【新唐人2012年8月4日訊】中共機關報《人民日報》日前連續發表四篇評論員文章，詳細解釋7月23號胡錦濤在省部級主要領導幹部專題研討班上的講話，文章提出全黨要「深刻把握黨和國家工作的總要求」、和「深刻把握科學發展觀的重大意義」等要求，內容引起了外界密切關注，認為，胡錦濤的施政基調還是繼續走「權貴資本主義」那一套。而專家指出，這些不改變，中國一定會走上「民主化」的革命道路。
作為中共喉舌，《人民日報》常以刊發評論員文章的形式，向中共黨員傳遞信息。而最近連發的四篇文章，宣稱胡錦濤「7-23」講話，為中共十八大的所謂勝利召開，奠定了重要的政治、思想和理論基礎。
7月30號，評論《深刻把握黨和國家工作總要求》的文章說，胡錦濤講話提出當前和今後一個時期中共和國家工作的總要求，即鮮明回答了「舉甚麼旗、走甚麼路、以甚麼樣的精神狀態、奔向甚麼樣的目標」。
政論家伍凡指出，胡錦濤講話內容，實質就是中共要把毛澤東路線撇到一邊，繼續走太子黨和走權貴資本主義道路。伍凡認為，這應該是政治局開會後，集體為18大的定調。
政論家伍凡：「馬克思主義、毛澤東思想，是要打土豪、分田地、要殺資本家的，要掠奪資本家的，而特色的社會主義是要發展資本主義、要建立資本主義這一套，要建立的特別是權貴資本主義，國家壟斷資本主義，這兩個不同的。」
伍凡指出，自從鄧小平開始搞中國特色社會主義，也就是讓一部分人先富起來，實際上就是維護中共權貴階層和太子黨的利益。目前中國的經濟、政治，已經被幾百個太子黨家族控制、壟斷了。
伍凡表示，實際上這條路的後果卻是國富民窮，是走不通的。
他說，現在中國大陸的失業率高達35%以上，中國的失業人口已經超過3億。而且，共產黨的腐敗已經失控，太多貪官污吏的醜事、惡事，讓民怨沸騰。雖然胡錦濤提出了科學發展觀，但由於與現在的資本主義道路發生衝突，所以「上有政策、下有對策，政命不出中南海」，就是現狀。
伍凡：「現在經濟的發展模式是不可持續的、不穩定的、不可靠的，不平衡的。他要把它慢慢改變，要經濟結構要改變，改變到科學發展觀上來。可是，科學發展觀一發展，這些權貴資本主義、太子黨們不願意了，他們的利益就受損害了。」
《人民日報》在評論中吹捧：科學發展觀為實現社會主義現代化指明前進方向，是中國特色社會主義的發展。但同時承認，深入貫徹落實科學發展觀，是一項長期艱鉅的任務。
伍凡表示，中共這63年來，把中國的傳統文化有計劃、有步驟的全給破壞了：從鎮壓反革命到反右、到文化大革命，從鎮壓學生請願的6.4和信仰團體法輪功，把中國傳統道德、傳統信仰全部毀滅了，文化傳承也給毀壞了，導致中國社會道德底線的完全失控。
伍凡指出，中國的現實情況是，貧富差距和社會各種矛盾還在加劇，因此，就是18大開成了，如果中共政權不進行政治改革，不還政於民、還地於民，那麼，中國大陸一定會走上「民主化」的革命道路。

CCP Official Media Highlights Hu Jintao Speech
People’s Daily, the official media organ for the Chinese
Communist Party (CCP) has published four commentaries.
The articles elaborated Hu Jintao’s speech towards
the leading provincial-level cadres on July 23.
The commentaries’ highlight Hu’s request for all CCP
members to boost scientific development.
This got the close attention of the public.
Commentators believe that Hu Jintao
will continue on the road of crony capitalism.
A revolution for democracy will definitely occur in China,
if no political change happens with the regime.
A commentary is the usual form that the People’s Daily
uses to convey the Party’s intentions.
The four recent commentaries claimed Hu Jintao’s talk
laid a critical basis in terms of politics, ideology
and theory for the opening of its 18th Congress.
A commentary dated July 30 said that Hu’s remarks
put forward general requirements on the work of the Party.
Its highlighted the requirement for the regime
for the current period and in the near future.
The article said Hu clearly answered the question
of “what political system will be taken, and the future goal.”
Political commentator Wu Fan said that Hu Jintao stated
to continue on the path of princelings and crony capitalism.
Wu Fan thinks that this is the central politburo’s
final tone that has been set for its 18th Congress.
Wu Fan: “Marxism and Mao Zedong thought advocates
to kill land owners to take over their land.
It advocates killing capitalists to rob their capital.
But socialism with Chinese characteristics
attempts to develop capitalism.
It especially aims to set up crony capitalism and state
monopoly capitalism. These are two different concepts."
Wu Fan says Deng Xiaoping’s concept of socialism with
Chinese characteristics allows some people to get rich first.
Deng’s real intention was to safeguard the interests
of the CCP’s top echelon, and it』s princelings.
Today, hundreds of Princelings families have controlled
or monopolized China’s economy and politics.
Wu Fan remarks that the result is a wealthy government
with poor civilians, which is a dead end.
Wu Fan reveals that today, China has a 35% unemployment
rate, with a total jobless population of over 300 million.
He said this indicates the CCP’s
corruption has become out of control.
Hu Jintao’s scientific development concept clashes
with the capitalist road that is currently in use.
That explains the reality that the CCP’s local authorities
always find ways to avoid executing its central policies.
Wu Fan: “The existing model of economic development
is unsustainable, unstable, unreliable and unbalanced.
He intended to gradually change the economic structure
to follow his concept of scientific development.
But this impaired the interests of crony capitalism
and the CCP princelings."
The People’s Daily flattered Hu’s scientific development
concept, saying it indicates a forward direction to achieve socialist modernization.
Meanwhile, the article acknowledged that carrying out
this concept, in reality, is a long and arduous task.
Wu Fan remarks that over the past 63 years, the CCP
has systematically destroyed traditional Chinese culture.
The regime launched successive political movements,
such as the Cultural Revolution, June 4 suppression
of pro-democracy students and the persecution
of Falun Gong practitioners.
This ruined traditional Chinese morality and beliefs.
This led to the moral decay of China as a whole.
Wu Fan points out that in today’s China,
various conflicts are becoming more intensified.
The opening of the 18th Party Congress
will not alleviate the situation.
If the CCP still refuses to carry out political reform
to return power and land to the people,
a revolution for democracy will definitely break out
in China, Wu Fan concluded.
