食材 Ingredients

中筋麵粉 300g All purpose flour

熱水 120ml Hot Water

室溫水 95ml Water, room temperture

中筋麵粉兩湯匙 2sp All purpose flour

食用油五湯匙 5sp cooking oil

盬半茶匙 1/2-2/3 tsp Salt

蔥綠 250g-300g green onion, green part only
