【新唐人2012年6月8日訊】大陸網上消息說，湖南籍著名歌手湯燦因涉嫌貪污被判15年，消息一出，引發外界眾多關注，微博轉發數量迅速擴大。不過，湯燦助理否認消息的真實性，因為湯燦出事的傳聞從去年已經開始。目前不清楚湯燦被抓是否和薄熙來案有關。而藝術界人士認為，作為一個藝人想往上爬，肯定後面得有背景，這是演藝圈裡的常態，現在中紀委來調查事情，就順籐摸瓜涉及到了她，湯燦算是一個政治腐敗案裡的小角色，重點在於腐敗問題。
6月6號，大陸多個網路紛紛轉載，被譽為中國時尚民歌天後的湯燦，因涉嫌貪污案被判15年的消息。消息說，估計會先處理涉案的高官，湯燦的判決之後才會公布。
崛起於社會底層的作家、「華龍網傳媒公司」簽約公益歌手楊銀波表示，雖然在法院沒有判決之前無法下這個結論，但既然現在已經把她拿下，說明確實是她一定是大有問題了。
楊銀波：「其中的罪名肯定就是涉及到了一定的腐敗問題，而且可能金額還不小。」
湯燦1975年6月12號出生，湖南株洲人，著名歌唱家，國家一級演員，1996考入中國東方歌舞團（國家歌舞團）擔任獨唱演員，全國青聯委員。武漢音樂學院本科畢業，主修民族聲樂。2001年和2003年參演央視春晚，憑著獨創的「湯式唱法」被譽為「中國新民歌領軍人物」、「中國時尚民歌天后」。
雖然外界暫時無從知道湯燦涉及貪污案的金額有多大，但民間傳出，湯燦出手很闊綽，湯燦曾經送給一位姓馮的老師一輛奔馳車。
楊銀波： 「我覺得她算是一個小角色，在這個過程之中，都是小角色，應該算是一個犧牲品。本身就是說唱得好的，或者是說有一定音樂功底的人很多，然後奮鬥到她今天這一步，靠的是一些她除本身之外的其他一些方法。」
薄熙來倒臺後，民間列出薄熙來犯有7宗罪行，其中一條「淫亂罪」裡，薄熙來和中共政法委書記周永康二人的「共用情婦」，就是湯燦。
香港《蘋果日報》報導，據牽涉薄熙來案的大連金主徐明交待，與薄熙來有染的百名女子，好多都是由徐明「扯皮條」拉關係，付給酬金，其中湯燦和薄熙來就上過床。不過，因為湯燦出事的傳聞早在去年傳出，目前還不確定湯燦被抓是否和薄熙來案有關。
去年，湯燦因為涉嫌幾宗貪腐案，被中紀委帶走調查。在協助調查中，證實湯燦與多名官員有染，其中包括前深圳市長許宗衡。曾有報導說，湯燦可能是大陸最著名的公共情婦。
楊銀波： 「作為一個藝人，你要往上面爬，你肯定後面得有背景，然後每個人使用的手段不一樣，這麼一個手段，大家都知道是一個潛規則的這樣的一個方式。」
楊銀波指出，湯燦出事，問題不在於她是誰的情婦，重點在於腐敗問題。
楊銀波： 「那麼現在紀委來處理來調查這個事情，就順籐摸瓜涉及到了她，但她不是重點、不是整個事情的重點，重點在於腐敗問題，逮住了一些官員。這才是重點，至於湯燦應該是在整個環節當中無非是，她知道的這樣的一個規則，然後這個時候，真相一旦揭露了就是人遭殃了，她也就順著下水了，就好像一顆大樹倒下去一樣，她只是上面的一顆果子。」
不過，對於湯燦被判刑的消息，湯燦助理王小姐向媒體否定了這個說法。

Tang Can rumored to have been sentenced, believed to be another victim of Bo Xilai’s case
Recently, an online rumor spread about the famous actor/
singer, Tang Can’s sentence to 15 years for corruption.
