【新唐人2013年02月25日訊】北京市公安局海淀分局2月22號通報，中國男高音歌唱家李雙江的兒子李天一，跟其他四人涉嫌輪姦一名女子，被刑事拘留。兩年前，李天一因為聚眾鬥毆被判“勞動教養”一年。剛剛被釋放幾個月的李天一再次犯案，導致輿論嘩然。
海淀公安分局2月19號接到一女事主報警，聲稱2月17號晚，她在海淀區一酒吧內與李某等人喝酒後，被帶到一賓館內遭到輪姦。公安部門於2月20號，將涉案人員李某等五人抓獲，這五人因涉嫌強姦罪被刑事拘留。而這個李某，經確認就是李天一。
李天一，1996年4月出生，父親李雙江現任“中國人民解放軍藝術學院”音樂系主任。李天一4歲曾入選中國幼兒申奧形象大使。兩年前，還成為新聞人物。
2011年8月6號，李天一駕駛寶馬車與彭姓夫妻發生車禍，他與同伴因毆打彭姓夫妻，構成“尋釁滋事罪”，當年9月被收容教養一年。去年9月，李天一被解除教養。然而不到半年時間，李天一再被刑拘。
“中央民族大學”哲學宗教學系教授兼博導趙士林表示，李雙江作為擁有少將軍銜的紅歌手，在舞臺上以道德楷模和革命的形象出現，但是他的兒子欺男霸女、飛揚跋扈的劣跡，卻揭下了他的偽君子面紗。趙士林認為，“李天一事件”體現出中國社會風氣的虛偽和敗壞。
中央民族大學哲學宗教學系教授兼博導趙士林：“這個反差太大了。你是道德楷模，你是紅歌領袖，結果你自己的兒子，可以說是一個敗類了，惡少了。你知道中國社會很多仁義道德，滿屋子男盜女娼，實際上利益薰心，這種社會風氣已經瀰漫了。我們普通民眾對這個深惡痛絕。這個時候出現李雙江兒子輪姦這樣一個案子，非常有典型意義。”
趙士林還表示，李天一從聚眾打人到輪姦女子，肆無忌憚，跟他的家庭教育以及享受的特權有關。
趙士林：“你（李雙江）作為一個道德楷模也好，你作為這樣一個革命紅得發紫的形象也好，你的孩子連起碼的人性教育都沒有成功，這個孩子可以說是一個極端惡劣的紈絝子弟。為甚麼這樣？一個是他自己有特權、有優越感，一個就是，他們的所謂道德革命，這裡面有很多成分未必是真誠的。”
中國社科院近代史研究員馬勇也表示，李天一犯罪，首先是家庭教育的失敗，其次，也折射出中國社會青少年教育普遍性的失敗。馬勇認為，中國整個社會失去了規範。
中國社科院近代史研究員兼博導 馬勇：“我們現在不知道真善美，不知道醜惡，不知道基本的價值扭曲了。中國人現在最重要的一個問題是，不知道人生的意義在哪裏？不知道財富究竟是要幹嘛用？這導致整個社會倫理秩序的釋放，人們對金錢的貪婪和追求，這些東西當然會很惡劣的影響下一代。”
馬勇說，中國的學校裡缺少公民教育和道德倫理的教育，而是注重灌輸學生所謂“政治正確”的觀念。馬勇認為：那對孩子來說，卻是沒有用的。
李雙江與妻子夢鴿都是中國著名的軍旅歌唱家，演唱的曲目多數是歌頌中國共產黨的“紅歌”，可謂是“紅歌世家”。李雙江曾在電視上說：“自己的孩子學不壞，因為給他的都是正面的東西。”而李雙江的這些言論，現在成為了中國民間的大笑話。

Chinese “Red Song General”＇ Son Is a Gang Rape Suspect
The Haidian District Branch of Beijing Public Security Bureau
made a public announcement on February 22.
It said, Li Tianyi, son of Chinese famed tenor Li Shuangjiang,
and other four were detained as suspects of a gang rape.
Two years ago, Li Tianyi was sent to a government
correction facility for one year for provocation.
However, he committed crime again only several months
after being released, which shocked the Chinese public.
On February 19, a female called the police station
in Haidian District, Beijing.
She claimed that she was gang raped by Li
and several others in a hotel room after drinking with them.
On February 20, the police captured Li
and other four suspects.
They were detained for involvement in a gang rape.
Later the suspect “Li” was confirmed to be Li Tianyi.
Li Tianyi was born in April, 1996. His father Li Shuangjiang
is the incumbent director of the Department of Music at the Art College of Chinese People’s Liberation Army.
At the age of four, Li Tianyi was selected as an Olympic
ambassador of China. Two years ago, he gain fame as a newsmaker.
On August 6, 2011, Li Tianyi almost crashed into a couple＇s
car while driving a BMW without a driver＇s license.
He and his partner then beat the couple, and were sent
to a correction facility for one year for provocation.
Li was released last September.
And in less than half a year he was arrested again.
Zhao Shilin, professor in Philosophy and Religion at
Minzu University of China, commented on the event.
Zhao said, Li Shuangjiang is one of a few singers with a rank
general and a stage image of moral model or revolutionist.
However, the imperious and indecent acts of his son
expose his hypocrite nature.
Zhao remarked that Li Tianyi＇s incident is a reflection
of the hypocritical and corrupt climate in today＇s China.
Zhao Shilin, professor at Minzu University of China:
”There is a huge contrast in this incident.
Li Shuangjiang is supposed to be a moral model and a leader
of red song singers, but his son is such a scum and brat.
You know in China there are numerous people
talking about virtue and morality.
However, the true behavior behind these talking
is usually devilish and mercenary.
The social climate has been badly corrupted and we
the ordinary people have a great abhorrence of this.
Thus the significance of Li Shuangjiang’s son being involved
in a gang rape is that this is a very typical example of the truth about our society.”
Zhao further remarked that from beating people to leading
a gang rape, Li Tianyi had behaved in a reckless manner.
This is rooted in his family education,
and the privileged status that protects him.
Zhao Shilin: ”Despite Li Shuangjiang’s image as either
a moral model or a very popular singer, he fails to educate his child at the fundamental level, as a human being.
We can conclude that his child
is an extremely unscrupulous playboy.
Why does he act like that?
First, because he has a sense of privilege and superiority.
And second, the morality and revolution in their songs
are probably not what they really believe in.”
Ma Yong, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences’ researcher,
remarked that Li Tianyi’s crime primarily stems from the failure of his family education.
He concludes that the general education
of Chinese teenagers is a failure.
Ma Yong believes that the Chinese society
has lost its ethics.
Ma Yong, researcher, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences:
”Now we don＇t understand what is true, good and beautiful.
We don＇t know what is evil or ugly.
We don＇t know that our values have been distorted.
The biggest problem for most Chinese
is that we don＇t know the meaning of life.
We don＇t know how to use our wealth. The distortion
of ethics has driven people to follow avarice and pursue money over anything else.
Of course this has a very bad impact
on our next generation.”
Ma Yong remarked that there is little citizen education
or moral lessons in today’s Chinese schools.
Instead, most of them focus on teaching the students
political correctness, which Ma thinks is useless for them.
Li Shuangjiang and his wife Mengge are both famous
troop singers in China.
Most of their songs are “red ones” that glorify the Chinese
Communist Party. So they are undeniably a “red song family".
Li Shuangjiang said in a TV interview, his son would never
learn bad things because he is always shown “the right way".
Now Li had made a fool of himself by these speeches
and became a laughing stoke for the Chinese.
