【新唐人2012年10月5日訊】中共現任的黨政領導人胡錦濤和溫家寶即將把權力交給下一代領導人，有的批評人士把溫家寶比作光說不幹，胡錦濤是政治上的保守和不作為。不過，隨著薄熙來案的處理，越來越多的人改變了看法，請看報導。
胡錦濤和溫家寶即將把權力交給下一代領導集團，對他們的政績有不同的解讀。有人說，胡溫時代，中國經濟發展速度比任何時候都快，也有人說，他們在政治上的保守和不作為，導致體制性腐敗加劇、致利益集團坐大，官民矛盾加劇，而且對包括維權者和新聞自由的打壓，是80年代以來最嚴厲的。
黨史學者辛子陵在薄案剛發生時就指出，胡錦濤進入中南海，如同林黛玉進入大觀園，兩代婆婆壓著他，還有吞噬了劉少奇、趙紫陽的極其森嚴可怕的黨國體制，他不能說錯一句話，不能走錯一步路。
辛子陵認為，江澤民留下的九龍治水的班子，就是不許胡錦濤成為核心，限制他作為。
民主人士汪北稷「你看江的力量那麼強大，下臺十年還安插這麼多人在政治局，弄的胡溫是動彈不了的，這樣才來了江胡之鬥這個之說。一派想控制，一派強硬的控制住軍隊、強硬的控制住警察、情報系統、文宣系統控制住，弄得胡溫是無法做為，你想做為。現在看出來了，不是他們不想做為。」
汪北稷指出，以前只是覺得溫家寶光說不幹，胡錦濤只想平安退休，但從2012年才看出來胡溫是飽受壓抑的十年。「江系血債派」，他們的馬仔之一薄熙來都能這麼倡狂，說明他們力量非常強大。
最近，海外的《博訊》和《明鏡新聞網》都報導了北京消息人士透露訊息，現在中共正在尋求薄熙來涉及命案的罪證。消息人士指出，這個中共高層知道法輪功所揭發的活摘器官是真的，那是在政法委的庇護下，谷開來直接捲入、運作，建立全球器官銷售網路。
薄熙來2月出事，同月大連的人體標本工廠關閉，可見中共對薄熙來的活摘等罪行早有掌握。
最近，國際社會對中共活摘法輪功學員器官廣泛關注：美國舉辦了中共活摘器官聽證會，聯合國人權會議也對此事件做了調查和關注。
汪北稷認為，過去十幾年，法輪功的問題成為中共和人民之間矛盾的一個核心問題。薄王的狗咬狗，把迫害人民最突出的反人類罪，在全世界面前揭開了。他說：迫害法輪功是體制性犯罪。
時事評論員藍述： 「要解決現實問題，徹底清算黨內血債集團的血債，就是回歸人道的最有力的一步。黑幕曝出來，然後真正去採取雷霆手段。如果能這樣做的話，確實是中華民族之福。」
汪北稷還表示，當中共首腦是不幸的，歷史上能夠善終的不多﹔如果習近平能夠抓住這個機遇，解決中國當下的關鍵——法輪功的問題，他就是幸運的。
汪北稷： 「冥冥之意有機會成為一個開明者的，現在是他們具有大智慧、大勇氣的時候。從上任後，江的權力更小了，江、曾、周的餘威就更弱了，已經有胡溫在後面支持他放手去做，緩解社會矛盾，化解社會冤仇，清洗共產黨內部的罪惡，把真相告訴人民。」
藍述指出，只有從法輪功問題入手才能徹底清算江系血債幫，才能讓所有手上有血債的人物在十八大人事安排中被排除核心之外。
最近百度搜尋引擎輸入「吉林真相網」，隨之可見關於法輪功的真相內容，包括法輪功簡介、九評退黨、活摘器官、薄熙來夫婦盜賣屍體等內容。據了解，這是目前解禁資料最全面的一次。
看來，中共高層圍繞法輪功問題的爭鬥還沒有徹底結束。

Bo and Wang Case Breaks the Ice in War between Hu and Jiang
As the current CCP leader Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao
will step down,
there have been criticisms regarding Wen as a speaker
of empty talk and of Hu as an inactive conservative in politics.
However, many have changed their opinions as progress
has been made on Bo Xilai’s case.
As Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao are about to transfer
power to the next generation of CCP leaders,
various comments have been made on their achievements
in administrating China.
