【新唐人2012年8月3日訊】8月1號，中共四大中央級報章，同時推出「十八大」特刊，香港媒體指稱，「十八大」可能會比外界預測的時間有所提前。但分析認為，中共目前正面臨著前所未有的執政危機，黨內鬥爭激烈、軍心不穩、經濟面臨危機，這些猶如定時炸彈，隨時會引爆，因此「十八大」提前召開的可能性很小，四大報章只是給中共唱哀歌而已。
中共四大中央級報章，包括《人民日報》、《解放軍報》、《光明日報》、《經濟日報》，8月1號同時推出「十八大」特刊。香港《蘋果日報》發表評論指出，「十八大」特刊提早刊出，按照過往的慣例，「十八大」可能在9月舉行，這與外界早前預測的時間有所提前。
對此，時事評論員文昭表示，「十八大」提前召開的可能性不大，因為有些重要的問題，在「十八大」之前需要解決。
時事評論員文昭：「關於薄熙來案和王立軍案，在『十八大』之前，對這兩個案件，應該有一個基本的處理結果，而且在黨內通報，因為這個事情在共產黨內，引起了很大的爭議，在體制內也有對這件事情表示質疑，因為一直有挺薄派，挺薄派不一定是擁護薄熙來這個人，而是反對胡溫用那這種方式來處置薄熙來，他認為是把黨內的矛盾擴大化了。」
文昭認為，對薄熙來、王立軍以甚麼樣的罪名來定案，是一個備受爭議的話題。因為王立軍是中共扶植起來的所謂「打黑英雄」，是一個「模範人物」，如果論處王立軍，在體制內需要解釋清楚。
文昭：「這樣一個模範英雄人物到底薄熙來對他做了甚麼事情，逼得他不得不去叛國跑到美領館去。這裡面是有一些非常不好操作的地方，但是這個事情沒有一個初步的說法，就開黨代會，其實開會之前很多意見，就沒有辦法達成一致，所以，我是覺得從薄熙來的事情引發的餘波出發，說要提前召開『十八大』，這種可能性不是很大。」
文昭分析指出，在「十八大」前按照慣例，在下一屆黨的全國代表大會之前，開上屆的中央全會，把一些關鍵性的問題，做一個了結，實際上也是做一些個準備，然後召開下一屆黨的代表大會。但是現在還看不到，有這方面的任何跡象。
時事評論員林子旭則認為，中共的這四大喉舌是在營造所謂的「十八大」的和諧氣氛。
時事評論員林子旭：「不論中共如何吹噓，也都是自己在安慰自己，中國目前的現狀，老百姓是非常清楚的。這十幾年來，中共這個貧富差距空前巨大，官員腐敗更是到了一種無以復加的程度，官民對抗愈演愈烈，整個社會的道德體系全民崩潰，人們的生活環境進一步惡化。」
據《中國經營報》報導，大陸最大第三方理財機構「諾亞財富」首席研發長連凱表示，近期不斷有客戶希望將資產轉移至海外，顯示大陸資金正加速外流。報導說，大陸資金外流情況甚至超過2008年金融危機的高峰期。
外界分析指出，中共正面臨著前所未有的政治、經濟等等危機，每一個危機都有可能導致中共執政權力的瓦解。
而林子旭表示，無論中共的黨媒如何鼓吹，也無法掩飾中共本身的虛弱，這些文章是在「十八大」前，為中共塗脂抹粉，更像是給「行將就木」中共唱的哀歌。

Chinese Regime State Media 18th National People’s Congress Special Editions Published
On August 1, four central Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
newspapers published special editions for the 18th National People’s Congress Meeting (NPC).
Hong Kong media alleged that the 18th NPC
may take place earlier than predicted.
Analysts believe that the CCP is currently
facing an unprecedented political crisis.
Intense inner-party struggles, military instability,
and economy crises are all time bombs.
The 18th NPC is unlikely to be held in advance.
The four newspapers are only singing a lament for the CCP.
Four CCP central-level newspapers; People’s Daily,
Liberation Army Daily, Guangming Daily, Economic Daily News,
all published special editions for the 18th NPC August 1.
Hong Kong’s Apple Daily published a commentary
highlighting these special editions were published early, in comparison to past years.
The 18th NPC may be held in September, being
earlier than the forecasted time thought by observers.
Wen Zhao, a political commentator said that the 18th NPC
is unlikely to be held in advance, because some important problems need to be solved beforehand.
Wen Zhao: “Before the 18th NPC, the cases of Bo Xilai
and Wang Lijun should have basic results.
These results would be circulated within the party.
It is because these cases caused
considerable controversy within the CCP.
Some within the regime expressed doubts,
and there is always a group supporting Bo.
They do not necessarily support Bo Xilai as a person.
They stand in opposition to how Hu Jintao
and Wen Jiabao dealt with Bo Xilai.
They think that it is magnifying
contradictions within the CCP."
Wen Zhao believes that the charges Bo has been
subjected to still remain a controversial issue.
Wang Lijun is a so-called 『anti-triad hero』
proped up by the CCP, and is a model figure.
If they punish Wang, it should be clearly
explained within the CCP.
Wen Zhao: “Such a model figure and hero was forced
to betray his country and go to the U.S. Consulate.
What in the end did Bo Xilai do to him?
There are some issues that are difficult to deal with.
Even in the absence of a preliminary statement,
there are many opinions existing before the NPC. It cannot reach an agreement.
Based on the aftermath of the Bo Xilai case,
it is not likely that the 18th NPC will be held in advance.”
Wen Zhao highlights that in accordance with established
practice, a last plenary session of the Central Committee should be held before the 18th NPC.
This should be used to summarize
a number of key issues.
It is actually to prepare for the next NPC.
But we couldn’t see any sign of the plenary session.
Commentator Lin Zixu believes that the four CCP mouthpiece
newspapers created so-called harmonious atmosphere.
Lin Zixu: “Regardless of how the CCP boasts,
they are just comforting themselves.
The public are very clear on China’s current situation.
In the past few years, the gap between rich
and poor has become unprecedented huge.
Official corruption goes to extremes, confrontation between
officials and the public is becoming more intensified.
The moral system of society has totally collapsed,
and people’s living environment is deteriorating."
According to China Business News, Lian Kai,
chief development officer of 『Noah’s Fortune』,
the largest third-party financial institution
in China, commented.
Lian Kai said that recently, customers often want to transfer
their assets overseas. China’s capital outflow is accelerating.
It is said that the capital outflow in China is even more than
during the peak period of the 2008 financial crisis.
Outside analysts point out that the CCP is facing
an unprecedented political and economic crisis.
Each crisis could lead to the collapse of the CCP’s rule.
Li Zixu states that no matter how the CCP media
speak positively, it cannot conceal the CCP’s weakness.
These articles whitewash the CCP before the 18th NPC,
but are like a lament for the dying CCP.
