【新唐人2012年1月16日訊】中共十八大將於今年下半年召開，新年伊始，中共總書記胡錦濤一改過去長期低調的做法，接連高調為十八大造勢。與此同時，江澤民曾經提拔的三個主要軍頭，軍委副主席郭伯雄和徐才厚以及總政治部主任李繼耐，表態力挺胡錦濤權威，為胡主導十八大保駕護航。
《新華網》1月15號報導，軍委副主席郭伯雄強調，為十八大勝利召開，確保在任何時候、任何情況下，都堅決聽從黨中央、中央軍委、胡主席指揮。
軍委副主席徐才厚則強調，全軍和武裝部隊要充分認清十八大對軍隊提出的特殊政治要求，堅決貫徹胡主席和中央軍委決策指示。
郭伯雄、徐才厚一向被認為是江澤民的親信。但外界分析，這些軍頭雖然是江提撥的，但江本人不是軍人出身，加上江衰老病重、惡貫滿盈，尤其是揹負迫害法輪功的血債，在全球範圍遭到起訴，這些軍頭早就開始對江作切割，給自己留後路。
此外，郭伯雄、徐才厚都有腐敗劣跡。香港《動向》雜誌主編張偉國表示，江澤民過去就是靠腐敗來拉攏這些軍頭，彼此只是相互利用而已。
張偉國：「他們自己本身很腐敗，在中國的政府機構裡面，解放軍的腐敗實際上要超過其他部門，腐敗的見不得人，前幾年是挖出來了海軍的頭。上樑不正下樑歪，軍委副主席本身自己也有問題，都是在帶『病』工作。」
1月9號，胡錦濤在中央紀委七次全會上發表重要講話，強調黨風廉政建設和反腐敗複雜嚴峻，以及十八大換屆紀律。吹響了以懲治腐敗為名義主導十八大的號角。
10號，徐才厚在全軍紀檢會議上強調，堅決維護黨中央、中央軍委、胡主席權威，一切行動聽從黨中央、中央軍委、胡主席指揮。值得注意的是，徐才厚在去年的全軍紀檢會議上沒有提到維護胡錦濤權威。
主持會議的總政治部主任李繼耐表示，各級要把思想和行動統一到黨中央、中央軍委、胡主席的決策部署上來。李繼耐在4號的總政通知中作過同樣的表態。
網友分析，如果這些軍頭是江澤民的人，應該逼胡錦濤在十八大裸退交權才對，怎麼突然開始替胡錦濤吆喝助威了？
其實，早在2004年9月，被江提拔的軍委委員徐才厚、李繼耐、梁光烈、廖錫龍等人，就出乎意料的紛紛支持江「請辭」軍委主席，導致江當時被迫辭職。
十八大中央軍委將面臨大換血，郭伯雄、徐才厚、李繼耐、國防部長梁光烈、總參謀長陳炳德、總後勤部長廖錫龍和二炮司令靖志遠，年齡都超過67歲而面臨退休。
香港《爭鳴》雜誌曾預測，18大高度分權格局基本確立，總書記、國家主席、軍委主席「三位一體」不可能再出現，習近平部分接班，胡錦濤將留任軍委主席。
時事評論家草庵居士表示，胡錦濤強調十八大換屆紀律意圖很明顯。
草庵居士：「江澤民時代創立了不成文的一個規定：第一是年齡的限制﹔第二其實還有一個重要的，就是江澤民在離任之後又任了半屆的軍委主席。胡錦濤這次提出來所謂的換屆紀律，我想他就是試圖他也要擔任半屆的軍委主席，胡錦濤給自己留下一個退身之路，而且可以安排更多的自己人馬，同時可以對習近平進行制約。」
香港《開放》雜誌去年10月發表原香港《文匯報》東北辦事處主任姜維平的文章指出，北京消息人士說，現在的軍權牢牢的操控在胡錦濤手裡。而「反腐敗」只是中共打擊異己的權力鬥爭工具。

CCP’s Three Major Military Leaders Publicly Support Hu
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s18th Congress will
be held in the second half of the year.
Since entering 2012, CCP President Hu Jintao has kept
the scene set for the 18th Congress.
Meanwhile, the three major military leaders who were
Promoted by Jiang Zemin, gave support to Hu in public.
They are viewed as helping Hu to dominate
the 18th Congress.
On January 15, Xinhua News Agency’s reported remarks of Guo
Boxiong, CCP Central Military Commission (CMC) vice chairman.
