North Korea says that talks to end its nuclear weapons program is “useless" and they plan to restart its plant that makes plutonium.
北韓表示終止其核武計畫的談判“無效”，他們計畫重新啟用提煉鈽的工廠。
The comments come in response to the U.N. Security Council on Monday unanimously condemning North Korea’s long-range rocket launch nearly two weeks ago. They say the move is against international law and are calling for increased sanctions on the state.
聯合國安理會在周一時全體成員國一致譴責北韓在兩周前發射的長程火箭，對此北韓做了上述回應。安理會認為該行為違反國際法，並正要求增加對該國的制裁。

North Korea’s foreign ministry issued its statement through the state controlled news media.

North Korea began dismantling its Soviet-era nuclear plant more than a year ago as part of a disarmament-for-aid deal it reached with China, Japan, Russia, South Korea and the United States.
一年多前，北韓開始拆除其蘇聯時代的核電廠，作為它執行與中國、日本、俄羅斯、韓國和美國棄核換援的部分協議。
But experts say the North could have its plant running again in as little as three months.
但是專家表示，北韓能在三個月內讓核電廠再次運轉。
“We will take the measure for restoring to their original state the nuclear facilities which had been disabled under the agreement of the six-party talks. We will be putting their operation back on track and fully reprocess the spent fuel rods churned out from the pilot atomic power plant."
「我們將設法讓根據六方會談協議下摧毀的核設備恢復原狀。我們將讓它正常運作，並將小規模試驗性質的核電廠產生的廢燃料杆全部再加工。」
Currently the North has enough plutonium to build six to eight atomic bombs.
目前北韓有足以製造六到八枚原子彈的鈽存量。
