【新唐人2011年12月10日訊】12月8號，是新疆克拉瑪依大火十七週年紀念日，民眾網上悼念在這次事件中被燒死的學生，但中共媒體沒有登出任何相關的紀念文章。
1994年12月8號，克拉瑪依市教育局為迎接上級官員，組織了中小學生的演藝活動，在活動現場的友誼賓館突發大火，325個生命遇難，其中包括288名中小學生。大火發生時，當地官員高喊：「讓領導先走」，克拉瑪依當地官員在事故中全部逃生。
《中國事務》主編伍凡表示，事故出現時，西方國家第一保護的是小孩，再次是婦女。他說，在國民黨的戰爭年代，對待小孩也是倍加呵護，因為他們是國家和民族的未來。
伍凡：「在抗日戰爭的時候，在國民黨的戰區，小孩子要遷移到後方去，國民黨蔣介石在抗日戰爭時期，經費那麼困難的情況下，把這些小孩、小學生、中學生、退到大後方去的統統養起來，免費給他們讀書，給他們吃，給他們穿，有成就的甚至送到國外去留學，這都是政府一手操辦的，這是歷史有記載的。」
近幾年中國頻頻發生各種傷害兒童的事件，「毒奶粉」、「毒疫苗」、「弒童案」、「汶川豆腐渣工程」、「校車事件」，「拐賣兒童」等層出不窮。人們因此發出「不要做中國小孩」的呼聲。
原「首都師範大學」教育科學院副教授李元華認為，中共的本性是「假、惡、鬥」，對小孩不重視甚至摧殘。即使在「六一兒童節」，黨魁想表達對小孩的關心，也只是要求送一兩個小孩去拍合影，連校門都沒踏入。
李元華：「它有兒童節，他好像是對兒童的重視，但實際上是在這個節日裡面，對幼兒進一步灌輸它的黨文化，它在這個節日裡，並不是形成整個社會慈幼的一個觀念，像傳統社會，它不是這樣，而是利用節日宣傳它自己。而並不是說用真正的一個節日，去落實一些對兒童重視的一些舉措。」
中國大陸「一胎化」政策，斷絕了中華子孫。而現實社會中，農民工小孩受歧視，富家子弟和官二代們卻嬌生慣養，橫行霸道。
另外，大陸拐賣兒童的現象也日益嚴重，失蹤兒童家長表示，當地政府和公安局的不作為，令家長感到無助，失蹤兒童父親孫海洋表示，如果是市長、局長的兒子丟失容易找到，而他的兒子走失後向警方報警，過了6天，警方才來詢問。
伍凡認為，共產黨的社會只考慮眼前怎樣當官，小孩是有益於國家將來的，對眼前當官並不重要，所以對小孩不重視。而在西方甚至同是中華民族的台灣，對小孩都極其重視。
伍凡：「公共教育在美國佔最大的主流，全部是由政府包的，其中還包交通運輸，台灣實行義務教育12年，中午有午餐，教育經費15%，所以台灣為甚麼出那麼多人才，他們的發明創造的成果跟他們的教育有關。」
被稱為中國「結石寶寶之父」的趙連海，因為參與「毒奶粉」受害兒童的維權而入獄，他表示，中國的孩子受到重視的程度連蟑螂都不如。

China’s Children Receive Less Attention than Cockroaches
December 8 marks the 17th anniversary of the Karamay fire
that took place in 1994 in Xinjiang.
The community initiates online mourning over student victims
of the tragedy.
The official media of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
has not removed any related commemorative articles.
The Karamay fire occurred on December 8, 1994.
In order to greet the arrival of higher officials,
Karamay City Board of Education organized students from
primary and junior schools to present arts performances.
A fire suddenly broke out in a theatre, resulting in 325 deaths,
288 of them being school children.
During the fire, CCP officials shouted,
“Let the leaders walk out first !"
The CCP local officials who attended the performance
all escaped from the accident.
Chief Editor of the Magazine China Affairs, Wu Fan, says that
in western countries, on the occasion of an accident,
children are the first priority to be protected,
and women are the next.
Wu Fan points out, that during the reign of the Kuomintang(KMT),
children were treated with great care, since they were viewed as the future of the nation.
Wu Fan says: “In the Sino-Japanese War period,
the resident children in the KMT War Zone were all migrated to the Zone of the Interior.
Under difficult financial circumstances, Chiang Kai-shek
raised these school children, providing them with free education, free food and clothes,
and even sent those distinguished students to study abroad.
All were sponsored by the KMT government; this has been recorded in history."
In recent years, frequent occurrences of injury to children
have been reported.
Such as Tainted milk, Toxic vaccine,
Cases of children murdered,
Wenchuan’s so called tofu dregs built schoolhouses,
School bus crashes, and child-trafficking.
Endless incidents have incited the community’s outcry,
“Don’t be Chinese children”.
Former Associate Professor at Capital Normal University,
Li Yuanhua, states that the nature of the CCP is “fake-evil-fighting”
The regime never takes children seriously,
it even destroys them.
If any particular CCP leader wants to express concern for children,
such as on the annual June 1st Children’s Day,
he is required to send one or two children
to take group photos with him,
while the leader himself does not even enter the school gate.
Li Yuanhua: “The CCP has a Children’s Day,
which attempts to display The Party’s concern for children.
But in reality, this festival has been used for the CCP
to drum its party culture into children’s heads.
Instead of inspiring the whole community to form a traditional
concept, that is, caring for the children, the regime utilizes the festival to propagandize itself.
The annual festival has never really been treated as a
special day to put into practice the initiatives related to caring for children.”
The CCP regime launched “one-child" policy in mainland China,
cutting off the reproduction of Chinese descendants.
In reality, the children of migrant workers suffer discrimination,
while the children of second-generation rich and officials,
in contrast, are spoiled and become tyrannical.
Additionally, child trafficking has become increasingly rampant.
Parents of missing children feel helpless due to the inaction of
CCP local authorities and public security bureaus.
Sun Haiyang, a missing boy’s father, said that if the son of
the mayor or a bureau chief were to be missing , he would be easier to locate.
Sun lost his son and called the police, but did not
get any attention from the police until six days later.
Wu Fan added that CCP officials only eye their posts,
The immediate question of how to get promotion is
more important than that of the welfare of children, or the future of the country.
In contrast, in the West and even in Taiwan, also a
Chinese nation-state, children are treated as high priorities.
Wu Fan says: " Public education remains the norm in the U.S.,
fully funded by the government, even containing transportation costs.
Taiwan implements a 12-year compulsory education, offering free lunch,
with annual an education budget reaching 15% of GDP.
That’s why Taiwan produces so many talented students,
their achievements and inventions have direct links to their education."
Zhao Lianhai, called the Father of China’s kidney stone babies,
was jailed for safeguarding the rights of the tainted milk victims.
Zhao said that, in China, the extent to which children receive
attention is even less than that paid to cockroaches.
