據大陸網絡爆料，12月12號，濟南軍區出動70輛軍車，包圍山東省東營市河口區政府大樓，要求對方釋放在交通事故中肇事的軍區職工。
根據上傳的圖片看，多輛軍車寫有標語，其中有兩輛軍車將河口區政府大門堵住。這些軍車的標語寫著：「根據《辦理軍隊和地方互涉刑事案件規定》，發生在營區的案件，由軍隊保衛部門或者軍事檢察院立案偵查，地方無權處理。」、「河口公安分局要嚴格落實《辦理軍隊和地方互涉刑事案件規定》，還我職工。」
據《自由亞洲電臺》引述知情者的話說，事件的起因是，一名濟南軍區的職工，酒後駕駛被交警攔截。這名職工企圖讓他的父親頂罪，結果被交警揭發，並將他們兩人帶走，因期間有人打傷交警，他們兩人被帶到河口區公安局拘查。隨後，70輛軍車開到區政府辦和區公安局門外，堵塞道路要求放人。
中共撤銷陳平福煽動顛覆指控
甘肅蘭州失業教師陳平福「涉嫌顛覆國家政權罪」一案，12月14號被蘭州市人民檢察院撤訴，陳平福獲得自由。陳平福對各地網友半年來不懈的聲援和支持表示感謝。
55歲的陳平福，因網上發表和轉載政治文章，引起中共當局的不滿，今年8月被蘭州中級法院以「涉嫌煽動顛覆國家政權罪」起訴，罪證是他發表或轉載的34篇文章。
陳平福遭受起訴後，引起了人權組織、法律界人士和公眾的廣泛關注，人們紛紛呼籲保護陳平福言論自由的憲法權利。
星期五，獲知撤訴的陳平福對媒體表示，他一直認為自己沒有罪，今後仍會針對中共專制制度，正常發表言論。陳平褔曾經擔任教師二十多年。
胡佳遭國保駕車攔截 再度被軟禁
另外，北京異見人士胡佳14號再度被軟禁。胡佳向《自由亞洲電臺》表示，自「十八大」結束，他返回北京以後，警察就不定時的將他軟禁。自上個月29號到這個月3號，他沒法外出，他說，相信與愛滋病感染者到北京上訪，及盲人維權人士陳光誠的侄子陳克貴在山東開庭有關。
胡佳才獲得兩天的自由，週五又遭國保駕車攔截，這次他不確定是甚麼原因。

70 Military Vehicles Dispatched on Request for Staff Release
China’s internet sources revealed that on Dec. 12th Jinan
Military Region dispatched 70 military vehicles to besiege the town hall of Hekou District, Dongying city in Shandong.
The army requested the authorities to release the culprit of a
car accident, who is a staff member of the military region.
The pictures uploaded to the internet show slogans were
hung on several military vehicles.
Two of the army vehicles stopped blocking the town hall.
The slogans read, “According to law, for any case occurring
in subcamps is placed on file for investigation by
the army security departments or military procuratorate,
local authorities have no power to handle the case.”
“Public Security Sub-bureau of Hekou District should
strictly obey the law, and return the staff member to us.”
Radio Free Asia quoted informed sources, saying that
a drunk staff member in the Jinan Military Region was
intercepted by traffic police while driving.
The staff member tried to let his father be the scapegoat of
the charge, but this was discerned by the police.
Both were detained for interrogation in Public Security
Bureau of Hekou District, as the traffic police was injured.
Subsequently, 70 military vehicles arrived outside the town
hall and Public Security Bureau, requesting their release.
Gansu Teacher Chen Pingfu’s Prosecution Withdrawn
Lanzhou municipal procuratorate withdrew a charge against
Chen Pingfu, an unemployed teacher in Gansu Province.
Chen had been charged with a crime of “suspected
subversion of state power".
After release, Chen thanked Chinese netizens for their
unwavering support over past six months.
Chen Pingfu, aged 55, displeased the Communist regime for
publishing and reproducing political articles on the internet.
August 2012, Lanzhou municipal procuratorate sued
Chen on suspicion of “subversion of state power".
The evidences against him were 34 articles he had
published and reproduced on the internet.
The prosecution against Chen Pingfu aroused attention from
human rights organizations, legal professionals and the public.
People have called for protection of Chen Pingfu’s
constitutional right to freedom of expression.
On Dec. 14th Chen Pingfu told the media that he has always
believed himself to be innocent.
He will continue to comment on Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) dictatorship.
Reportedly, Chen Pingfu has been a teacher for over 20 years.
Dissident Hu Jia Put Under House Arrest Again
Renowned dissident Hu Jia was once again put under
house arrest in Beijing on Dec. 14th.
Hu Jia told Radio Free Asia that since he returned to Beijing
when the 18th Party Congress ended, local police authorities put him under irregular house arrests.
He was banned from going outside home from Nov. 29th
to Dec. 3rd.
Hu Jia speculated that his house arrest may be related to
HIV sufferers who travelled to petition at Beijing.
They also traveled to the court hearing of the case of Chen
Kegui, nephew of blind human rights activist Chen Guangcheng in Shandong.
On Dec. 14th, Hu Jia was once again intercepted by local
domestic security police. He does not know why.
