形象介於好壞參半和負面之間，對中國負面的觀點正在擴大。
習近平22號將對俄羅斯、坦桑尼亞、南非和剛果四國進行國事訪問，「中國第一夫人」彭麗媛隨夫出訪。期間，彭麗媛將在各地出席系列元首夫人活動。
香港《蘋果日報》報導，習近平接替胡錦濤出任中共總書記後，西方各大媒體就一直關注未來的中國「第一夫人」。報導說，因為彭麗媛具有端莊的形象和高雅氣質，西方輿論相信，她能在國際舞臺給中國的「軟實力」加分。
時事評論員林子旭則表示，中國的國際形象需要靠彭麗媛加分，可見中國對外形象糟糕。
時事評論員林子旭：「這種做法本身也根本不可能起到甚麼實質作用。可以做個比喻，中國就好像是個商品，彭麗媛是廣告模特，產品質量不行的話，模特再漂亮也是無濟於事的。作為中國人誰都希望中國好，但是中共治下的中國，真的是讓人非常痛心，大家看一下揚子江上漂流的豬，外國人看到這一切，他還會想起彭麗媛來嗎？」
《紐約時報》中文網報導，中國名聲在全球範圍內惡化。
報導指出，皮尤研究中心(Pew Research Center)的全球態度調查(Global Attitudes Project)，以及「英國廣播公司」《BBC》所做的民意調查都顯示，中國的形象介於好壞參半和負面之間，對中國負面的觀點正在擴大。
近十年來，歐洲的公眾給予中國的評價，是全球最負面的。如今，美國和亞洲對中國負面的評價也在攀升；而俄羅斯與中共的隔閡，同樣出現加重的跡象。另外，中東地區和阿拉伯國家聯盟(Arab League)，對中國的聲望也在惡化。
在非洲，由於中共當局對石油和其他原材料的貪婪攫取，並支持某些惡名昭彰的政府，近3年間，中國的形象在非洲出現了惡化。
大陸通訊社《中國新聞社》報導，早年彭麗媛曾隨「解放軍總政歌舞團」出訪俄國，能用俄文演唱俄羅斯人民喜愛的傳統歌曲。
有輿論指出，彭麗媛作為中國家喻戶曉的明星歌唱家，具備異於中國其他領導人夫人的氣質與魅力，完全有條件如西方國家的第一夫人那樣，在國際舞臺上為自己的丈夫和國家助威。
旅美中國問題研究人士張健：「但是，習近平也不是代表他私人的這樣一個里程，他代表的一個國家的元首，一個黨魁，他反應出來的，即便彭麗媛是非常好，即便彭麗媛是非常優秀的一個人，但是她站在了利益集團、站在了中共殘暴政權的旁邊，坐到這個位置上的時候，她的一切就會大大的失分。」
林子旭指出，彭麗媛能夠像其他民主國家的第一夫人那樣，扮演一個「國民母親」的角色，真正的去關心婦女兒童，關心弱勢群體，真正的走到民眾之中，幫助丈夫贏得更多的民心，那當然是好事。
林子旭：「但是，問題是中共這個獨裁體制，是絕不會允許彭麗媛釋放自己人性關愛這一面的東西的。可以這麼說，彭麗媛的一舉一動、一言一行，中共都是安排好了的，她只不過是去表演罷了。」
林子旭還指出，作為「第一夫人」，彭麗媛最終扮演的角色，很可能就是一個被中共利用來為它塗脂抹粉的「花瓶」。

Peng Liyuan Will Accompany Xi for his First State Visit as President.
Who is Beneficiary?
Xi Jinping, the Chinese President will pay his first state visit
on March 22. His wife, the military background singer Peng Liyuan will accompany him.
This will be the first time that Peng Liyuan has appeared
as China’s “First Lady“.
Western media believe that she can improve China’s
soft power on the world stage,
but a public investigation by international media
has shown that
the image of China is between negative and neutral,
and that a negative view is growing.
Mr Xi will pay a state visit to four countries on March 22,
which will be Russia, Tanzania, South Africa and the Congo.
Peng Liyuan, “China’s first lady” will accompany him.
During the visit, Peng Liyuan will attend a series of activities
as the wife of the President.
The Hong Kong Apple Daily reported that main western
media have focused on the future of “China’s first lady”
since Mr. Xi took over as General Secretary ,
when Hu Jintao quit.
It reported that Peng Liyuan is dignified and elegant,
and that western media believe that she will improve
China’s “soft power” image on the international stage.
Lin Zixu, a political commentator, said China’s
International image needs to be improved by Ms Peng ,
but that just shows how bad China’s image is.
Lin Zixu, a political commentator: “It’s impossible to use
this kind of approach to achieve a solid result.
We can use a metaphor that China is a product and
Ms Peng an advertising model.
The product can’t be good if its quality is bad,
even if the model is very beautiful.
All Chinese want China to be improving. But everyone is really sad
because it’s controlled by the Chinese Communist Party(CCP).
Looking at the dead pigs in the Yangzi River, will a foreigner
recall Peng Liyuan when he is looking at the river?”
The New York Times reported that China ‘s reputation
is deteriorating worldwide.
The report said that each investigation by the Pew Research
Center, the Global Attitudes Project and the BBC, show that
the image of China is between negative and neutral,
but that a negative view is expanding.
In the past decade, Europeans gave China
the most negative evaluation.
Today, Americans and Asians have a worse and
worse impression of China.
The estrangement between China and Russia is getting
more and more pronounced.
In addition, China’s prestige and image in the Middle East
and with the Arab League is deteriorating.
In Africa, China’s image is deteriorating in the last 3 years
because the CCP has greedily grabbed the oil and other raw
materials, and supports the most notorious governments.
The China News Agency reported that in the early years,
Peng Liyuan visited Russia as a member of the Song & Dance
group of the People’s Liberation Army General Political Dept..
She can sing some traditional Russian songs in Russian.
The media has pointed out that as a popular singer in China,
Peng Liyuan has a temperament and charm different to that
of the wives of other Chinese leaders.
She can also cheer for her husband and country on the
international stage, unlike other First Ladies in the West.
Zhang Jian, a Chinese issue researcher from the U.S., says:
“But Xi Jinping isn’t representing himself, but the leader of
a country as well as the chief of a party.
Peng Liyuan really is very good, and an excellent person,
but her reputation will deteriorate dramatically
if she stands in the shoes of the interest group and
sides with the brutal regime.”
Lin Zixu pointed out that if Peng Liyuan really can act as
“the mother of the people”, like the First Lady does in democratic countries,
If she can really take care of women, children and other
vulnerable groups, and merge with the lives of ordinary people,
she will win more support for her husband,
which will certainly be a good thing.
Lin Zixu: “However, the problem is that the CCP will not
allow Peng Liyuan to show her true character and kindness.
Which also means that every act, even the behavior
Peng Liyuan is arranged by the CCP in advance.
She is just the player to perform.”
Lin Zixu also pointed out that, Peng Liyuan eventually
playing the role of “First Lady", will most likely show her as a vase to be used by the CCP.