Guo stressed a firm obeying of the orders of the
CCP Central Committee, CMC and CMC chairman Hu Jintao.
It was demanded of the army to follow orders at any time
and under any circumstances to ensure the successful opening of the CCP’s 18th congress.
Xu Caihou, CCP CMC vice chairman, emphasized that
the entire army and armed forces should fully understand
the special political demands that the 18th congress asks of the army.
The military was ordered to resolutely obey the decisions and
instructions from Hu Jintao and the CCP’s Central Military Commission.
Guo and Xu have long been deemed the henchmen of
Jiang Zemin.
The comments saythat, although Jiang promoted these
military leaders, Jiang himself is not an army man.
The aging and seriously ill Jiang has filled the evil pot.
Especially since Jiang is neck-deep in blood debts to Falun Gong,
and has been sued around the world.
These military chiefs have cut ties with Jiang very early on,
and left a way out for themselves.
Additionally, both Guo and Xu have been corrupt and
committed misdeeds.
Zhang Weiguo, chief editor of Hong Kong’s Trend magazine,
said that Jiang hooked these army heads with his web of corruption.
They just utilize each other.
Zhang Weiguo says: “They themselves are very corrupt.
The People’s Liberation Army is the most corrupt organ in China.
The Navy chief was exposed several years ago.
Things begin to look fishy at the top.
The Military Commission vice chairmen have their own problems,
they are all 『diseased』. “
On January 9, Hu Jintao gave an important speech at the
7th Plenary meeting of the CCP’s Central Discipline Inspection Commission.
Hu highlighted the complexity and the rigor in the CCP’s clean
government administration and in the anti-corruption initiative.
The discipline for the CCP’s leadership changes at
the18th congress was also stressed.
Hu’s speech was deemed to blow the horn of domination over
the CCP’s 18th congress in the name of anti-corruption.
On January 10, Xu Caihou emphasized at the meeting of the
Military Discipline Inspection Commission.
The entire army was ordered to resolutely safeguard
the power of the CCP’s Central Committee, the Central Military Commission and Hu Jintao.
Xu demanded that the military strictly follow the command of
the CCP’s Central Committee, the Central Military Commission and Hu.
It is noteworthy that in last year’s meeting, Xu did not mention
the upholding of Hu Jintao’s authority.
Li Jinai, the General Political Department Director, who chaired
the meeting, has instructed the army to keep in line with the CCP.
Li demands the army men to unify their thoughts and actions
to fit the decisions and deployment of the CCP’s central organs and Hu.
Li made the same statement in the General Political
Department instruction dated January 4.
Netizens analyze that if these military heads are at Jiang’s side,
they should force Hu to retire from office at the CCP’s 18th congress.
But why have they suddenly started to cheer for Hu?
Back in September 2004, Jiang Zemin resigned from
the Central Military Commission (CMC) chairmanship.
Many CMC members including Xu Caihou, Li Jinai,
Liang Guanglie, Liao Xilong were promoted by Jiang.
Unexpectedly, all of these members supported Jiang’s
“asking for resignation”, which compelled Jiang to resign in the end.
The CCP’s Central Military Commission will face
big personnel changes at the 18th congress.
Guo Boxiong, Xu Caihou, Li Jinai, Liang Guanglie,
Chen Bingde, Liao Xilong and Jing Zhiyuan, are all aged over 67 and face retirement.
Hong Kong’s Cheng Ming magazine predicted that
the 18th congress would be highly decentralized.
The “Trinity" of General Secretary and State President and
CMC Chairman will be impossible.
Xi Jinping will succeed in getting only part of the power.
Hu Jintao will remain as the Central Military Commission chairman.
Commentator Cao’an Jushi says that Hu has a clear intention
in stressing the discipline for leadership change at 18th congress.
Cao’an Jushi says: “Jiang created an unwritten requirement.
Firstly, an age limit; secondly, Jiang held the post of
CMC chairman for an extra half session after retiring from office.
Now Hu has put forward the so-called discipline for leadership change.
I think he wants to stay as CMC chairman for an extra half session.
In this way, Hu leaves himself a way out. He may arrange more of
his own people’s positions, and limit Xi’s power at the same time."
Hong Kong’s Open Magazine published an article
on Oct.2011.
Jiang Weiping, the author, is ex-northeast office director of
Wen Wei Po.
The article said that according to Beijing sources, Hu firmly
controls military power at the moment.
The “anti-corruption" talk is merely a tool of the power struggle
for the CCP to crack down on dissidents.
