【新唐人2012年10月25日訊】仍在堅持維權的四川綿竹「劍南春酒廠」員工，近日給新唐人發來消息，感謝新唐人的報導，使他們維權行動得到了轉機。目前政府出面調停「劍南春」管理層和員工的股權糾紛。另外，「劍南春酒廠」集體公開退黨的職工增加到70多名。
近日，新唐人接到「劍南春酒廠」員工發來的信息，「今政府一人說：法輪功已把酒廠職工因股金分配不公從而罷工一事捅到國際上去了，現在已經著手開始解決他們的問題了。他們罷了將近兩個多月的工都沒甚麼結果，而法輪功就給他們解決了，謝謝新唐人。」
時事評論員邢天行：「為甚麼說有一些人很願意讓海外媒體報導他們的這些事情，因為中共在高層上有個面子問題，對外扮演一個『盛世』啊，『執政已經達到一定水平，被人民擁護』這樣一個形象，很多問題報導到海外，就有損於中共這個形象。」
新唐人10月初報導，「劍南春酒廠」40名黨員致信中共組織部，真名退黨維權。 22號更追蹤披露，集體公開退黨職工有70多名，而且「劍南春酒廠」高層曾以「改制」為名，將9億資產落入黨委及各大小官員的腰包。手持「劍南春酒廠」乾股的官員中，據悉就有曾任四川省委書記的周永康。
時事評論員邢天行：「它涉及到裡面股份當中有周永康了，他是四川那邊的，就是這些權貴的腐敗問題涉及到的面很廣，非常有代表性，恰恰是這些權力高官把國有資產不斷侵吞，從本質上來講，如果這種行為繼續下去的話，也是能夠從根本上使中共統治動搖。」
持續關注「劍南春」員工維權的「綿竹中學」教師高洪珠在博文中指出，「劍南春酒廠」老黨員集體退黨，讓「十八大」難堪。他寫道，「職工們搞出了一個集體退D（黨）這樣的插曲，讓即將召開的重要會議情何以堪。於是，黨政部門的領導也不能穩坐釣魚臺了，各級組成工作組進駐劍南春酒廠。」。
時事評論員邢天行：「從中國人民維權這個角度來看，顯然是因為老百姓要退黨這件事情，呼應了海外大量退黨這個事實，讓中共高層感到恐怖。為了他們這個政權能夠穩固下去，他們也會去促使下面的基層收斂一些。」
22號，「劍南春集團公司」代表、員工代表和政府調停人員三方共同前往成都，向四川省工商局和幾家法律和審計方面的中介機構諮詢股權紛爭事宜。
「劍南春酒廠」員工：「昨天去了，還沒有結果。這間公司一直為了他們堅決的利益，他不想推脫這間公司的立場。政府在『十八大』之前還是想把這個事情解決了，因爲都要求『維持穩定』，但是我們公司裏頭，現在是誰都是知道，他不買政府的賬。」
目前「劍南春酒廠」有三、四百員工堅持維權。
「劍南春酒廠」員工：「他把我們的股份弄成『收益權』，他委託信託公司來管我們，要賺了錢有我們的，賺不到錢沒有我們的，我們要求堅決就是還我們股份的。」
時事評論員邢天行：「很多時候他們也是在搞緩兵之計，然後再進一步分化瓦解，就像在以前的那些事情當中，出現過這樣的。」
在「百度貼吧」的「劍南春吧」，有員工發貼表示自己要堅持到底，把代表喊去成都是想瓦解維權力量。還有員工指責，國內媒體報導「劍南春『維權門』僵局出現曙光」是虛假報導，管理層誠信嚴重缺失。

Jiannanchun workers thank NTD』s report and renounce the CCP
Jiannanchun Brewery employees recently thanked NTDTV
for the report that helped defend their rights.
Not only did the government intervene in the equity
dispute between the management and the workers,
but also the collective number of public renouncements
from the CCP in Jiannanchun has increased to 70.
Recently, a message to NTDTV from Jiannanchun
Brewery employees stated,
“Some official said, 『brought international
attention to the brewery strike over unfair capital stock distribution.
We have to begun to resolve their problem. This strike has
been going on for more than two months with no resolution.
Now Falun Gong helped them to solve the problem.』
Thank you, NTDTV."
Political commentator Xing Tianxin: “Why would
some people like to expose the news to overseas media?
Because the CCP always tries to save face and give the image
that they』re in a golden age or it』s supported by the people.
Any report such as this will damage the image."
In early October, NTDTV reported that
40 party members at Jiannanchun Brewery
sent a letter to the Organization Department of
CCP Central Committee requesting to quit the CCP.
On the 22nd, a follow-up report revealed that more than
70 workers have collectively and publicly quit the party.
It was also reported that 900 million of Jiannanchun
assets were misappropriated to various party officials in the name of reorganization.
Former Party secretary of Sichuan, Zhou Yongkang,
was also alleged to have been holding some of Jiannanchun dry stock.
Political commentator Xing Tianxin: “Zhou Yongkang,
on the Sichuan side, holds some of the shares.
This is a representation of how broad the corruption issue
has been. These dignitaries embezzle state-owned assets.
It has continued and is sufficient to fundamentally shake
the CCP ruling."
Mianzhu Middle School teacher, Gao Hongzhu,
has long been following up on Jiannanchun activity.
He believes that the collective activity to quit the CCP
from Jiannanchun Brewery has embarrassed the CCP.
He stated on his blog, “How is the 18th National Congress
going to bear this collective renouncement from the party?
The party and governmental leaders can no longer sit still.
They have to station at Jiannanchun."
Xing Tianxin: “From the perspective of the Chinese People’s
rights defending, apparently the domestic quit-the-party echoes the large number of quit-the-party overseas.
This fact horrifies the CCP high level. For maintaining the regime,
the CCP have to restrict the behavior of local officials.”
On the 22nd, representatives of Jiannanchun Group,
the employee representatives, and government mediators
jointly went to Chengdu to consult the equity disputes with
the Trade and Industry Bureau of Sichuan Province and several legal and audit intermediaries.
Employee of Jiannanchun Brewery:
“They went yesterday. There』s no result yet.
The company holds firm about there interest and position.
The government wants to solve the issue before
the 18th National Congress to 『maintain stability.』
But we know better and we don』t trust the government."
Currently, more than 300 employees of Jiannanchun
Brewery insist on their rights.
Employee of the Jiannanchun Brewery:
“They changed our shares to income rights only.
A trust company was commissioned to manage the account.
We only get the money when there』s profit.
We insist to return to our shares."
Xing Tianxin: “They often engage in stalling tactics,
and then let it dissipate. It』s happened before."
In the Baidu Post Bar, employees of Jiannanchun
post insist to an end and indicate that
representatives were called to Chengdu with the intention
of dissipating the rights defending activity.
Some employees also accuse false reports by domestic media,
which have claimed a resolution to the Jiannanchun rights defending issue is hopeful.
It is also alleged that the management lacks integrity.
