【新唐人2012年11月27日訊】連日來，薄熙來的老巢重慶很是熱鬧。孫政才上任重慶市委書記後，「重慶高官淫片連續劇」連續爆出，與薄熙來關係密切的重慶淫官雷政富，因淫亂視頻被撤職調查。而薄熙來主政重慶時，被視為「黑打」典型代表的原北京律師李莊，日前被最高檢約見。
另外，前重慶政法委書記饒文蔚的父親在為兒子伸冤四年無果後，日前案件也開始有些轉機。而這些案子有一個共通點，就是，都與薄熙來的名字掛上關係。
孫政才上任的第一把火，就燒向了重慶淫官雷政富。23號，雷政富被免去職務並被立案調查。爆料人朱瑞峰在接受《新唐人》採訪時表示，他認為薄熙來、王立軍倒臺後，重慶市一直沒有徹底揭開腐敗黑幕。
有報導指稱，雷政富當年被人舉報時，曾受到薄熙來的保護。
11月15號，原北京律師李莊向最高人民檢察院提起控告，要求追究「李莊案」，和「龔剛模案」專案組所有涉案警察的刑事責任。23號，最高檢約見了李莊和代理律師王誓華。
重慶商人龔剛模兄壟剛華：「當時是沒有辦法，重慶現狀就是這樣，他們肯定是刑訊逼供，我兄弟被吊了這麼些天，被打得大小便都失禁。我希望你們能夠到重慶來，了解一下當時的情況，當年重慶有多黑，他們濫用職權、徇私枉法、對於法律的尊嚴都不顧了。」
「打黑」、無處不見的「政府之手」，曾經是薄熙來到處炫耀的資本。不過，外界評論認為，薄熙來這棵大樹已經被拔起，等待他的是司法審判。而目前的種種跡象顯示，對重慶「黑打」清算已經開始。
原北京律師李莊：「現在薄王事件出來以後，他們（證人）才敢說真話，當年他們指控我，我就知道他們是被逼無奈的。以前的事情咱們現在不談了，咱們就談以後，從今天開始往後看，我看看到底是不是真反腐，真『依法治國』，我們大家都在看著。」
另外，重慶巫山縣原政法委書記饒文蔚，因為寫了52篇文章，批評共產黨和薄熙來，並由朋友發給海外《大紀元》新聞網站發表。2008年，薄熙來下令逮捕饒文蔚並重判他12年，引發重慶官場震動。饒文蔚的父親饒將津，四年來不停的為兒子申冤，但都沒有結果。直到近期，事情終於發生轉機。
前重慶政法委書記饒文蔚父饒將津：「據我所了解這個案子還是薄熙來親自批示成立專案組進行辦理。11月20號我到重慶市高級人民法院，接受我案子的法官給我講的，他說要重慶高級人民法院的領導對這個案子進行研究了，再做答復。」
此外，就在一週前，重慶銀監局下發通知，擬對地方政府融資平臺貸款質量等方面進行重點排查。據了解，在這之前並沒有過類似的舉措。
觀察認為，重慶地方當局手握如此豐厚的資源，卻沒有充足的制衡監督機制，將會導致極大的腐敗，這次排查或許就是已經發現「重慶模式」埋下的問題。
不過，美國哥倫比亞大學政治學博士王軍濤提醒，共產黨整體的狀況已經是爛透了，即使整肅薄熙來，也不是為了恢復法制。
王軍濤：「我不想政治體系不改革的情況下他們糾正薄熙來就是恢復法制。薄熙來去重慶之前，重慶就不是一個甚麼好的江山叫薄熙來給搞壞了。其實說到底這還是共產黨內部這些貪官污吏的家務事，他們之間還是排擠，互相爭來爭去。」
有評論說，重慶對於薄熙來來說，不過是一個戲臺，掙夠了掌聲就將曲終人散。只是，薄熙來自己沒想到的是，他會在這個戲臺上直接摔死。而這個戲臺究竟藏了多少鮮為人知的事情，答案或許才剛剛開始揭曉。

Bo Xilai’s “Gang Crackdown” Under Investigation
Recently Chongqing city where Bo Xilai formerly
administered, witnessed a series of news.
