韓國《北韓日報》中文網3月11號報導,朝鮮勞動黨第一秘書金正恩在中國的數十個假名、借名秘密賬戶,已經被韓國和美國當局確認,存款規模達到數十億美元。
報導說,韓美兩國已經掌握賬戶名和賬號,其中一部份為金正日在朝鮮國防委員長時期所設立。
這些賬戶不包含在聯合國安理會日前發佈對朝鮮制裁的決議中,美國和韓國要求對這些賬戶制裁,但中共方面採取消極的反應。
新機構名稱太長 網民支招惡搞
3月10號,中共兩會推出國家機構改革方案,其中將新聞出版總署、和廣電總局的職責整合,組建「國家新聞出版廣播電影電視總局」。
新機構名稱長達14字,中共新聞出版總署副署長表示,需要修正。
新浪和騰訊兩大微博分別推出專題,給新機構起名字,目前已經有幾十萬條討論。
很多網友藉機諷刺中共的新聞審查制度,紛紛支招惡搞,有的建議叫:「國家言論管控局」、「媒體審查局」,還有網友建議稱為「洗腦委員會」、「忽悠局」,也有人說,直接叫「嚴查部」。
貴州丹寨苗民圍攻派出所砸四警車
3月10號是苗族「新春望會節」,貴州丹寨縣南皋鄉的數千苗民在歡聚慶祝時,遭警察截查摩托車,苗民不滿警方在苗族重大節日執法過嚴,近千人與警衝突,四輛警車被砸爛。
據《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導,大批苗民隨後圍攻派出所,部份派出所設施被砸毀。當局出動大量武警鎮壓,很多人被打傷,其中有老人和小孩。
貴州村民維權抗暴遭逾千武警鎮壓
另外,據《自由亞洲電臺》報導,貴州安龍縣上週五也發生數千武警入村鎮壓村民事件,多人被打。
報導說,貴州安龍縣篤山鄉紅泥村村民不滿土地補償金太低,與使用土地的石業公司老闆發生爭執,老闆指稱被村民打傷,召來上百打手入村報復,雙方發生激烈毆鬥,上千村民加入聲援,推翻對方至少五輛汽車。
當晚數千武警到場鎮壓,村民被驅散離場。隨後,大批武警進駐村莊封鎖各個主要出入通道,禁止村民到鎮政府上訪。目前村民被禁聲。

Kim Jong-un’s Secret Deposit Accounts in China
The Chinese version of Chosun Ilbo in
South Korea released a reported on March 11.
Kim Jong-un, the first secretary of the Workers’
Party of Korea has dozens of secret accounts in
pseudonyms or borrowed names in China, used
to make deposits reaching into billions of dollars.
This has been confirmed by authorities
in South Korea and the United States.
It is reported that South Korea and the U.S. have
known about the account names and account numbers.
Some were established when Kim Jong Il
was the DPRK National Defense Chairman.
These accounts are not included in the recently
released resolutions of sanctions against North Korea by the UN Security Council.
The United States and South Korea have
requested sanctions on these accounts.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) reacted negatively.
Naming the Reformed CCP Media Administration
On March 10, the CCP Two Sessions launched
a national institutional reform program.
This will see the integration of responsibilities of the
General Administration of Press and Publication and General of Administration Radio and television.
They will be merged to form the State Press and
Publication, Radio, Film and Television administration.
The new agency name has up to 14 characters.
The Deputy Director of the Press and Publication
Administration says that it needs to be corrected.
Sina and Tencent, two major Chinese microblogs
have introduced a special discussion topic.
This is to name the new institution, and there have
already been hundreds of thousands of suggestions.
Many netizens took the opportunity to
create irony about the CCP censorship.
Some recommended names like the National
Remarks Control Bureau or the Media Review Board.
There were also suggestions like brainwashing Committee,
Fudge Bureau, or Thorough Investigation Ministry.
Thousand Miao People Smash Police Cars
March 10 is the Hmong New Year Festival.
Thousands of Miao people gathered to celebrate
in Nangao Township, Danzhai County, Guizhou.
They were searched by police on their motorcycles.
The Miao people were dissatisfied with the police’s
strict enforcement during the Hmong major holiday.
Nearly a thousand of people began fighting
with police, and four police cars were smashed.
According to the Jasmine Revolution website, a large
number of Miao people sieged the police station after
the festival, and part of the facility was smashed.
The authorities sent a large number of armed police
to suppress the uprising, and many people were
wounded, including the elderly and children.
Armed Police Suppress Villagers in Anlong, Guizhou.
According to Radio Free Asia, it was reported that on Friday,
thousands of armed police in Anlong County, Guizhou went
into Hongni, Dushan Township to suppress villagers. Many villagers were beaten.
It was reported villagers had dissatisfaction with low land
compensation, and disputed with bosses of a stone company.
The boss alleged that the villagers wounded him, and
summoned hundreds of thugs into the village to retaliate.
The two sides fiercely fought with
weapons, and thousands of villagers joined.
They overthrew at least five cars.
The same night, thousands of armed police arrived
at the scene, and the villagers were dispersed.
Subsequently, a large number of armed police are stationed
in the village, and have blocked the main entrance roads.
They have prohibited villagers from petitioning to the
town government, and currently villagers are silenced.