This news has drawn wide attention and spread quickly
via micro-blog sites.
However, Tang Can’s assistant denied the rumor,
which actually began last year.
It is still unclear whether Tang Can’s case is relevant
to the Bo Xilai incident.
Insiders from the entertainment industry remarked that
generally an actor has to rely on a political background to become very successful.
Tang Can was involved because her “background” was
under investigation of the CCP’s central commission for Discipline Inspection.
He further remarked that Tang Can only played a tiny role
in the entire case, which was mainly about political corruption.
On June 6th, the main Chinese websites cited a source
as saying that Tang Can,
who was honored as “queen of Chinese popular folk song,”
had been sentenced to 15 years in prison for corruption.
The source also speculated that Tang’s sentence would
be announced after other high-level officials involved were dealt with properly.
Grassroots writer and singer Yang YinBo of Hualong Online
Media Co., said that,
although a conclusion cannot be drawn until the final court
decision is announced,
there must be a serious problem with Tang
since she has is involved in such a case.
(Yang Yinbo, writer and singer): ”She must be charged
due to some kind of corruption problem. It’s very probable that a large amount of money is involved.”
Tang Can was born on June 12th, 1975 in Zhuzhou, Hunan.
She is a Class-A national actor and famous as a singer.
Tang entered National Dongfang Performance Group
and acted as its soloist.
She graduated from Wuhan Conservatory of Music with
a major in folk vocality. She performed in CCTV’s New Year Gala in 2001 and 2003.
With her unique vocal style, she is honored as “leader of
new Chinese folk song” and “queen of popular folk song.”
Currently the amount of money involved in Tang’s
Corruption case is unknown.
However, there rumors claim that Tang extravagantly
spends money.
For example, she once gave a Mercedes-Benz car to one
of her teachers as a gift.
(Yang Yinbo, writer and singer): ”In my opinion,
she only plays a small role in the whole case, or only serves as a victim of political struggle.
There are many well-trained singers who sing well with
good vocal basics.
But for Tang Can to reach her current level of success,
there is something else besides her professional skills.”
After Bo Xilai was dismissed, the Chinese made a list of his
seven crimes, including licentiousness.
It is said that Bo Xilai and secretary of Politics and Law
Committee Zhou Yongkang shared a common mistress named Tang Can.
Hong Kong’s Apple Daily reported that, Xu Ming, Bo Xilai’s
ally and founder of Dalian Shide group,
has admitted that among more than a hundred females
involved with Bo,
many of them were first contacted by him to compete
in the money-sex trade, including Tang Can.
Note that there had been a similar rumor since last year,
it is still unclear that whether Tang’s arrest is directly related to Bo Xilai’s incident.
In 2011, Tang Can was once taken away by the Central
Commission of Discipline Inspection for several corruption cases.
During the investigation, she was confirmed to be involved
with many high-level CCP officials, including the former mayor of Shenzhen, Xu Zongheng.
A report suggested that Tang Can was probably the most
famous “common mistress” in China.
(Yang Yinbo, writer and singer): ”As an actor, you must
have some 『background』 to become more successful.
Different people choose different ways to find their
『backgrounds』. This (Tang’s behavior) is one of the underlying rules to get in.”
Yang further remarked that Tang Can was investigated
not because she was the mistress of some officials; the corruption problem involved was the real reason.
(Yang Yinbo, writer and singer): ”As the Central Commission
of Discipline Inspection carried out the investigation, they happened to find her also involved.
However she is not the leading role in this case.
The corruption of CCP’s officials is the main problem.
Tang Can is only an actor who followed the so-called
underlying rules in China, and became a victim as the truth was revealed.
The official behind her lost his power and she was involved.
She’s like a fruit dropping to the ground as the tree is chopped down.”
At the same time, Tang Can’s assistant Ms. Wang denied
to the media that Tang had been sentenced.
