【新唐人2012年3月31日訊】薄熙來下臺後，重慶政壇開始了大清洗，薄熙來的親信相繼被整肅。作為薄熙來的左右手，重慶市市長黃奇帆原訂參加「博鰲亞洲論壇」，日前傳出，黃奇帆已從官網名單中消失。消息得到證實後，外界認為黃奇帆跟隨薄熙來幹了很多壞事，下臺是早晚的事情。而分析認為，隨著胡溫對重慶官場的清洗，說明胡溫已經逐漸掌控了重慶的局勢。
2012年「博鰲亞洲論壇」年會將於4月1號至3號舉行，原訂參加論壇的重慶市市長黃奇帆，29號已從官網名單中消失。「黃奇帆缺席博鰲」，引起外界的關注。
時事評論員藍述認為，王立軍事件爆發後，薄熙來被免職，中共高層在重慶清洗薄熙來的官員，最後還沒有落幕，後面會爆出甚麼事件也還很難說。所以北京不會放心黃奇帆去參加「博鰲論壇」。
藍述：「博鰲論壇那個地方它是國際媒體關注的地方，很多外國人的。很可能是中共北京是為了利用他(黃奇帆)，讓重慶整個官場能有一個平穩的過渡，所以只是利用他，並不信任他。但是，目前整個重慶官場狗咬狗，誰也不知道能咬出甚麼東西來？黃奇帆個人心理受到很大的壓力的情況下，把他往博鰲論壇一放，北京高層很顯然不會放心的。」
藍述還指出，王立軍之所以跑到美國駐成都領事館去，就是因為官方要整肅他，據說，他把揭發薄熙來的黑幕材料交給了美領館。如果把黃奇帆送到「博鰲論壇」，又出來「第二個王立軍」，北京可就難辦了。
王立軍2月跑到美國領館，薄熙來3月被免職，薄熙來的倒臺，引發中共激烈內鬥和重慶官場強烈地震。因此，對於黃奇帆「博鰲除名」，外界解讀和薄熙來落馬有直接關係。
海外網路作家夏小強表示，黃奇帆作為薄熙來的左右手，薄熙來幹的許多壞事都是黃奇帆在臺前幫薄熙來幹的。還有傳言說，薄熙來答應將來政變後給黃奇帆作為總理。
夏小強：「當初薄熙來剛一下臺的時候，胡溫之所以沒有把黃奇帆拿下，是因為當時重慶政府的各級部門的人員都是薄熙來的人馬，當時為了穩定局勢，他們當時沒有拿下黃奇帆。那麼隨著事態的發展，隨著胡溫對重慶官場的清洗，胡溫逐漸掌控了重慶的局勢，那麼黃奇帆是肯定要下臺的。」
據了解，在薄熙來出事後，黃奇帆為求自保，急速倒戈。向中共中央全面揭發薄熙來在王立軍事件後，種種爆炸性的內幕，其中包括薄熙來準備發動政變篡權奪位，擠掉習近平。
夏小強：「關鍵他跟隨周永康、薄熙來和江派一直在和胡溫對抗，這個時候在薄熙來倒臺之後，這個時候他再表態，因為他涉入薄熙來的一些內幕的事情太深了，他並且做了很多事情，已經不可能再挽回了。」
夏小強分 析，隨著事態的發展，薄熙來將會交待許多內幕，很可能已經咬出了周永康。而黃奇帆也有很多牽扯周永康的事情，這些逐漸都會被胡溫掌握。

Huang Qifan Misses Boao Forum, Hu-Wen Control Situation
The Chongqing political circle is being purged after Bo Xilai,
the scandal-troubled former Party chief was removed.

Bo’s ally, Chongqing Mayor Huang Qifan was scheduled
to participate in the Boao Asia Forum 2012.
It was said that his name was deleted from the official
participant list.
After this information was confirmed, it was said that
sooner or later Huang Qifan will be removed.
He did many ugly things when he followed Bo Xilai.
Analysts commented that with Hu-Wen progressing with
purging the Chongqing political circle, they will gradually control the situation.
The Boao Asia Forum 2012 will be held from April 1 to 3.
Chongqing Mayor Huang Qifan was scheduled to participate,
but he was deleted from the participant list on March 29.
“Huang Qifan Absence from Boao” is a new focus.
Lan Shu, political commentator, said after the Wang Lijun
case and the removal of Bo Xilai, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) senior leadership is purging Chongqing officials.
It hasn’t finished, and it’s hard to say what will happen next.
It is thought that is the reason why Beijing doesn’t allow
Huang Qifan to attend the Boao Forum.
Lan Shu: “The Boao Forum is a focus of international media.
It will have many foreigners.
It’s very possible Beijing just used Huang Qifan as chess
piece to change the Chongqing political circle smoothly.
So, Beijing is using him. It’s not a trust.
So far the whole Chongqing political circle
is caught in bureaucratic dog-fighting.
Nobody knows what the result of it will be.
Huang Qifan is very stressed now, and Beijing will not
feel assured to send Huang to the Boao Forum.
Lan Shu pointed out the reason why Wang Lijun went to
the U.S. consulate.
It is that the authority planned to get rid of him.
It was said that Wang gave the Consulate documents
which disclose the dark secrets of Bo Xilai.
If Huang Qifan goes to the Boao Forum, he will be the second
“Wang Lijun”, which will put Beijing authority in a mess.
Wang Lijun went to the U.S. consulate in February,
and Bo xilai was removed in March.
Bo’s stepping down caused fierce infighting within the CCP
and a “strong earthquake” in the Chongqing officialdom.
Huang Qifan’s “Removal from Boao” was understood
as a result of Bo Xilai falling into disgrace.
Xia Xiaoqiang, an overseas net-writer said that as the
right-hand man of Bo Xilai, Huang Qifan was in the front stage to execute a lot of bad things that were arranged by Bo.
It was rumored that Bo promised Huang the position
of Prime Minister after his coup succeeded.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “When Bo was removed, Hu-Wen didn’t
remove Huang Qifan.
This is because many Chongqing officials
were Bo’s cronies at that time.
To maintain the stability, they didn’t touch Huang.
With the progress of Hu-Wen’s purging, they controlled the
situation gradually, and Huang must be removed finally.”
After Bo Xilai was removed, Huang Qifan turned against
ousted Bo immediately to save himself.
He disclosed many explosive insiders of Bo Xilai, including
that Bo prepared to launch a coup, and to get rid of Xi Jinping.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “The key is that he followed Zhou Yongkang,
Bo Xilai and other members of Jiang Zemin’s faction, to against Hu-Wen, but declared this after Bo’s removal.
He was involved in many dark secrets too deep
to clean himself.
He did many bad things and has no opportunity to survive.”
Xia Xiaoqiang analyses that with the development of the case,
Bo Xilai will implicate many insiders.
It’s very likely that he has revealed Zhou Yongkang already.
Huang Qifan was also involved in many actions
