【新唐人2012年9月22日訊】外媒：王立軍案下週一宣判
9月21號，路透社、美聯社、英國廣播公司（BBC）等多家西方主流媒體發佈消息說，據四川成都市中級法院消息，重慶市原副市長、公安局原局長王立軍案，將在下週一（24號）早上8點30分開庭宣佈裁決。
據《香港商業電臺》報導，法院說宣判日的法庭旁聽席位已滿，會考慮在宣判後安排發佈會公布裁決。
王立軍作為前重慶市長薄熙來的左膀右臂，卻因徇私枉法、叛逃、濫用職權、受賄等罪名被指控，9月17、18號兩天，王立軍在成都中級人民法院出庭受審。但9月17號的庭審沒有對外公開。
據了解，王立軍對指控的罪名沒有提出異議。不過輿論認為王立軍將不會被判處死刑。
而中共喉舌《新華社》披露的案情始末，首次暗示薄熙來可能涉案。因此，外界普遍預計在王立軍案宣判後，中共領導層將宣佈薄熙來是否會面臨刑事指控。
英媒：胡錦濤或半退 保留軍委主席
隨著中共高層換屆的臨近，胡錦濤是否會在十八大後全身而退，成爲海內外輿論的焦點。
英國《泰晤士報》9月21號刊登北京記者Leo Lewis的文章說，美國對華策略的改變，可能導致胡錦濤保留他的軍委主席位置。
文章引述軍事分析家的話說，中共高層對於下任中央軍委主席由誰擔任的決定，至今還沒有做出。這一掌控全世界最大軍隊的位置，仍然是中共內部激烈爭奪的權力。
文章說，最近美國正在向亞洲調動更多資源和力量，以遏制中國在這個地區的軍事膨脹。胡錦濤需要說服黨內各派，這一「軍權過渡」對於新的領導班子很重要，可以幫助他們擺脫華盛頓軍事重點轉移帶來的影響。
遼寧警方向民眾開槍 死傷3人
9月21號，遼寧省盤錦市興隆臺區二十里村發生暴力佔地糾紛，當地警方在強搶土地時向農民開槍，造成1死3傷。
據《大紀元》新聞網報導，當地民眾介紹，當天上午約9點，盤錦市興隆臺區興隆農場隊長張某帶領城管人員等約百人，開著抓鉤機，來到王家的莊稼地，要強行剷平青苗地，在剷平農地的過程中遭遇王家奮力抵抗，警方到場後連續向王家人開槍，將王樹傑當場打死，王樹傑父母分別被打穿膝蓋和胳膊。之後數百武警到場強行搶走死者屍體。死者妻子也被帶走，不知下落。
《大紀元》引述知情者的話說，這起惡性事件已經轟動了整個盤錦，很多人聽到了槍聲。事發後，盤錦當局瘋狂封鎖消息，民眾拍攝現場狀況的手機都被搶走摔壞。目前，死者家屬也都已被當局控制。

Wang’s Verdict May Be Released on Monday
On September 21, Reuters, the Associated Press,
British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC),
and a number of mainstream Western media released news
stating that according to Chengdu Intermediate People’s Court,
the verdict of Wang Lijun, former Vice Mayor of Chongqing
and director of Public Security Bureau, will be announced at 8:30am on Monday.
According to the Hong Kong Commercial Radio,
the court claimed the audit seats had already filled up,
and the court will consider arranging a conference
to issue a ruling after the verdict.
Wang Lijun, the right hand man of former Mayor of Chongqing,
Bo Xilai, was accused of favoritism, defection,
abuse of power, and bribery.
Wang was put on trial at the Chengdu Intermediate People’s
Court on September 17 and 18, but the trial on September 17 was closed to the public.
It is understood that Wang Lijun has no objection
to the charges against him.
But public opinion said Wang Lijun won’t be
sentenced to death.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) mouthpiece, Xinhua News
Agency, disclosed that Bo Xilai may be involved in the crimes.
It is widely expected the CCP leadership will announce whether
Bo Xilai faces criminal charges after Wang Lijun’s sentencing.
Hu Jintao May Keep Position in Military
With the approach of the CCP personnel transition, the public
is focused on whether Hu Jintao will resign from all positions after the 18th National People’s Congress (NPC) meeting.
British Times published an article of Leo Lewis,
one of their correspondents in Beijing on September 21,
saying the U.S. policy change may lead Hu Jintao to retain
his position as commander-in-chief of military.
The article quoted military analysts’ words, saying the CCP
has yet to make a decision on who should serve as next chairman of the Central Military Commission.
There is still intense competition amongst high level CCP
for the position in control of the world’s largest army.
The article said that the United States has mobilized more
resources and power to Asia to contain China’s military expansion.
Hu Jintao needs to convince the inner-party factions of the
importance of the military power transition to the new leadership,
so as to eliminate the impact of the focus change
being made by Washington DC.
Police In Liaoning Shot People
On September 21, violent disputes regarding land seizure
took place in Twenty Miles, Xinglongtai District, Panjin, Liaoning Province.
When police attempted to forcibly seize land,
they shot people, causing 1 fatality and 3 injuries.
The Epoch Times reported that according to local people,
at around 9am, Zhang, a team leader at Xinglong Farm,
Longtai District, Panjin, along with about 100 urban
management personnel,
drove a grapple machine to Wang’s cropland,
trying to level the crops forcibly.
Wang’s family resisted with great efforts.
When police arrived, they continuously shot at Wang’s family.
Wang Shujie was killed on the scene.
His parents were shot in the knees and arms.
Afterwards, police forcibly took away Wang’s body,
as well as Wang’s wife. Her whereabouts is unknown.
The Epoch Times quoted an insider who said the vicious
incident has caused a sensation throughout Panjin, and many heard the gunfire.
After the incident, Panjin authorities blocked the news,
and the cell phones of people who took pictures of the scene were confiscated and destroyed.
Now, family members of the deceased victim are all under
the control of the authorities.
