Milk (A): 210g
Quick yeast: 7g
Unsalted butter: 50g
Bread flour: 330g
Salt: 7g
Milk (B): some
First fermentation:
Keep between 24 ~ 28℃
humidity over 60%
Take 60~70 mins
Second fermentation:
Take 45~60mins0
Preheat the oven to 180 ℃ (350 ℉), baking for about 22 mins.
