牽動中共政壇的谷開來謀殺案，8月9號在合肥中級法院如期開審，目前庭審已經告一段落,谷開來當庭認罪，法庭宣布擇日宣判。
隨後中共喉舌《新華社》的通稿聲稱，薄谷開來是主犯，張曉軍是從犯。但是，在庭審結束後的記者會上，合肥中級法院副院長新聞發言人唐義幹的發布稿中卻說，在當天庭審中，谷開來、張曉軍的辯護律師辯護說，谷開來在作案時行為控制能力弱於正常人，並且在檢舉他人犯罪上有重大立功表現。
這個說辭與《新華社》的通稿，有微妙的不同，引起廣泛關注。
北京律師劉曉原認為，案件還沒有宣判,法院就向媒體通報有利於被告人的情節,這實在是很罕見。
網友卻評論說，谷開來「在檢舉他人犯罪上有重大立功表現」的情節，是否意味著案情可能進一步延伸。
而《法國國際廣播電台》刊發署名肖曼的文章，評論說，谷開來案的開審，本來就是中共自演自看的一台戲，目地是為王立軍逃入美國領事館事件畫上句號。
文章說，谷開來案子已經被「切割」縮小為一個孤立的刑事案件，而且謀殺嫌疑者谷開來還被爆料說成是一個精神抑鬱症病人，她謀殺英國人海伍德的動機是為了保護在美國留學的兒子。粗劣的劇情安排在大戲開演前就已經貽笑大方，但為了政治目地，難看的戲還要演下去，出於自知之明，只有自演自看，兒童不宜了。
外媒｢被集中｣入住
被外媒稱為「四人幫以來最敏感的審訊」的這次庭審，也吸引了大批中外記者到場，但是，除了被安排的官方媒體外，境外記者都被拒之門外。
據多家媒體記者反映，原本預定入住的酒店，以無法掃描護照為由，拒絕記者入住，並指明必須入住天鵝湖大酒店，而進到指定的天鵝湖大飯店後，大批記者發現多名駐上海等地媒體記者早已入住，這家飯店成了外媒「集中營」。據了解，這是當局刻意的安排。
陸媒噤聲 網絡異常
但是，對這起中國近來最引人注目的法庭案件，大陸媒體在庭審的當天卻集體噤聲，只有中共喉舌媒體《新華社》發布了通稿。同時，網絡的討論遭全面封殺。
開庭期間，《新浪》微博短時間出現異常，發布框消失，轉發數和評論數無法查看。很多用戶差不多有一個小時無法留言或發送消息。有網友反映，他們無法在《新浪》微博上轉發任何有關谷開來被審判的消息。
同時，《新浪》微博也屏蔽了「薄熙來」、「谷開來」等字眼的搜索，而且只要是涉及「薄熙來」、「谷開來」等字眼的留言，不久就會被刪除。

No Verdict in the Adjourned Case of Gu Kailai Arouses Heated Discussion
The case of the Gu Kailai murder,

of the Xinhua News Agency, caused widespread concern.
Beijing lawyer Liu Xiaoyuan believes that although the case
has not yet been ruled,
the courts informing the media of the story in favor of
the defendant is particularly rare.
Netizens wonder if “major meritorious services for exposing
the crimes of others," means that the verdict may be extended further.
“Radio France Internationale," published the signed article
of Xiao Man, which commented that Gu’s trial was the CCP acting in a self -seeing drama,
the aim being to pull attention away from
Wang Lijun’s fleeing into the U.S. Consulate.
The article says that Gu’s case has been cut and reduced
to an isolated criminal case, and murder suspect Gu has also pled insanity,
her motive of the murder of Briton Neil Haywood
being to protect her son, who is studying in the US.
Roughly made up stories are so ridiculous!
but for political reasons,
they will still have to continue this stupid show,

Foreign media forced to stay at a designated hotel
This trial, which foreign media called, “the most sensitive trial
after the Gang of Four trial,” has attracted a large number of Chinese and foreign journalists.
However, except for designated CCP official media,
foreign journalists were refused entry.
According to several media reporters, they were denied lodging
in previously booked hotels, where the staff claimed that
they were unable to scan passports, and that foreign journalists
were told to stay in the Swan Lake Hotel.
However, when the journalists entered the designated hotel,
a large of journalists were already there.
This hotel has become a foreign journalists’
“concentration camp.”
It is understood that the CCP authorities deliberately
arranged this.
Media in mainland China in silence with Internet anomalies
The mainland Chinese media were in collective silence
during this major trial.
Only the CCP mouthpiece Xinhua News Agency released
unified reports.
At the same time, the network discussion has been
entirely clamped down upon.
During the trial, an abnormality on Sina microblog occurred
for a short period of time,
with the disappearance of the outgoing box,
plus forwarding number and comments were unable to be viewed.
Many netizens were unable to comment or
send messages for almost an hour.
Some netizens said that they can not forward any messages
related to the trial of Gu Kailai on the Sina microblog.
At the same time, Sina microblog shielded the search results
related to Bo Xilai and Gu Kailai.
What’s more, as long as the comments include information
related to Bo Xilai and Gu Kailai, they were soon deleted.
