【新唐人2012年9月19日訊】原重慶市副市長、公安局局長王立軍的四大罪，已經審理結束，等待宣判。不過外界認為，中共領導人為了18大能夠平穩過渡，掩蓋了王立軍殘酷迫害法輪功學員，和活摘法輪功學員器官牟利的滔天罪惡。評論指出，隨著國際社會關注「活摘器官」的熱度高漲，這種掩蓋天底下最大罪惡的行為，最終會招致人神共憤，解體共產黨這邪惡組織。
據中共媒體報導，王立軍案涉及國家機密的部分，17號在成都中級人民法院「閉門聆訊」，而不涉及機密的部分， 則在18號「公開聆訊」。審判結果將擇日宣佈。
律師們認為，包括叛逃，徇私枉法、濫用職權等罪行，對於王立軍來說都屬於不嚴重罪行，最多判有期徒刑。而行賄受賄，最嚴重可以判到死刑。不過從起訴材料看，王立軍是為他人行賄受賄，似乎不夠成死刑。
中國法學專家趙遠明：「王立軍最嚴重的罪行，實際上是活摘器官並販賣，這種罪行比德國納粹更邪惡、更殘忍、更不人道，它牽扯到政法委，牽扯到江澤民，那麼就像一個大炸彈似的，要把中共炸毀了，所以中共在處理王立軍時避重就輕。」
中共活摘法輪功學員器官的罪行，已經引起全世界的全面關注。加拿大律師和醫院早在2006，開始對這一血腥罪惡進行調查。
今年5月，「美國人權報告」首度披露中共活摘器官的事實，並制定法律，參與活摘者不能進入美國領地。而在今年7月華盛頓的反迫害集會上，美國議員和各界首領公開站出，指責中共活摘法輪功學員器官的獸行。這個月12號，美國眾議院外交委員會舉辦聯合聽證會，關注中共活摘法輪功學員器官的罪惡。
日前，美國「保衛民主基金會」客座研究員伊森‧葛特曼(Ethan Gutmann)指出，中共中央了解活摘器官內幕，不過即使王立軍事件爆發，他們對外還是一直在掩蓋真相。
原歷史學教授劉因全：「鎮壓法輪功、活摘很多人的器官，它是反人類罪，是對人類的一個挑戰，中共掩蓋是沒有用的，對王立軍，包括薄熙來這些積極參與…這些人來說，對他們的審判只是個時間問題，越掩蓋，人們對他們的邪惡本質認識得越清楚，只有對他們審判才能換得人們的諒解。」
中國法學專家趙遠明表示，正邪之間沒有中立，如果中共高層中不想迫害法輪功的官員們及新班子，不公開迫害法輪功的真相，不給予法輪功及受迫害的法輪功學員公正的待遇，而只是想慢慢的把法輪功問題邊緣化，將會引起整個中國和國際社會的憤怒。
趙遠明說，從習近平隱身兩週，及目前對釣魚島事件的炒作來看，周永康「血債派」並沒有因為胡溫放過谷開來和王立軍而罷休。
趙遠明：「實際上是樹慾靜卻風不止，18大開不好，你也不可能平安的下來，而且對薄熙來、周永康這一派人不狠狠的打的話，我們可以看到，即使你下來，即使你裸退，他們也不會放過你，也不會放過習近平，因為這是他們既定的方針，是一個利益集團長遠的打算，他要推翻你這個現政權。」
國際媒體指出，中共領導人將審判王立軍視作他們努力限制醜聞擴散的下一步措施。
據《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導，大陸最近連續發生的反日示威中，部分城市出現蹊蹺打砸燒事件，民間指出，打砸燒是便衣警察和軍警所為。據網民報料，17號，廣州、上海、長沙等地出現大量軍車，上海市區甚至赫然有「自行火砲」現身。

Wang Lijun Trial avoided important matters dwelling on trivia,
maintaining stability for a smooth transition?
The four major crimes committed by former Chongqing
Deputy Major and Head of Public Security Wang Lijun trial
has finally reached an end and is awaiting verdict.
However, everyone believes Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
leaders covered up Wang Lijun’s cruel,
inhumane persecution towards Falun Gong practitioners
to ensure a smooth transition during the 18th National People’s Congress.