After Sun Zhengcai became new Party Secretary of Chongqing,
Chongqing senior officials started a “porn series.”
Lei Zhengfu, a close ally of Bo Xilai, was removed from office
due to his promiscuous activities & videos of himself.
In his “gang crackdown” movement, Beijing lawyer Li Zhuang
suffered from Bo’s suppression and persecution.
Recently the Supreme Procuratorate held conversations with him.
In addition, the former Secretary of Chongqing Politics and
Law Committee Rao Wenwei,
spent four years to appeal on behalf of his wronged son,
but to no avail.
Now the case reopens yet they all share a distinct feature,
one of being related to the case of Bo Xilai.
Upon taking office, Sun Zhengcai immediately put the
promiscuous official Lei Zhengfu under charge.
Dec. 23rd, Lei was removed from office for
criminal investigation.
Zhu Ruifeng told NTD that he thinks after the downfall of Wang
Lijun and Bo Xilai, Chongqing’s corruption is still under cover.
It is reported that Lei Zhengfu sought protection from
Bo Xilai when he was under charge many years ago.
Nov. 15th, former Beijing lawyer Li Zhuang required
the Supreme Procuratorate to
prosecute all police officers involved in cases
against Li Zhuang and Gong Gangmo.
Nov. 23rd, Supreme Procuratorate met with
Li and his lawyer.
Chongqing businessman Gong Ganghua, brother of Gong
Gangmo: “This was Chongqing’s status quo. There was no way out of it.
They have definitely forced confessions from my brother.
He was tied & hung up for many days, then beaten to
urine incontinence.
I hope you will be able to come to Chongqing to
investigate how “dark” Chongqing was at that time.
They abused their power against the dignity of the law.”
“Black crackdown" and the “omni-present hands of
Government” used to be Bo Xilai’s political wealth.
Now that Bo has fallen down under trial, investigation into
Chongqing’s “gang crackdown” now starts.
Former Beijing lawyer Li Zhuang: “Now after the scandals
of Bo and Wang, they (the witnesses) start to speak the truth.
When they decided to charge me earlier on,
I knew they were forced to.
We’ll drop what had happened in the past,
and only look to the future.
We will see whether or not it is real anti-corruption,
and whether or not it is true “rule of law”.
We will be monitoring all such further progress!”
In addition, Rao Wenwei, former Secretary of Politics
and Law Committee in Wushan-county, Chongqing,
had written 52 articles criticizing CCP and Bo Xilai,
all to be published in Epoch Times.
In 2008, Bo Xilai ordered the arrest of Rao Wenwei
and sentenced him to 12 years in prison, which shocked Chongqing officials.
In the past four years, Rao Wenwei’s father Rao Jiangjin
kept appealing for his son, yet to no avail.
However, recently the case came to a new turning point.
Rao Tianjin, father of Rao Wenwei, former secretary of
Chongqing Politics and Law Committee:
“I’d realized Bo Xilai personally instructed a task
force to handle my son’s case.
Nov. 20th, I went to Chongqing Municipal High Court
and the judge said he would have to wait for a response from the Court heads.”
A week ago, Chongqing Banking Bureau issued a notice to
reinvestigate local government financial loans.
Never before has there ever been such an initiative
undertaken.
Public observation says Chongqing local authorities hold
huge resources, but do not have a sufficient supervising mechanism.
This will lead to serious corruption. This investigation might
target the inherent problems of “Chongqing mode.”
Wang Juntao, doctor of political science at
Columbia University,
says that CCP’s entire system is already corrupted.
The punishment of Bo Xilai is not aimed at the rule of law.
Wang Juntao: “I do not believe they aim to restore the
rule of law without political reform.
Bo Xilai did not ruin a perfect city of Chongqing.
In a final analysis, it is still the problem of corruption
within CCP.
The officials compete against each other
for personal interests.”
Some comments say Chongqing is only a stage for Bo Xilai.
He only meant to win applause before leaving it behind.
It was unexpected, to himself that he would stumble
on this stage.
How much more is hidden under cover on this stage?
It would appear, things have only just begun.
