【新唐人2012年8月20日訊】隨著十八大的臨近，這幾個月來，中共各派系以平反「六四」為題材放風不斷，甚至有報導指稱：「江澤民向胡錦濤以外的常委建議『平反六四』，作為契機，推動政治改革」。香港《動向》雜誌對此發表評論文章，第一次曝光江澤民下臺前立下的「不平反六四和持續打壓法輪功」的政治遺囑。請看報導。
最近幾個月，關於中共內部平反「六四」呼聲的報導大量出現。有報導指出「習近平上任後可能會平反『六四』」﹔也有報導披露「三名人大副委員長、政協副主席要求平反『六四』」﹔甚至還有報導指稱：「『六四』事件的最大受益者——江澤民，在北京玉泉山會見了除胡錦濤之外的數位現任政治局常委，要求解決『六四』問題」。
對此，香港《動向》雜誌發表了一篇署名「觀耘閒人」的評論文章，分析了江派放風平反「六四」的原因。其中最吸引人眼球的是，這篇文章第一次曝光了當年江澤民在下臺前，立下的兩條政治遺囑。
文章指出，江澤民比中共內部任何一名官員，更能知道「六四」問題所具有的輻射力。因此，江澤民趕在交出中共總書記職務之前，在2001年2月藉著「貫徹三個代表」的中央會議之機，明確定下了兩條政治規矩。
第一條是「打擊法輪功的鬥爭」絕不允許鬆懈﹔第二條則是：對「六四事件」定性的「黨的結論正確性」不容改變。
這兩條規矩，在庫恩撰寫的《江澤民傳》中有披露。民間研究江澤民史料的學者將這兩條規矩稱為「江二條」。
時事評論員林子旭表示，「江二條」簡單說，就是對法輪功要堅持全力打壓，同時對六四絕對不能平反。
時事評論員林子旭：「這兩個中共迫害民衆的事件，是江澤民內心最怕觸碰的部分。爲甚麽呢？江澤民是「六四屠城」最大的受益者，否定中共在六四事件上的做法，就等於否定了江澤民權力的合法性﹔打壓法輪功則是江澤民最爲邪惡愚蠢的一筆，對法輪功的迫害如果結束的話，江澤民必然要面對最爲嚴厲的審判。想到這一切，江澤民都是內心充滿恐懼的。」
《動向》文章還指出，早在1998年初，江澤民就安排了應對「六四」十週年的政治策略，就是效仿當年毛澤東發動「反右」運動時採取「陽謀」的方式，讓一些人再次放風「平反六四」，暗中卻佈置情報網蒐集相關信息。
江澤民由此得出的結論是「堅持請國民黨回來競選執政的知識份子為數不少」，還有「一些人暗中策劃，企圖為動亂平反，國際敵對勢力與國內心懷不滿的人相勾結的趨勢很明顯」。
這些內容經過特定的過濾程序，錄入《江澤民文選》當中。因此，北京有不少高級退休幹部開玩笑說：「江選就是一部『泄密大全』，不該說的全說了。」
文章還認爲，當年江澤民與陳希同為首的「北京幫」內鬥時，就曾經不惜以「平反六四」為殺手鐧制約對方﹔而這次放風只不過是江系人馬借「六四」舊牌騙取民意，給胡錦濤試圖全面掌控十八大局勢施加間接壓力。
79年大陸「民主牆」創辦人之一的蔡桂華表示，目前江系的殘餘勢力日漸衰弱，中共十八大後的新領導層未必會繼續貫徹江澤民的政治遺囑。不過寄希望於中共，與平反「六四」和法輪功，只能是幻想。
蔡桂華：「共產黨的集權體制，不是指望哪一個人的上臺就會把過去……，觸及到它根本利益的神經，對於人心的改變，這樣一個幻想，我是感覺得不太（實際）。在近期裡面，就是哪怕十八大以後，習近平坐臺中共第一把交椅，我看也不一定會有這個結果。」
蔡桂華最後呼籲，中國民衆不應該對中共某個人或某個派系心存幻想，只有中共這個「黑幫」退出歷史舞臺，正義才能得到伸張。

Jiang Zemin’s Political Aims on June 4th Massacre and Crackdown on Falun Gong Exposed by Hong Kong Media.
The 18th National People’s Congress (NPC) is approaching.
Different political factions in the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) have disclosed news on redressing June 4th event.
Some news stated Jiang Zemin has proposed redressing
the June 4th injustice to all Standing Committee members.
