【新唐人2012年6月25日訊】剛當選中共重慶市委書記的張德江，日前要求重慶市全體市委「 管好自己、管好配偶」。海外學者分析指出，這洩露了中共高層給薄熙來案定的調子，同時也暴露了專制體制是滋生官員和他們的家人巨額貪腐、殺人害命的溫床，不解體中共，永遠不可能徹底解決他們侵害老百姓權利和利益的問題。請看詳細報導。
張德江最近公開要求重慶市全體市委「 管好自己、管好配偶」。與此同時，有消息指稱，前中共重慶市委書記薄熙來的妻子谷開來已承認她洗錢和殺人的犯罪事實。
《新唐人》時事評論員傑森博士：「薄熙來的問題絕對不僅僅是他太太殺人，但是中共為了它所謂的面子和內部的團結，在權力妥協的過程中，就定了把薄熙來事件搞成孤立事情、刑事案件，定調以後統一口徑。其實中共這個體制是爛透了，家屬只是替罪羊而已。」
「中國社會民主黨中央委員會」主持人劉因全認為，薄熙來案牽扯到路線問題、謀反、貪污腐敗、謀殺等等。在謀殺案中，大陸當局不僅能夠掌握王立軍和涉案的薄家勤務員的證詞，而且也能拿到海伍德所住酒店的監控錄像。但劉因全認為，谷開來只是謀殺案的執行人。
「中國社會民主黨中央委員會」主持人劉因全：「你想想：薄熙來的勤務員谷開來調動的了嗎？不可能嘛。薄熙來的勤務員是薄一波的勤務員，以後又跟著薄熙來當勤務員，他是忠於薄熙來的。如果沒有薄熙來的命令，這個勤務員是不敢下手的，所以我認為真正的幕後決策者是薄熙來。」
據《中央社》報導，谷開來承認，被捕前利用薄熙來的地位身份，收受企業現金，並在海伍德的協助下，以親友名義在美國、英國開設帳戶，轉移了60億美元。對此，劉因全用身邊的一個例子證實了這件事的真實性。
劉因全：「據我所知，原來我們社會民主黨一個副主席曾大軍參與過谷開來到美國洗錢的事情。當時谷開來用投資移民的方式，轉了很多很多的資金到美國來。曾大軍就是其中一個管理人員，這事有好多人早就知道的。」
據媒體報導，谷開來目前被關押在東北，她已經交代了具體的殺人過程。劉因全批評中共的體制使官員和他們的家人成為無法無天、為所慾為的土皇帝、土皇后、土太子。
而時事評論員邢天行認為，不解體中共無法徹底解決中共官員貪污腐敗、甚至殺人害命的事情。
時事評論員邢天行：「一黨專制獨裁，人民沒有權力監督它，所以它這個權力就是無限的濫用、放大，它犯了錯誤也沒有辦法追究，就是中共這個體制所為，中共這個體制它如果不解體的話，官員就會不斷的去發展起來，因為它是他的溫床。」
《新唐人》時事評論員傑森認為，媒體對中共這個體制他沒有監督，他官員的位置是上面選的，老百姓對他們沒有監督權力，而司法也在整個黨的控制之中。
對至於張德江所說的要求重慶市委常委要做「 清正廉潔的表率，心口如一、言行如一、表裡如一 」，傑森認為，這只是中共幾十年來一直在說的「空話」和「套話」。

Zhang Dejing was selected as the Secretary of
Chongqing Municipal Committee a while ago. Recently,
Zhang asked all Chongqing Municipal Committee members
to take better control of themselves and their spouses.
Overseas analysts pointed out that Zhang’s words disclosed
the nature of Bo Xilai’s case as defined by CCP senior authorities.
It’s also disclosed that the CCP one-party autocracy

Recently Zhang Dejiang claimed that all
Chongqing Municipal Committee members should take
better control of themselves and their spouses.
In the meantime, it was said that Gu Kailai already
pleaded guilty to money laundering and murder.
Gu was the wife of Bo Xilai,
former Secretary of the CCP Chongqing Municipal Committee.
NTD Commentator Dr. Jason Ma: “Bo Xilai’s issue is
definitely not only about his wife’s killing a person.
However, in order to maintain ‘face’ and so-called internal unity,
Bo’s issue has been defined as an isolated criminal case.
In fact, the CCP regime system is already rotten to the core,
and Gu Kailai is nothing but a scapegoat."
Liu Yinquan is the host of “Chinese Social Democratic
Party Central Committee".
He thinks that Bo Xilai’s case involves political route
divergence, conspiracy, corruption and murder, etc.
In the murder case, Chinese senior authorities have not only
mastered the testimony of Wang Lijun and Bo’s house servants,
but they also have obtained the monitoring video from
the hotel where Heywood stayed.
Li Yinquan thinks that Gu Kailai is only
the murder executor but not the plotter.
Liu Yinquan:"Do you think Gu Kailai is able to manipulate
Bo Xilai’s servants? It’s just impossible.
Bo Xilai’s servants used to be Bo Yibo’s.
They are very loyal to Bo Xilai. Without the order from Bo,
the servants dare not do anything.
Therefore, I think the murder plotter
behind the scene is Bo Xilai."
As reported by “Central News Agency", Gu Kailai admitted
t she took advantage of Bo Xilai’s power to accept bribes.
With the help of Heywood, she opened a number of
bank accounts in the U.S. and Britain.
It was reported that Gu transferred as much as 6 billion
U.S. dollars overseas.
Liu Yinquan has confirmed
the truth of this report with facts.
Liu Yinquan: “Based on what I know, Zeng Dajun,
a Vice President of Social Democratic Party,
has always been part of Gu Kailai’s money laundering.
Back then Gu Kailai transferred a huge amount of money
to the U.S. as an investment migrant.
Zeng Dajun was one of Gu’s management staff,
and many people know about this."
Based on media reports, currently Gu Kailai is detained in
northeastern China. She has confessed the details of the murder.
Liu Yinquan condemned the CCP system for making its
officials and officials’ families defy every rule and regulation.
Commentator Xing Tianxing thinks that,
without disintegrating the CCP, China’s officials’ corruption
and murdering with power would never be solved completely.
Xin Tianxing: “The CCP regime system is one-party autocracy,
and people have no power to supervise it.
Therefore, the power of the CCP regime
has been abused unlimitedly.
When it makes mistakes, there is no way to investigate them.
This is how the CCP regime works.
Without disintegrating the CCP system,
its officials will continue to defy laws and regulations.

NTD Commentator Jason Ma thinks that China’s media have
no power of supervision over the CCP system.
Since China’s officials are selected by CCP senior authorities,
ordinary people have no way to supervise them either.
In addition, the judiciary is also under the CCP’s control.
Zhang Dejiang asked Chongqing Municipal Committee
members to be honest and upright, to be faithful to their words,
to be consistent in words and actions,
and to be the same outside and inside.
Regarding this, Jason thinks that Zhang’s words are nothing
but “empty talk" and “conventional phrases" that CCP officials have been making for decades.