Commentaries point out that as International Communities
come to pay more attention to Live Organ Harvesting,
this cover up of the most heinous crime under heaven will
eventually be condemned not only by people but gods.
The evil CCP will eventually dissolve.
According to China state-run media reports, Wang Lijun’s
case involves China national security issues. On Sept. 17th,
a closed-hearing trial took place at Chengdu Intermediate
People’s Court covering state secrets.
The public part was carried on in an open trial. The date for
the announcement of the final verdict is yet to be determined.
Lawyers believe that for Wang Lijun, defection, bending the
law to one’s own will and abuse of power are insignificant crimes;
at most he will be sentenced to a number of years in prison.
The most severe punishment he will receive is the death
sentence for corruption and accepting bribery.
But from appeal materials, Wang Lijun was accepting bribes
and giving bribes on behalf of others.
This is not sufficient for a death sentence.
Chinese Legal Studies expert Zhao Yuanming: “Wang Lijun’s
most serious crime in fact the live harvesting and selling of organs,
which is more evil, more cruel and inhumane
than those committed by Hitler.
It can involve the Politics and Law Committee,
involves Jiang Zemin, then it will be like a large bomb.
This will blast the CCP, so in terms of handling Wang Lijun’s
case, the CCP avoids important parts and dwells on trivia.”
The crime of live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners
committed by the CCP has already commanded the attention of the whole world from all aspects.
Canada lawyer and hospital started the investigation
of this bloody crime in 2006.
In May of this year, United States Human Rights report first
exposed the truth of CCP’s live organ harvesting and
enacted a law that the participants could not enter the U.S.
At July’s Washington Anti-Persecution assembly, U.S.
Congressmen and various leaders publicly criticized the
animalistic behavior of CCP’s live organ harvesting of
Falun Gong practitioners.
On 12th September, United States House of Representatives
Committee on Foreign Affairs held a joint hearing concerning such a heinous crime.
Currently, Ethan Gurmann, an adjunct fellow at the
Foundation for Defense of Democracies points out that
the CCP knows and understands the true stories about
organ harvesting.
They continue to cover up the truth even with
the outbreak of the Wang Lijun event.
History professor Liu Yinquan: “Suppressing Falun Gong,
harvesting many people’s organs while they are still alive,
it is an anti-human crime, it is a challenge to mankind.
It is useless for the CCP to cover it up.
For Wang Lijun, including Bo Xilai and other active participants,
their verdict is just a matter of time.
The more it is covered, the more clearly people will see
its evil nature.
The people’s forgiveness can only be earned by putting
them on trial.”
Chinese legal studies expert Zhao Yuanming expresses that
there is no middle ground between good and evil.
High level CCP officials must stop persecuting Falun Gong and
start being open about the truth of the persecution and not giving Falun Gong practitioners fair treatment.
By dragging out the Falun Gong problem and marginalizing it,
the CCP will incite hatred and anger towards itself from
Chinese and International society.
Zhao Yuanming says from Xi Jinping’s two week invisibility
and the current hype over Diaoyu Islands(Senkaku Islands),
Hu and Wen’s leniency on Gu Kailai and Wang Lijun
has not led Zhou Yongkang’s Blood Debt Faction to give up.
Zhao Yuanming: “In reality the tree wants to stay calm
but the wind does not stop.
If the 18th National People’s Congress does not go well,
it would be impossible for you to step down peacefully.
Yet if Bo Xilai, Zhou Yongkang and these people do not get
punished severely, we will see that even if you step down,
if you retire, they will not let you off easily, and will also not
let Xi Jinping off easily due to their established guidelines.
It is a long term plan for an interest group,
which wants to overthrow your current political power.”
Global media points out, CCP leader will regard the trial of
Wang Lijun as the next step in their efforts to limit the spread of the scandal.
According to China’s Jasmine Revolution web report,
beating, smashing, and burning incidents occurred in
some cities as part of the continuous Anti-Japanese protests.
Amongst citizens, they point out that these behaviors are
the actions of plain-clothes policemen and military police.
According to netizen reports, a large number of military
vehicles appeared at Guangzhou, Shanghai, Changsha and other areas on the 17th.
Self-propelled artillery even appeared in urban areas
in Shanghai.
