Salty Fish Claypot Rice Homemade Easy
食材份量 Ingredients
40g 鹹魚 40g salted fish
300克梅頭豬肉 300g pork shoulder
少許菜(隨意你選擇) A small bunch of choi sum / any greens
醃豬肉配料 Pork Marinade
1½茶匙生抽 1½ tsp soy sauce
¼茶匙黑椒碎 ¼ tsp coarse black pepper
半茶匙糖 half tsp sugar
一茶匙生粉+2湯匙水 1 tsp potato starch + 2 TBS water
一茶匙紹興酒 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
半茶匙麻油 half tsp sesame oil
煲仔飯配料 Claypot rice aromatics
四粒蒜頭(切碎) 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
一隻辣椒(切絲) 1 red chilli (thinly sliced)
五片薑(切絲) 5 ginger pieces (thinly sliced)
五克豬油(或菜油也可) 5g/5ml lard or oil
煲仔飯豉油 Claypot rice sauce
1½湯匙生抽 1½TBS soy sauce
一茶匙老抽 1 tsp dark soy sauce
1½茶匙糖 1½ sugar
一湯匙水 1 TBS water
半茶匙麻油 half tsp sesame oil
攪勻便可 Mix together in a bowl
