【新唐人2013年03月14日訊】 傳政協委員不滿選舉方式投棄權票
大陸著名歷史學者、復旦大學圖書館館長、政協委員葛劍雄，3月12號，在《金融時報》中文網「兩會日記」專欄中，以政協投票目擊記為題披露，中共選舉新的政協領導人過程中，有一位委員給所有候選人都投下了棄權票，以此方式表達對選舉辦法的異議。葛劍雄沒有提及這位委員的姓名。
葛劍雄介紹他在政協選舉當天的目擊經過，他說，當會議主持人第三次詢問選票是否寫好時，兩度舉手錶示「還沒有」的那位委員，站起來拿出相機，拍下自己的選票。
葛劍雄說，計票時發現，包括新當選的政協主席俞正聲在內，所有的候選人都獲得了一票棄權票。他認為，這表明至少有一個委員給所有人都投了棄權票。
葛劍雄分析，這個委員這樣做有兩種可能。第一，他是用這種方式提出對選舉辦法的意見，要求程序民主。第二，他通過照相來檢驗這套選舉系統是不是真正的公正。
「兩會」期間 天津連發大火
據天津多位市民網絡曝料，3月13號中午，天津南開區中欣工業園汽配城倉庫發生火災，火勢兇猛，黑煙滾滾，過火面積約為500平方米。官方出動30多輛消防車撲救，目前傷亡情況不明。
在此之前，天津南開區華苑鑫茂科技園3月4號也發生重大火災，一幢20多層的大廈突發大火，天津官方聲稱沒有傷亡，但據當地市民微博爆料說，據現場目擊人士與大樓逃出來的人估計，死亡人數大約50人，也有海外媒體質疑天津當局隱瞞實情。
貴州強遷命案證人喝「官酒」死亡
貴州省關嶺縣一宗拆遷命案的關鍵證人，3月13號上午離奇死亡。據家屬和知情人士介紹，前一晚，鎮政府工作人員親自登門請喝酒，勸他不要在「兩會」期間到北京上訪，第二天這名證人被發現死在床上，家屬懷疑官員在酒菜裡下毒。當晚當局出動約三百名警察到死者家，與數十村民搶奪屍體。

CPPCC member not satisfied with election method, cases and abstention vote.
Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference
(CPPCC) member Ge Jianxiong published an article.
It was called “witnessing the CPPCC election” on
Chinese Financial News website.
The article described a CPPCC member casting
abstention votes on all candidates.
He wanted to express his dissatisfaction with the non-
democratic election method.
Ge describes what he saw on the day of the election.
He said when the host of the meeting asked whether or
not they had chosen their candidates for the third time,
the member who already raised his hands twice before
to indicate he had not cast a vote yet stood up and took a photo of his ballot.
Ge says when the votes were counted, each person received
at least one abstention vote, including the newly “elected" CPPCC chairman.
He believes this shows that at least one person cast
an abstention vote on each member.
Ge analyzes the possible justifications for such behavior.
He believes that the member who cast abstention votes
is using it as a way to express his dissatisfaction towards
the non-democratic election method.
By taking a picture, he wanted to see whether or not
the ballots would be counted with integrity.
During Tianjing Inferno….
According to netizens from Tianjing province,
a fire broke out at an auto parts store in South Kai District.
The fire spread wildly over 500 meter squares of land.
More than 30 fire trucks were sent out.
The number of victims remain unknown.
More than a week ago, on March 4th, a 20 story building
caught on fire unexpected at South Kai District’s Science and Technology Park.
Tianjing officials claim that no one was harmed, but according
to local netizens, there may be as many as 50victims.
Other overseas medias are also suspicious of Tianjing
officials’ claim.
Witness of murder case dies after drinking “official wine"
A witness involved in a forced demolition murder case in
Guizhou province died mysteriously on March 13th.
According to family members and others familiar with the
situation, officials visited the victim the night before his death.
They took him out to drink and tried to persuade him
not to petition in Beijing during meetings of
the National People’s Congress and
Chinese People’s Political Consultative Congress.
The next morning, the witness was found dead on the bed.
Family members suspect the officials put
poison in his food and drinks.
On the night of his death, Chinese authorities sent out
more than 300 policemen to the victim’s house and
fought over the corpse with several dozen villagers.
