【新唐人北京時間2018年10月24日訊】自製雞蛋豆腐,用雞蛋和豆漿來製作,比例是:1杯的蛋就加1杯半的豆漿。
自製雞蛋豆腐 Homemade Egg Tofu
材料
雞蛋 3顆
豆漿 260cc
Ingredients
3 eggs
260CC soy milk
調味料
玉米粉 1茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
Seasoning
1 teaspoon corn flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
作法
1. 雞蛋打至大碗中,加入豆漿、過篩的玉米粉及鹽一起充分打勻。
2. 用濾網過濾後倒入模型容器中。
3. 電鍋外鍋放入蒸架,加1杯水,按下開關蓋上鍋蓋,至蒸氣冒起、水開後,將作法2移入鍋中。
4. 蓋上鍋蓋,邊緣留縫隙使蒸氣能排出,蒸約15分鐘後取出放涼即可。
Preparation Instructions
1. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, add soy milk, sifted corn flour and beat thoroughly and evenly.
2. Strain through a sieve into a mold.
3. Place a steam rack in the outer pot of the rice cooker. Add 1 cup of water, and switch on the cooker. Cover with the lid until steam rises. After the water comes to a boil place the mold from step 2 into the pot.
4. Cover the pot and leave a gap so that the steam can escape, and let it steam for about 15 minutes, then remove and let cool.
