【新唐人2012年5月19日訊】沂南警方拒陳克貴家人挑選的律師
5月18號，山東沂南警方宣稱，他們已經爲盲人維權人士陳光誠的侄子、被指控「故意殺人罪」的陳克貴，選定了沂南法律援助中心的兩名律師，同時，拒絕了陳克貴家人選擇的律師。
身在北京朝陽醫院病房的陳光誠得知這個消息後表示，沂南警方的說法是個下流的騙局。他說，當年他被捕後，當局爲了阻止律師跟他見面，也強行爲他指派律師，他強烈反對也沒有用，最後當局強行讓他不認可的律師擔任他的辯護人，然後強行開庭。而官方指定的律師在法庭上只會說一句話，「沒有異議」。陳光誠認為，當局其實就是自己審，自己辯，自己判，所謂官方指定律師，純粹是個騙局。他相信陳克貴現在的遭遇，跟他當年一樣。
不過據《美國之音》報導，沂南警方所謂「陳克貴已經另有沂南法律援助中心指定的兩名律師」的說法是謊言。報導說，這家法律援助中心的負責人尹主任，在當天晚些時候對《美國之音》確認，這家機構根本沒有任何律師介入陳克貴案，也不了解這個案子。
陳克貴妻子劉芳委託的丁錫奎、斯偉江兩位律師對警方的說法，也提出了嚴重質疑，並表示擔心陳克貴可能被刑訊逼供。
陳光誠逃離軟禁後，4月26號深夜，陳克貴與翻牆闖入他家抓人打人的沂南縣雙堠鎮鎮長張健等人發生搏鬥，用菜刀砍傷了張健等三名男子。
陳克貴案件發生後，中國各地有13名律師公開表示願意爲陳克貴做無罪辯護，理由是正當防衛。但是，多位法律援助律師團成員遭到當局限制行動自由、吊銷律師執照和被旅遊或警告等懲罰。
《BBC》引述江天勇律師的話說，陳克貴案的最新進展顯示，臨沂政府及其背後的權力機構，正在試圖操縱陳光誠和陳克貴事件。他認為，外界現在不會了解陳克貴案的進展，而陳克貴也不會得到真正的和公正的辯護。
紐時：江綿恆謀暴利 插足夢工廠
中共太子黨利用權力謀取非法暴利，一直為大陸百姓所痛恨，最近，隨著薄熙來、周永康醜聞被越來越多的揭露，中共太子黨的貪腐問題，也引起了海外媒體的關注。
5月18號，《紐約時報》披露，前中共領導人江澤民的61歲的兒子江綿恆，最近插足好萊塢「夢工廠」電影公司，以3.3億美元協定，建立上海動畫工作室的項目。
報導說，江綿恆在「夢工廠」這個大工程當中插入一腳，簡直是專門來撿便宜的。報導引述分析家的話說，這是中共如何分贓的潛規則，允許高層領導的親屬在大筆生意中撈取錢財。
《紐約時報》說，在大陸，民衆普遍把江綿恆稱爲「中國第一貪」，他利用他父親的職權，到處肆無忌憚的謀取暴利，過去這些醜聞都是被掩蓋的，隨著江澤民變成植物人，同時，由於薄熙來、周永康等江派人馬在政治上的落馬，江綿恆的醜聞才被逐漸曝光出來。
報導還說，江綿恆的商業集團跟「微軟」和「諾基亞」合作，並監督涉及電信，半導體和建設項目的投資機構。
Police Refused to Allow Chen to Choose A Lawyer
On May 18, police in Yinan of Shandong province claimed
that they assigned two lawyers to Chen Kegui,
the nephew of blind activist Chen Guangcheng
who was accused of “intentional homicide.”
The police stopped the lawyer that Chen Kegui’s family
had chosen.
Chen Guangcheng is still in Beijing’s Chaoyang Hospital.
When he heard the news, he said that Yinan police’s
arrangement is a scam.
Chen said that in the past, authorities prevented lawyers
from seeing him and forcibly assigned him lawyers.
He strongly opposed to no avail.
Finally authorities forcibly opened the hearing with
a defense lawyer he didn’t recognize.
The official appointed lawyer would not object in court.
Chen Guangcheng believes the authorities arranged
the trial and sentence themselves.
The so-called official appointed lawyer is purely a scam. He believes that Chen Kegui’s experience is the same as his.
According to Voice of America, the Yinan police claim that
Chen Kegui was appointed two lawyers by Yinan Legal Aid Center is false. Director Yin of the Aid Center confirmed with VOA that they
did not have any lawyers involved in Chen Kegui’s case. They are unaware of the case.
Two lawyers, Ding Xikui and Si Weijiang, entrusted by Chen
Kegui’s wife, also seriously questioned police motives, and expressed their worries that Chen Kegui may be tortured.
After Chen Guangcheng fled late on the night of April 26,
Chen Kegui had fought with three people who had broke into
his home and beat him, including Zhang Jian, director of Shuanghou Town, Yinan.
Chen Kegui injured the three with a kitchen knife.
For Chen Kegui’s case, 13 lawyers in China publicly expressed their willingness to plead not guilty for Chen on the grounds of self-defense.
But many members of legal aid lawyers group were punished,
having their license to practice law revoked, and other penalties.
The BBC quoted lawyer Jiang Tianyong as saying tha
progress of Chen Kegui case shows Linyi government and
its underlying authority are trying to manipulate the Chen
Guangcheng and Chen Kegui cases.
He believes that outsiders are being prevented from learning
about the progress of Chen Kegui case, and Chen Kegui will not receive a true and fair defense, either.
Chinese Communist princelings took advantage of the power to seek illegal profits, which the Chinese resent. Recently, with the exposure of Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang
scandals, the corruption of the Chinese Communist princelings also attracted the attention of international media.
On May 18, The New York Times revealed that Jiang
Mianheng, the 61-year-old son of former Chinese Communist leader Jiang Zemin,
recently got involved with Hollywood DreamWorks Films.
With a US $330 million agreement, Jiang established
the Shanghai Animation Studios project.
It is reported that Jiang Mianheng’s involvement
in the DreamWorks project was due to bargaining.
The report quoted analysts who stated there is an unspoken rule
among the Chinese Communists, in which they allow relatives of senior leaders to fish in big business.
New York Times said in mainland China, people call Jiang
Mianheng ‘China’s Greediest Person’
because he used his father’s power to do unbridled
profiteering all around. In the past, these scandals were covered up.
Along with Jiang Zemin’s vegetative state, and the fall of Bo
Xilai, Zhou Yongkang and other people in Jiang’s group,
Jiang Mianheng’s scandals have been gradually exposed.
The report also said Jiang Mianheng’s Business Group
also worked with Microsoft and Nokia, and supervised
investment institutions involved in telecommunications,
semiconductors, and construction projects.
