【新唐人2012年4月24日訊】最近，針對大陸用廢皮革製成「工業明膠」再用於食品和藥品的情況，網民們編了個段子說：「最近皮鞋突然很忙，….還製成了酸奶，壓成了膠囊。」甚麼時候大陸民眾才不會再被這類有毒食品或藥品折騰? 群眾把矛頭指向製藥企業，但是製藥企業說，他們也是受害者，因為一些生產膠囊的企業，用成本低的工業明膠代替可以吃的動物明膠，然後出售給下游的製藥企業。
23號，大陸媒體報導，在當局所謂「鉻超標藥用膠囊事件」發生後，各地警方對相關案件共立案7起，依法逮捕犯罪嫌疑人9名，刑事拘留45人，查封非法生產線80條，查扣用工業明膠生產的膠囊7700多萬粒。
「重慶市營養學會理事」周令國告訴《新唐人》，「明膠」使用在食品中，主是「增稠與凝固」作用，但工業明膠對人體危害很大。
周令國：「工業明膠因為含有鉻重金屬和其他重金屬，可能含有對人體有害的粒子，工業明膠是不允許用於食品和藥品的。」
烏魯木齊網友劉鵬撰文說，「毒膠囊」長期存在，已經被消費者在不知情的情況下，吃到肚子裏的「毒膠囊」到底有多少？
他在BBC中文網投稿指出，7700餘萬粒「毒膠囊」之所以流向社會，成為擺在消費者面前的禍害，從表面上看，是一些藥企「從不檢測鉻含量」這個漏洞所造成的。正如通化金馬的公告中所聲稱：「使用「毒」膠囊的主要根源是公司質檢程序有疏漏，無法檢測到膠囊中鉻的含量。」
可是，藥業生產企業使用含「毒」的膠囊，果真是無法檢測到鉻含量嗎？劉鵬提出幾個疑問，他說：鉻含量是有國家標準的，既然企業自己檢測不出來，相關檢測機構和監管部門是否能檢測出來？有網友認為，企業的「從不檢測」預示著相關部門的「從不監管」。
廣東的政論作家朱健國表示，「民以食為天，食以安為先」，但是中共的專制制度卻不顧民意和民生。
廣東政論作家朱健國：「這個黨天下的專制，架起了民主監督的缺位，老百姓的呼聲，他們根本就不當一回事，只注重抓形象工程、抓衛星上天，所以關鍵是老百姓說話沒有人聽。」
朱健國還表示，中共官員認為花在改善民生問題的錢，看不出政績來。
廣東政論作家朱健國：「因為他們這十年來始終都是以維穩為中心，維穩就把所有的人力、財力全部都集中到那上面去了，但是官員們現在都有『特供』，每個機關都有自己的農場，他們覺得食品安全對他們的威脅不大，當然就放棄了真正的民生工程。」
中國大陸媒體人，《農產品市場週刊》主編黃良天說，現在大陸上的各種現象民眾都見怪不怪了，雖然每個人每天都在受害，可也每天都在看戲，包括他在內，民眾的道德觀念都崩潰了。
《農產品市場週刊》主編黃良天：「很多事情用普世價值來衡量它，都是不可思議的。政府哪一次的監管….都是事後的。先把一種事實作為謠言，然後一看不是謠言，他才來的。我們中國好像沒有政府，政府只有一個黨，(政府)應該是黨衛軍吧!再說，雖然有憲法，這個憲法它在黨章之下。」
有博客作者把「毒膠囊」問題歸咎於政治體制，作者質問當局，怎麽還不政治改革？難道要等到人民都被毒死嗎？

Who are the victims of the poisonous capsules?
Recently, against the situation that industrial gelatins made
from scrap leathers are used in food and medicines in mainland China, netizens compiled some phases:
“Leather shoes are very busy recently. They have been
made of yogurt, and pressed into capsules.”
When will the people in mainland China not suffer from this
kind of poisonous food or drugs?
The masses blame pharmaceutical companies.
However, the companies said they are also victims.
Some manufacturers of gelatin capsules use low-cost
industrial gelatin to replace animal gelatin.
It is then sold downstream to pharmaceutical companies.
On April 23rd, media in mainland China reported that after the
authority』s so-called “event of medicinal capsules with excessive chromium”, police registered 7 related cases.
They have arrested 9 suspects, detained 45 persons, closed
down 80 illegal production lines and seized over 77 million capsules made from industrial gelatins.
Zhou Lingguo, director of Chongqing Municipal Nutrition
Society, said to NTD that the main function of “gelatin” used in food is for thickening and solidification.
But industrial gelatins are harmful to human health.
Zhou Lingguo: “Industrial gelatin contains heavy metals
such as chromium and others.
It may contain harmful particles. Industrial gelatin is not
allowed for food and medicine.”
Liu Peng, Urumqi netizen, wrote: “poisonious capsules
exist for a long time.
How many of them have been eaten to their stomachs
unknowingly by consumers?”
He pointed out in his article on the BBC.
The reason that over 77 million poisonous capsules enter
society is that, superficially, some pharmaceutical companies never detect the content of chromium.
As Tonghua Gold Horse announcement stated: “The use
of poisonous capsules is mainly because of imperfections
in the quality control procedures of the companies,
where chromium content cannot be detected."
However, is it really because the chromium content cannot
be detected that pharmaceutical manufacturers use the capsules containing “poison"?
Liu Peng raised a few questions.
He said: there are national standards of chromium content.
Since the industry itself is not able to detect it, whether any
related testing organizations and regulatory authorities can?
Some netizens think that the enterprise “never detecting”
forebodes the “never supervising” of relevant departments.
Zhu Jianguo, Guangdong-based political commentary writer,
said that the food is most important to the people.
Security is most important for food.
But the autocratic Chinese Communist Party (CCP) system
ignores public opinion and livelihood.
Zhu Jianguo: “The despotism of the CCP leads to the absence
of democratic supervision.
The voice of the people has never been important to them.
They only pay attention to appearance, to the going
into space with satellites.
Therefore, the point is that no one listens to the public.”
Zhu Jianguo also said CCP officials think that the money
used in improving people』s livelihood cannot reveal their actual performance.
Zhu Jianguo: “Because in this decade, they have always been
safeguarding stability as the central issue.
With maintaining stability, they put all the manpower,
financial resources in it.
And the officials now have a 『special supply』. They have their
own farm for the authority departments.
They think that the food security is not a big problem to them.
So they give up projects for people』s livelihood. ”
Huang Liangtian, editor of Farm Produce Market Weekly
in mainland China, said that now various phenomena are not strange to the public.
Though everyone is suffering every day, each person is also
just to watch, including himself.
The moral values of the public have collapsed.
Huang Liangtian: “Many things are incredible when
assessed by universal values.
The government always takes the supervision afterwards.
They always take a thing as a rumor.
When they know it』s not a rumor, they will finally act.
It seems our China has no government.
In government, there is only CCP.
(The government) perhaps is the army for protecting CCP.
Moreover, although there is a Constitution, this Constitution
is under constitution of the CCP.”
Some blog authors attribute the problem of poisonous
capsules to the political system.
The authors questioned the authorities: why not
carry out political reform yet?
Is the CCP going to wait until all the people
have been poisoned to death?
