The Real CCP’s ‘Forbidden City’
Forbidden City is the symbol of Chinese emperors.
Currently Chinese people refer to it as the forbidden topics.
In addition to forbidden topics like ‘Tiananmen’,’Taiwan’,
and ‘Tibet’, a BBC reporter accidentally found another word starting with a ‘T’ – ‘Toilet’.
However, commentators point, out none of these represent
the real Chinese Communist Party’ (CCP) ‘Forbidden City’.
In a BBC article published on September 8, Justin Rowlatt
wrote about a fact that may be ridiculous to many.
In his article, Justin stated that the CCP has
a horrible censorship system.
The World Toilet Organization (WTO) rates China
as the country with worst public restrooms in Asia.
CCP’s English paper China Daily even published
an editorial article to explain the matter.
Justin explained, a so-called CCP reminder,
that he wanted to write an article about the “toilet storm.”
However, he was stopped,
as this would violate CCP’s reporting discipline.
Beijing legal scholar Chen Yongmiao expressed that the CCP
wouldn’t want to report on toilets to maintain its image.
Chen Yongmiao: “The toilet issue is very insignificant.
It is not related to any power crisis, but is still possible
to be included in the forbidden topics.
So, this totalitarian regime has extreme insecurity.
Minor details and a scene in everyday life can be turned
into a political matter and touch upon its forbidden areas.”
Secret China refers to these forbidden topics
as the CCP’s Forbidden City.
Zhu Keming is the first person to file a lawsuit
against CCP’s former general secretary Jiang Zemin.
Zhu said that Forbidden City was used before
as a reference to the Palace Museum in Beijing.
Nowadays, people use it as “what the CCP does not allow
people to talk about; else they』d be arrested and killed.”
Zhu Keming: “Many bad things done by the CCP
are referred as ‘Forbidden City’.
But CCP uses them to promote its image.
That shows the CCP’s evil nature.
The CCP talks about how it improves human rights in Tibet,
promotes patriotism using the Taiwan issue.
People are not allowed to talk about these, but the CCP
‘turns them into positive’ when it wants to utilize them.”
However, Zhu Keming expressed the CCP could not improve
its image talking about ‘June 4’ and ‘Falun Gong’.
It avoids publicity about these two significant issues,
as this will cause CCP’s collapse after people’s awakening.
Zhu Keming: “The real Forbidden City’ matters
are June 4th and Falun Gong.
People saw that it kills people. The CCP kills good people,
conducting live organ harvesting.
There is no explanation. These are CCP’s death points. They
show CCP is illegal and has committed most vicious crimes.”
Justin also mentioned that he was once allowed to report
on some social injustice issues in China.
These are but CCP’ tricks to get some balance, win people’s
compassion over the poor, and show how successful China is.
Chen Yongmiao: “Some people say that life is much better.
People have certain freedom.
Actually you can feel that China has returned slowly
to the 50’s or 1949, to a military government.
You can feel that each aspect of your life
is being controlled.”
Chen Yongmiao pointed out that the media that will be
the voice of Chinese people in the future will not be in China.
Chen Yongmiao: “The media in China has lost its credibility.
When people get angry in the future, they’ll punish the media.
The media that play an active role are Sina’s microblog,
Dongtai and some overseas sites.
Their image in Chinese people’s heart will improve.”
Justin wrote toward the end of his article that CCP’s nature
has not changed. It would still threaten you over trivial things.
