【新唐人2012年9月11日訊】10號是中國第28個「教師節」。但卻有作家發微博說「師德缺乏，思想變味」，呼籲「取消教師節」。「尊師重道」原是中國自古以來的傳統，在「教師節」這個日子裡，卻發出反調，究竟是甚麼原因呢？
在教師節的前一天，大陸作家張一一發微博表示，教師們「真有資格獨享這樣一個節日嗎？」張一一認為現在許多教師「師德缺乏，思想變味」，他呼籲「取消教師節！」
《新唐人》評論員石濤是師範學校畢業的學生。他從自己的經歷分析，為甚麼現在的教師會缺乏師德。
石濤回憶，在30年前，當時老師的地位很低，拿的工資非常少，程度好的學生不會選擇教師這個行業。當時師範學校教師大多是本係生留校，被學生戲稱「近親繁衍」。
石濤說，「所以，我們當時對系裏的老師，就曾經開過玩笑，就說北京的土話，黃鼠狼下耗子一窩不如一窩。他是大學裏教授留下來，這個系裏面聽他話的學生做老師。你比如原來師範學院現在叫首都師範大學，其實，很多老師都是很白字啦，就是一些基本的東西都不具備啦。」
石濤表示，大學是學生思想最活躍的時期，但當年，師範學校灌輸那些將來要教育下一代的園丁所謂「德育」課，就是用「共產黨是偉大的」思維來洗腦。
石濤提到，「所以，在這樣的薰陶之下，實際在師範大學上學的，很多學生是被洗腦的過程。就是說，本來老師教的首先是做人的道理和道義、人的德性，但是在學校當中，卻充滿了這種虛假，因為教他的老師都是講白字的。」
不過，正如石濤所指出的洗腦過程，師範學校畢業的學生已經不是簡單的素質問題了，而是教師這個行業，成為中共對下一代學生進行洗腦宣傳的一種工具。
石濤說，「他們把自己被洗腦之後形成的一切東西，對那一些中學生、小學生進行洗腦。是一種對人性的扼殺，就是，有黨性就要扼殺掉人性。所以隨著時間的推移，就造成了在大陸人們從六、七歲開始，他所接受的教育不是一種人性的教育；不是公民教育；不是國民教育，是黨性教育，這個是非常可怕的。」
即使身為教師，「教師節」這個節日也不能給教師們帶來喜慶。
廣東潮汕地區邱老師向《新唐人》透露，當地中小學教師，不論是教學能力或者是教師的品德確實素質都不高。但其中一個問題是，當地教師待遇每月約1800元人民幣，與珠三角地區的教師待遇相差3倍多。
廣東潮汕地區邱老師表示，「這個問題跟國家，跟政府對待老師的態度也是有關係的。主要原因就在於政府不重視教育，才會造成這樣的局面。教師的待遇幾十年還得不到根本的改善。所以每到教師節我們很反感這個節日，一點都不會開心，甚至反感。」
邱老師還說，廣東普寧市還普遍存在一個問題，就是當地學校的校長和主任都是買來的官位。邱老師消極的表示，老師沒法讓家人得到溫飽，品德最終被犧牲。問題根源於中共獨裁體制之下，存在越來越多的腐敗。
Chinese Writers Call for Abolishing Teachers’ Day
Sept. 10 is 28th Teacher’s Day,
but some Chinese writers posted on a microblog,
criticizing the “lack of and deterioration of teaching ethics.”
They even called for abolishing Teachers’ Day.
China has a long tradition of “respecting teachers.”
Why, then, would Chinese people attack this festival?
The day before Teachers’ Day, Mainland writer Zhang Yiyi
posted on microblog,
questioning “whether Chinese teachers really enjoyed
this festival.”
Zhang said that many teachers have lost teacher’s ethics
and their spirits have deteriorated.
He called for canceling Teachers’ Day.
NTD commentator Shi Tao graduated from a teaching college.
From personal experience he analyzed
why teachers now lack morality.
Shi Tao recalled that 30 years ago teachers suffered
from low income and social status.
Excellent graduates would not choose to become teachers.
Many new teachers were simply the same department’s
graduates. Students dubbed this phenomenon “inbreeding.”
NTD commentator Shi Tao: “So we once made joke of
the teachers in our department, using the Beijing slang saying
that 『when weasels give birth to rats, the next generation
simply become inferior to the previous one.’
Usually those obedient students stay in the department
as teachers.
For example, in Capital Normal University,
many teachers even lack the basic knowledge to be teachers.”
Shi Tao said that universities should be homes for free thinking,
but teaching universities simply brainwashed their students with such propaganda as “the CCP is great.”
Shi Tao: “For many students, college life was
a time of brainwashing.
Teachers should first teach principles of life and human virtues.
Chinese universities, however, are filled with chicanery,
since the teachers themselves do not have qualifications.”
As Shi Tao noted, brainwashing not only damaged
students’ qualification to be teachers,
but even became the principle way for the CCP to control
the next generation of students.
Shi Tao: “After being brainwashed, the teachers
in turn pass on what they learn to their own students.
The so-called “Party spirit” has suffocated
and replaced humanity.
As a result, from 6-7 years old, Chinese children start to receive
inhumane education—not citizenship education but education of Party spirit. This is indeed scary.”
However, Teacher’s Day doesn’t bring teachers
any happiness.

Teacher Qiu from Shantou District, Guangdong province
told NTD TV that local teachers’ have neither high teaching abilities nor moral standards.
One problem is that a teacher’s salary is 1,800 Yuan ($284)
monthly, three times different compared to the Pearl River Delta region’s wages.
Teacher Qiu: “The government’s attitude relates to
this problem.
The main reason is that the government doesn’t pay much
attention to education. This is the leading cause.
Teachers’ welfare hasn’t been improved over the years.
Thus, every year, on Teacher’s Day we feel disgusted, We don’t feel happy but against it.”
Teacher Qui also said that there was a common problem
existing in Puning city, Guangdong.
Local school headmasters and school managers
postion are bought.
Qiu added that teachers couldn’t provide their family
with food and shelter, thus, their moral standard had declined.
The CCP is the leading cause of this situation
and more and more corruption exists.
