【新唐人2011年11月5日訊】美國11月3號公布的一份政府報告指出，中國和俄羅斯情報組織和企業駭客，透過網路攻擊竊取美國高科技研究和發展資料，用於本國經濟發展。這是美國官方首度公開指控中國大陸和俄羅斯的駭客攻擊行徑。中國網路專家和情報人員證實，美國的指控沒錯，不過受害者不只是美國。
這份題為《外國間諜在網路空間竊取美國經濟機密》的報告說，中國是世界上經濟間諜活動最多，最活躍的國家。
前中共情報官員向《新唐人》證實,中共一直在政治、經濟、軍事、科技等方面竊取美國信息。
李鳳智：「美國是中共國安的頭號目標，事實上美國也是世界上經濟很強大的國家嘛，中國要想維持在國際上的地位，維持自己所謂的崛起，包括國內一些問題的處理，都和美國有千絲萬縷的聯繫，情報工作當然就包括經濟啦。」
中國網路專家張新宇幾年年前創辦了全球自由信息運動網站，來聯合全世界網路愛好者消除中共對世界網路的威脅。他表示，中共在電腦教育領域廣泛進行駭客技術訓練。
張新宇：「凡是有電腦系的地方，都有一個所謂的電腦網路安全研究，就是搞電腦駭客，病毒研究。」
張新宇告訴記者，他曾經在廣東軍區的自動化指揮司講課，發現部隊裡還有這樣的比賽。
張新宇：「在軍隊裡，每年有一個大比武，不止一個項目，比誰能把誰給他用網路把它癱瘓啊，或者偷東西，中國現在硬體都是好幾套的，軍隊都是獨立的，軍隊一套光纖，公安又有一套公安系統的光纖，至少有三套網線。」
張新宇透露，中共花了大量的人民納稅錢來進行駭客研究。
張新宇：「全國搞肉雞﹙病毒﹚，發Email或者用個圖片解一下，就中了它的小木馬，有了這木馬，他再打開後門,把更大的程式輸入在你的電腦裡，他就可以隨時調動你的電腦，只要你的電腦開著，他專門有機構做這件事，那麼多人做，所以他調動的電腦在全世界肯定比美國要多，從這一點上來講，對世界就構成了一個大的威脅。」
他表示，中共現在在世界上可以同時調動上億的肉雞來為它服務，不過網路的自然屬性是開放的，而共產黨所做的剛好相反，做一個網路柏林牆要比破網軟體花上大於十倍的功夫。
報告說：中國和俄羅斯認為自己是美國的戰略競爭者，因此不遺餘力的收集美國的經濟信息和技術。台灣退休調查員吳子逸認為，共產國家歷來如此。
吳子逸：「尤其中共，這個是他的常態，各個國家都有它的大量的情報人員，大部分在國安局做情收的工作，到了每個國家可能掛的是外交人員，掛的是經濟人員，甚至是學者交流。」
上個月，美國眾議院情報委員會主席邁克•羅傑斯在國會聽證會上，呼籲美國和歐洲、亞洲的盟友一道，迫使中國停止這一活動。台灣中華經濟研究院吳惠林教授認為，唯有結束共產制度，才能達到目地。
吳惠林教授：「除非中國轉成一個自由民主的體制，才回歸比較健康的經濟發展成長的模式，不然對全世界也會造成非常大的破壞，現在不只是美國一個國家的問題，是全球都同樣的一個問題。」
吳惠林教授指出，中共的崎型經濟模式是全球經濟危機的根源，中共對經濟毀滅性的破壞應該引起全世界的重視。

US Criticizes CCP’s Hackers
On November 3, a U.S. intelligence report pointed out that
hackers and state sponsored intelligence agencies in China and Russia
are stealing high-tech research and development information
from the United States, for their own economic development.
This is the first time that the United States officially accused
China and Russia of fostering hacker attacks.
Chinese Internet experts and intelligence officers confirmed
that the U.S. allegations are indeed true.
However, the United States is not the only victim.
The report, Foreign Espionage In Cyberspace To Steal
U.S. Economic Secrets, claimed that China is the world’s most active economic espionage nation.
Former Chinese intelligence officials told NTD TV that
the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been stealing information
from the United States in the political, economic, military, science,
and technology sectors.
Li Fengzhi: “The United States is the number one target
of the CCP’s State Security Bureau.
The United States has a strong economy.
China wants to maintain its international image,
to maintain its so-called rising star status, including the favorable handling of its domestic issues.
China is inextricably linked to the United States,
and thus, intelligence work will include economic espionage."
China internet expert, Zhang Xinyu, established an online
network of global freedom campaigns, a few years ago,
calling for Internet enthusiasts around the world
to work together to eliminate the CCP threat.
He said, regarding computer education,
the CCP both encourages and pays for hackers’ technical training.
Zhang Xinyu: “Wherever there are computer departments,
there is so-called computer network security research,
which teaches students about computer hacking
and virus research."
Zhang Xinyu told reporters that he had once given lectures
in the director’s office in Guangdong Military District, and found that they actually hold hacking contests.
Zhang Xinyu: “The army has a contest every year.
In various projects, they compete against one another
to see who can paralyze a network or steal some data the fastest.
China now has several sets of computer hacking hardware.
The army is has its own set of optical fibers
and the police have their own set.
There are at least three sets of optical fibers in all.”
Zhang Xinyu said the CCP regime spends a lot of tax money
to train today’s Chinese hackers.
Zhang Xinyu: 10:22 “The whole nation is using a virus
called Chicken.
Once a hacker sends an email or an image to you,
and you click on it, a Trojan will be installed on your computer.
When this happens, a backdoor program will be opened,
allowing hackers to transfer bigger programs onto your computer.
Therefore, any time you use your computer, the hacker
will have access to all of your files.
Hackers have special organizations that they work with.
The fact that there are so many hackers out there
using other people’s computers, constitutes a major threat to the world."
Zhang Xinyu said that the CCP now utilizes millions of
Chicken viruses throughout the world.
The Internet is naturally open, so the CCP has to spend 10 times
the money and effort to create an Internet Berlin Wall (firewall), than it takes to develop a software to overcome the firewall.
The report said China and Russia think of themselves
as strategic competitors of the United States,
so they spare no effort in collecting information
on U.S. technology and the economy.
Wu Ziyi, a retired investigator, said that communist countries
have always been this way.
Wu Ziyi: “Especially the CCP, hacking is very normal to them.
There are a large number of Chinese intelligence officers
in every country, working directly with China’s State Security Bureau.
These people pose as diplomatic staff, economic personnel,
and even exchange students."
Last month, at a Congressional hearing, Chairman Mike Rogers,
of the U.S. House of Representatives Intelligence Committee,
urged the United States, Europe, and Asian allies,
to force China to stop its nefarious hacking activities.
However, Professor Wu Huilin, of Taiwan’s China Institute
of Economic Research, said we would have to eliminate communism in order to reach that goal.
Professor Wu Huilin: “Unless China turns into a free democratic
system, it will never experience healthy economic development
and growth, which will not only damage the U.S. economy,
but the world’s economy.
Professor Wu Huilin pointed out that China’s warped
economic model is at the root of the global economic crisis and desperately needs the world’s attention.
