【新唐人2012年3月22日訊】媒體透露，重慶副市長王立軍滯留美國駐成都總領事館，並尋求政治庇護，最後同意自動走出，是因為周永康通過他的乾兒子孔濤，傳給王立軍書面保證，確保王的安全並避免處分。那麼，王立軍和孔濤及周永康之間究竟是甚麼關係?他們在中共權力內鬥中扮演甚麼角色?為甚麼周永康要給王立軍保證，讓他離開美領館，其中暗藏甚麼玄機?有分析認為，周永康和薄熙來難脫干係。下面就一起來解開中共權力內鬥的層層關係與內幕。
據《明鏡》新聞網報導，王立軍和孔濤有20多年的交情，和周永康一起做了很多「交易」。孔濤是遼寧盤錦人，王立軍在盤錦擔任公安局長時就認識了孔濤與周永康。
據傳，王立軍掌握了周永康和他妻、子及兩個秘書，通過孔濤，聯手貪污腐敗達幾十億的大量材料。這些材料，他已經分批轉到國外，其中一部分交給了美國總領事館。
對此，中共當局暫時沒有任何回應。而時事評論員文昭認為，王立軍整個事件，周永康都參與其中。
文昭：「（王薄）他們的立場很接近，過去薄熙來得到江澤民的提拔，他非常賣力的執行江澤民的各種政策，而周永康是江澤民在十七大安插進政治局常委，他們兩個都是手上有血債的人，他們是利益上的共同體。他和薄熙來是一體的，他們都屬於江系，派系鬥爭很明顯的，都是江澤民提拔起來的人，並且也都是執行江澤民政策的人。」
兩會期間，薄熙來在重慶團記者會上，高調肯定重慶的「唱紅打黑」，並指稱重慶打黑「實際上絕不是公安一家，是公、檢、法、司、安全，再加上紀委，是多家共同努力的結果，是由政法委協調的」，這番話被解讀為；薄熙來暗指重慶「唱紅打黑」受周永康指使，也就是政法委指使。
文昭認為，周永康不希望薄出事，而讓他的乾兒子孔濤勸王立軍離開美領館，也不是不可能。為了讓王立軍出來，周永康可以做任何保證，但是過後也可以翻臉不認人。
《明鏡》引述消息人士的話說，在政治局常委會上，習近平對溫家寶堅決處理薄熙來的主張給予了支持。
文昭：「有人講周永康和薄熙來倆人合夥想搞習近平，有謀反之嫌，而且周永康在政法系統掌握了武警，他也有敢謀反的實力。但共產黨的黨內鬥爭，他最後想搞掉一個人，它要對外宣佈一個罪名，它現在不能說你是反黨，比方說陳希同他是貪腐，陳良宇是社保基金案必須要找一個合乎法律的罪名。」
文昭認為，王立軍這把火是否會燃燒到周永康，主要在於如何對待「打黑」的態度，因為只有「唱紅打黑」才能把周永康和薄熙來連繫一起。
美國「哥倫比亞大學」政治學博士李天笑發表評論說，就目前狀況而言，如同當初江澤民把羅幹和周永康送入常委會，今天周永康無論如何要把薄熙來送入第18屆常委會，接替政法委書記的角色，目地就是為了使中共 欠下的各種血債，包括對六四和對法輪功的鎮壓不致遭到清算。當周永康等發現薄入常受到阻礙，他們有可能被清算時，這種生存威脅就會導致各派拚死一爭的態勢，從而觸發中共解體。

two secretaries who jointly embezzled billions of RMB.
This capital have been transferred to abroad.
Part of it was handed in to the U.S. Consulate.
In this regard, the CCP did not respond. But the commentator
Wen Zhao thinks Zhou is involved in the whole incident of Wang Lijun.
Wen Zhao:"(Wang and Bo) Their position is very close.
Bo is promoted by Jiang Zemin and he implemented various policies from Jiang.
Zhou entered the 17th Committee because of Jiang. Both of
them have blood on their hands and they share the same interests.
Zhou and Bo both belong to Jiang’s department.
They were both promoted by Jiang and implemented Jiang’s policy."
During the two sessions, Bo gave a high-profile certainty of
Chongqing’s “Chang Hong Da Hei" and claimed that
“Actually it is not only the police, it is a joint effort
coordinated by politics and the law committee."
This sentence is interpreted as Bo alluding to Zhou and
the politics and law committee having instigated the “Chang Hong Da Hei".
Wen Zhao thinks that Zhou does not want anything to happen
to Bo. It could be possible that Zhou let Kong ask Wang to leave the U.S. Consulate.
In order to make Wang leave the U.S Consulate,
Zhou could guarantee anything but later he can also betray.
“Mingjing" quoted from someone that on the Politburo Standing
Committee, Xi Jinping supported Wen Jiangbao’s proposition of Bo.
Wen Zhao:"Someone said that Zhou and Bo want to turn down Xi.
Zhou have the armed police and the power to treason.
But in the CCP’s inner-party struggle, he wants to get rid of
someone, he needs to announce a criminal charge.
They cannot say it is anti-Party. For example, Chen Xitong’s

Wen Zhao thinks, whether Zhou will be connected is one side.
The main issue is about the attitude of “Da Hei", because only “Chang Hong Da Hei" can connect Zhou and Bo.
Columbia University political science, Dr. Tian Tianxiao
comments that the current situation, is like when Jiang wanted Luo Gan and Zhou to be in the Standing Committee.
Now Zhou will in any case take Bo into the 18th session of
the Standing Committee and let Bo take over the role of the Political and
Law Committee secretary.