This proposal promoted political reform,
but did not include Hu Jintao in discussion.
『The Trend』 magazine in Hong Kong published
a review article regarding this news.
In the review, it is the first time that two political
stances of Jiang Zemin were exposed in public.
One is that the crackdown on Falun Gong
should never be loosened.
The second is that the June 4th
event should never be redressed.
In the last few months, a lot of media have reported that the
CCP might redress June 4 Tiananmen Square massacre.
Some reports stated that it’s possible
that Xi Jinping will redress the injustice.
Some reports stated that three Vice Chairmen
of the People’s Congress and Vice Chairman
of the National Political Consultative Conference
also asked to redress the June 4th event.
Jiang Zemin has benefited most from the June 4th event.
However, some reports have said that even Jiang Zemin
has met with all current Standing Committee members,
except Hu Jintao, to seek a solution to the June 4th event.
Hong Kong’s “The Trend” magazine published
a review article written by “Guan Yun Xian Ren”.
The article analyzed the reason for Jiang’s faction
to disclose information about redressing June 4.
What is most prominent is that this article disclosed
two important pieces of Jiang’s political will.
These were made right before his term of Presidency expired.
The article says that Jiang Zemin knows much better
than any other CCP official about the influence that the June 4 massacre can bring about.
Therefore, before he retired from his term of presidency,
he made two political rules in February 2001,
at the meeting on “Applying Three Represents in Practice”.
The first rule is that the crackdown on Falun Gong
practitioners should never be loosened.
The second rule is that the nature of June 4, 1989 should
never be changed, in order to maintain the correctness of the decision that the CCP has made.
Citizens have called these “Jiang’s two pieces”.
Jiang’s two pieces were mentioned
in the book “Biography of Jiang Zemin”.
Commentator Lin Zixu thinks “Jiang’s two pieces”
insist on cracking down on Falun Gong.
It also insists on never redressing June 4.
Lin Zixu: “What Jiang Zemin fears most
are those two crackdown events. Why?
Jiang Zemin has benefited most from the June 4 massacre.
Negating the June 4 crackdown is to negate
the legislation of Jiang Zemin’s political power.
The crackdown on Falun Gong is the most foolish
and most evil decision that Jiang Zemin has made.
When the persecution of Falun Gong ends,
Jiang Zemin will face his most severe trial.
Jiang Zemin is filled with fear when thinking of all of this.”
“The Trend” magazine article also states that in early 1998,
Jiang Zemin created a political strategy on how to deal
with the 10 year anniversary of the June 4th event.
Jiang followed Mao Zedong’s underhanded
approach used in the “Anti-Rightists” movement.
He asked people to disclose information saying
that the June 4th event will be redressed.
Meanwhile, he arranged a network to secretly collect
information about people’s reaction on the disclosed news.
Based on information that was collected, Jiang Zemin
came to the conclusion that many intellectuals insist
that the Kuomintang should be invited back
to participate in an election process.
Some people secretly attempted to redress
the Tiananmen Students Protest.
International hostile forces colluded
with malcontented people in China.
After a selective process, Jiang’s conclusions
were edited into “Selected Works of Jiang Zemin”.
Some retired senior officials in Beijing have joked
that the book “Selected Works of Jiang Zemin” is like an encyclopedia of disclosed secrets.
What should have been kept secret
was all exposed in this book.
The article also states that redressing June 4
was used as a critical tool when Jiang was fighting against Chen Xitong’s Beijing faction.
This time Jiang’s faction disclosed information
on redressing June 4th event to gain public support.
In fact, Jiang only wants to place pressure
on Hu Jintao, who is trying to control the political situation during the 18th National People’s Congress.
In 1979, Cai Guihua was one of the founders
of the “Democratic Wall” in China.
Now, the power of Jiang’s faction is becoming weaker.
The new generation of leaders may not follow
the political will that Jiang has made.
However, if people pin their hopes on the CCP to redress
June 4 and Falun Gong, it is nothing but a daydream.
Cai Guihua: “The communist totalitarian system
will not terminate automatically when a new person takes a term of presidency.
About it sparking new interest,
I think it’s only a daydream.
Even when Xi Jinping starts his presidency
term, I don’t see it will happed either.”
Cai Guihua appealed that Chinese people shouldn’t pin
any hopes on some person or some faction from the CCP.
Only when the CCP gang disappears
from history will injustice be redressed.
