【新唐人2012年5月22日訊】16名來自雲南昭通市的中共老黨員，這個月初上書中共黨中央， 要求將中央政治局常委周永康免職，以及免去中宣部部長劉雲山職務。信中批評周永康主導「 重慶模式」，與前重慶市委書記薄熙來是一丘之貉，都是說謊者。20號，互聯網再次發出來自雲南昭通的所謂「雞毛信」，信中說，他們快要離開人世了，幸好遇上薄熙來這件所謂「好事情」，使他們有機會發出聲音，讓全世界都和道雲南昭通市有這16個硬骨頭，也是中國正義的一線希望
這篇「支持胡主席，嚴懲薄熙來，撤換周永康」的作者—-「五七老人」趙正榮，在文中向中央要求罷免周永康、劉雲山，他表示，這是他們16個黨員的要求，也是全國大多數黨員的要求，罷不罷免由中央全會決定。但這是一種聲音，不違反憲法和黨章。
而月初的公開信中，這些老人批評周永康和薄熙來兩人利用「唱紅打黑」，摧毀司法獨立與司法公正，導致大量冤假錯案，並將恐怖散播到整個社會。
趙正榮：「我們深受文化大革命之苦，把以前的一些事實，我們都寫在上邊，給中央指出要求… ，因為周永康和博熙來唱紅打黑，因為他(周永康)的支持，所以要寫這篇文章給中央。」
據了解，聯署的16名老黨員，部分在1949年建政前已經加入共產黨，但並沒有擔任高層職位，也沒有特別的政治影響力。而共產黨內，少有黨員向總書記提出這類的要求。
獨立評論學者鞏勝利：「特別在王薄事件出現以後，黨的機制運作方面衝突更大，那麼，我覺的最麻煩的就是黨員的權利，包括公民的權利要運行，當中要符合民主自由，包括罷免也好，我覺的這次的認清，主要可能是中央的一致性，沒有辦法保持統一了。」
趙正榮在文中特別感謝國內外互聯網發出他們的聲音，他還寫道「眾志成城，金石可化。」他們在臨死前的今天發出吶喊：「支持胡主席，打倒薄熙來，撤換周永康！」
新疆維權人士、「權利運動」負責人胡軍表示，周永康把持的政法委凌駕憲法，是一個違法的組織，而且已經架空胡錦濤和溫家寶，成為第二中央。
「權利運動」負責人 胡軍：「通過王立軍的案子，接著通過陳光誠的案子，已經讓世人看到了政法系統，整個中國社會的一種殘酷的摧殘，以前像六四到法輪功學員被迫害，特別是法輪功學員被迫害，周永康這個魔爪已經伸向胡錦濤和溫家寶，還有他們自己本系統的人，毒手都伸上了，這也是中共肯定要滅亡的必然，因為他這毒瘤本身已經傷害別人，也傷害他自身的機體。」
胡軍呼籲胡溫順應民意，讓民眾說話自由，就可以讓周永康這樣的敗類被認清，而清除。他並且希望儘快結束中共邪惡集團，因為中共對中國人民和世界犯下太多的罪惡，必須結束。

Letter from Yunnan Province Urges
Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang Removal
16 senior Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members
from Zhaotong in Yunnan Province have written a letter to the central regime.
They have requested the removal of Zhou Yongkang
from the Standing Committee.
In addition, they have requested for Liu Yunshan,
Minister of the Propaganda Department, to be removed.
In the letter, they condemned Zhou, who has controlled
the “Chongqing Model”.
They said Zhou is the same as Bo Xilai, and both are liars.
On May 20, 16 senior party members published a letter
again on a website.
They said they were very happy the Bo Xilai event took
place, as they have chance to speak out.
The world will know, there are 16 tough people in Zhaotong,
they showed a glimmer hope of justice in China.
The letter was entitled “Support Hu Jintao, Punish Bo Xilai,
Remove Zhou Yongkang.”
It was written by Zhao Zhengrong, who requesting the central
regime to remove Zhou Yongkang and Liu Yunshan.
Zhao said the letter represented 16 senior party members,
and was requested by the majority of party members in China.
They said they leave the final decision to the central regime.
They believe this is a voice, and it isn’t against the law
or party principles.
In an opening letter, they pointed out that Zhou and Bo used
the “Singing Red Songs, Fighting Corruption” campaign to destroy judicial independence and justice.
They aroused many misjudged cases, spreading fear over
the whole society.
Zhao Zhengrong: “I suffered in the Cultural Revolution.
I wrote what happened in the past, requesting the central regime….
Zhou and Bo launched “Singing Red Songs, Fighting
Corruption. Zhou was behind it, so we reported this to central regime.”
Sources said that among the 16 senior party members,
some had joined as party members before 1949.
However, they neither had held high positions,
nor had significant political influence.
It is rare that a party member directly sends a request
to the General Party Secretary.
Commentator Gong Shengli: “Especially after the Wang
Lijun event, the CCP encountered more conflict.
I think the most difficult aspect is party member’s rights,
including citizen’s rights that need to be implemented.
This will comply with democracy,
such as to remove someone.
I think this time the CCP realized there’s no way
to have the same tune.”
Zhao Zhengrong particularly thanks the internet’s help
to publicize their opinions.
He wrote “Unity of will was an impregnable stronghold”.
They also said, “Support Hu Jintao, Down Bo Xilai,
Remove Zhou Yongkang”.
Hu Jun, head of Human Rights Campaign in China said that
Zhou Yongkang controls the Political and Legislative
Committee, which was above the law; it was an illegal organ.
Zhou has attempted to overtake Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao,
and he operated a second central regime.
Hu Jun: “From the Wang Lijun and Chen Guangcheng events,
people came to know the Political and Legislative Committee.
They came to know persecution that happened in China, such
as the June 4 incident, and Falun Gong practitioners.
Especially the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
Zhou Yongkang extended his claws to Hu-Wen, to his allies.
The CCP will certainly be eliminated.
As the tumor has hurt others and his own organization.”
Hu Jun urged Hu-Wen to follow people’s will,
giving people opportunity to speak freely.
Then Zhou Yongkang’s evil nature can be
recognized and removed.
Hu Jun hopes to end the CCP evil group, as the CCP
committed many crimes towards Chinese people and the world. It must be ended.
