【新唐人2012年4月24日訊】4月9號，有一條微博被網友轉發十幾萬次，雖然當天微博消息被刪除，但引起人們對「工業明膠」和「毒膠囊」的極大關注。而發帖的《央視》主播從此消失螢幕，引發普遍關注。
這條微博是《央視》主持人趙普所發。微博中寫道：「轉發來自調查記者短信：不要吃老酸奶（固體形態）和果凍，尤其是孩子，內幕很可怕，不細說。」
帖子被頂上去，人卻不知道閃到何處去了。觀眾們發現，趙普從那天起就再也沒有在《晚間新聞》中出鏡，似乎從螢屏上消失了。自4月11號起，趙普的微博也停止了更新。
網友們紛紛猜測趙普被《央視》停職。《新聞晨報》21號引述央視內部員工的消息說，趙普的確因微博的事情受到了處分，但沒有被辭退。對於外界的詢問，趙普意味深長的以古詩回應：「謝謝關注！洛陽親友如相問，一片冰心在玉壺。」
4月15號，《央視》《每週質量報告》節目中曝光河北、江西、浙江等地，有上百家藥用膠囊廠使用重金屬「鉻」超標的「工業明膠」，生產藥用「膠囊」。經國家相關機構檢測，9家藥廠生產的13個批次的藥品中，所用膠囊的重金屬「鉻」含量超過國家標準規定——每公斤兩毫克(2mg/kg)的限量值，超標最多的達90多倍。
「明膠」作為一種天然乳化劑，被廣泛用於食品，尤其是甜品，和藥物的製造，一般從動物的骨頭或結締組織提煉出來。但從皮革提煉出來的「工業明膠」，多數參雜重金屬粒子，會危害人體。
大陸媒體《21CN網》引用學者的意見說，如果趙普真有問題的話，就是趙普有點搶風頭的韻味，也就是在《央視》沒有曝光之前，趙普率先在微博把這個事捅破，引發了全民關注，不僅讓《央視》有點倉促應變，更讓相關部門措手不及，在事件之初有點「失態」。
原《陝西電視臺》記者馬曉明表示，雖然只是一條短短的微博，但是背後透露出的信息導致了趙普「消失」。
馬曉明：「這個毒膠囊事件這麼長時間了，危害的這麼廣，國家政府有那麼多的產品質量檢驗部門，為甚麼就沒有查驗出來？暴露出來政府的一些問題。這可能是他不能繼續從事他所從事的工作的主要原因。」
馬曉明本人也因為說真話被取消了編輯記者資格，他指出，記者因言獲罪，在中國例子多的數不勝數。
馬曉明：「它說明中國是一個嚴格的實行新聞封鎖，嚴格的、嚴厲的懲治說真話的記者的國家。趙普的這個事情，就是又一個鮮明的例證。」
22號，《鳳凰》視頻客戶總監「子軒大灰狼」發微博說：「熱烈歡迎趙普加入《鳳凰》。」這條微博引髮網友猜測，趙普準備「轉嫁」《鳳凰衛視》。不過稍後「子軒大灰狼」又發微博澄清，這只是自己的願望。
目前趙普本人還沒有確認這一消息，不過馬曉明認為，雖然《鳳凰衛視》不是大陸的媒體，但中共的言論限制同樣存在。
馬曉明：「實際《鳳凰衛視》也只是有限度的，比中國大陸受到嚴控的這些媒體，能夠稍微開放一些的媒體，它還不能稱得上為一個開放的和公正的自由的媒體。」
「毒膠囊」這次因趙普的率先披露再次浮上水面。其實，作為「毒膠囊」產地之一的河北省衡水市阜城縣，8年前就曾被媒體曝光，之後也曾展開為期三個月的集中治理整頓，當局號稱「有效的監控了明膠生產銷售行為」。可是8年後，又因為同樣的問題遭到點名。

CCTV Anchor Goes Missing Due to Web Post
On April 9, news from a web blog circulated among
over hundreds of thousand of netizens.
Although deleted the same day, it triggered great concern
about use of “industrial gelatine” and “toxic capsule.”
The user of this microblog is Central TV’s anchor, whose
subsequent disappearance from CCTV drew public attention.
This news was released by CCTV anchor Zhao Pu.
He wrote, “News from a journalist report——eat no solid-form of
yogurt or fruit jelly, especially for Children.
This true story is horrifying.
Yet there are no details given as yet.”
As this post became more popular,
the writer suddenly disappeared.
The audience noticed Zhao had not shown for his TV program
the following day, his Web also froze from April 11.
Netizens speculated that Zhao’s CCTV work has been suspended.
Morning News on April 21 quoted CCTV staff, saying Zhao Pu
has indeed been punished for his “wrongdoing,” though not fired.
Zhao responded to public speculation by citing an old poem, “If
my relatives in Luoyang ask about me, tell them my heart is as pure as jade.”
April 15, CCTV’s Weekly Quality Report program released
information of hundreds of factories in Hebei, Jiangxi, Zhejiang etc.
using industrial gelatin with chrome
to produce pharmaceutical capsules.
Official inspection showed 9 companies’s containing 13 batches
of capsules containing chromium.
Reportedly as much as 90 times more than the
average standard amount of 2g.
Natural gelatin extracted from animal bones or tissues is widely
used as an emulsifier in food and medicine, especially for desserts.
Industrial gelatin extracted from leather,
however contains mixed metals hazardous to human ingestion.
Mainland internet medium 21CN cited from scholars, Zhao’s
real “wrong-doing” was his over-activity in releasing the news before CCTV’s official report.
The public concern it triggered not only humiliated CCTV,
but also caught government officials offhand.
Former Shaanxi TV reporter Ma Xiaoming said, although this
is only microblogging, it eventually led to Zhao Pu’s “disappearance.”
Ma Xiaoming: “The poisonous capsules have been on
the market for so long now. Why wasn’t the government able to find out earlier?
This exposed some critical problems within the government,
which is why they are no longer able to function well.”
Ma Xiaoming himself was deprived of a reporter’s certificate
due to free speech. He said such cases are numerous in China.
Ma Xiaoming: “It shows that China still implements
strict news blackout, severely punishing brave reporters. Zhao Pu’s case is just another example.”
April 22, customer director of Phoenix TV said on his Web,
“Zhao Pu is warmly welcome to join Phoenix.”
Netizens speculate that Zhao Pu might “remarry” Phoenix,
but later Phoenix director said that’s only his personal hope.
Zhao Pu hasn’t publicly responded to these speculations.
Ma Xiaoming believes, although not in Mainland China, Phoenix still suffers from CCP’s speech restrictions.
Ma Xiaoming: “Phoenix in fact only enjoys relative freedom
compared to mainland media under severe censorship.
Though no comparison to a medium with
full freedom of speech.”
The poisonous capsule scandal surfaced with
Zhao Pu’s disclosure.
In fact, the manufacture of these capsules in Fucheng county
of Hebei province was already reported some eight years ago.
After a 3-month regulation, authorities claimed to
have “effectively controlled the gelatin production.”
Eight years later, Fucheng is again reported for such production.