Some say that China’s economy has developed faster than
ever under their governance.
While others criticize their conservatism and political inaction
which has led to a worse situation in terms of structural corruption and benefiting vested interest groups.
Furthermore, the conflicts between officials and civilians,
as well as suppression of human right activists and
freedom of speech have been the worst since the 1980’s.
Right after Bo Xilai’s case broke out, scholar of CCP
history Xin Ziling remarked that
Hu Jintao had acted like Lin Daiyu who visited
the Grand View Garden for the first time;
he had to be careful in dealing with two former leaders
and the extremely strict and horrifying framework of the CCP’s regime;
there was no place for him to say anything wrong or
make any incorrect move.
Xin Ziling believes that, Jiang Zemin had intentionally left
Hu a disunited politburo standing committee to restrict his capability as core leader.
(Wang Beiji, democrat): ”As you see, Jiang is quite powerful
and still has many subordinates as politburo members ten years after he stepped down.
This has greatly restricted Hu Jintao’s power
and has led to a war between their two factions.
Jiang’s faction brazenly attempted to control the military,
police and intelligence system and the propaganda department,
which has made it difficult for Hu and Wen to do anything effective.
It is not that Hu and Wen really want to be inactive.”
Wang Beiji remarked that, he previously thought Wen Jiabao
only spoke empty talk and Hu Jintao only sought a smooth retirement.
But since 2012 he has noticed that Hu and Wen
have been under strong constraints for ten years.
As one of Jiang’s subordinates, Bo Xilai’s reckless acts
demonstrate how powerful Jiang’s “blood debt faction” was.
Recently, boxun.com and mingjingnews.com
both cited words from a Beijing source that,
the CCP leaders are currently looking for evidence
of Bo Xilai’s crimes of mass murder.
The source revealed that, CCP leaders know that
live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners is real,
and that the crimes were committed under the protection of
the Politics and Law Committee with Gu Kailai
involved in building and operating the sales network
of the trade in stolen organs.
The human specimen factory in Dalian was closed
this February, the same month as Bo Xilai’s case broke out.
This suggests that CCP leaders had known of Bo’s crime
of live organ harvesting since earlier than this year.
In the past month, global society has paid great attention
to live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.
Hearings have been held in the United States.
The crime was also exposed at the Conference of United
Nations Human Rights Council.
Wang Beiji remarked that, the persecution of Falun Gong
has become a central problem in reflecting the conflicts between the CCP and Chinese people in the past 13 years.
The struggle between Wang Lijun and Bo Xilai has finally
revealed this most severe crime against humanity and the whole world.
Wang believes that, the persecution of Falun Gong is
a systematic crime supported by the whole CCP regime.
(Lan Shu, political commentator):”In dealing with realistic
problems, bringing all the CCP’s blood debt to justice will be a powerful step towards recovering humanity in China.
The truth should be exposed and the criminals
should be punished without pity.
If this becomes true, it will be a real blessing to
the Chinese people.”
Wang Beiji further remarked that, it is most unfortunate to
become a CCP leader as so few of them can make a happy ending;
On the other hand, if Xi Jinping can seize the opportunity
to solve the important Falun Gong issue,
he will indeed become a fortunate leader.
(Wang Beiji):”There are still chances to become a good leader.
Now it’s time for him to show his bearings of great courage and wisdom.
If Xi Jinping successfully takes power, the influence of
Jiang’s faction will become even weaker than now.
With the support of Hu and Wen behind him, Xi should
work on relieving social conflicts, rehabilitating victims of injustice,
and eliminating the evil crimes inside the CCP.
He should reveal the truth to the Chinese people.”
Lan Shu believes that, only through properly handling the
Falun Gong issue can Jiang’s “Blood Debt Faction” be completely punished
and only thus can all the criminals be excluded from the
leader group after the 18th National Congress.
Recently, it is found that the truth of Falun Gong can be
displayed with searching “Jilin Truth Website” into baidu.com.
The contents include introduction of Falun Gong, Nine
Commentaries on the Communist Party, quitting the CCP,
live organ harvesting and the organ trade of
the Bo Xilai couple.
This has been the most complete lift ever on
the Internet censorship in China.
From what can be observed, the struggle among CCP leaders
over the handling of the Falun Gong issue has yet to conclude completely.
