For the filling (total a little more than 3 cups)
1 ounce of dangmyeon (sweet potato starch noodles)
8 ounces pork belly, minced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup chopped onion
8 ounces fermented kimchi, chopped into small pieces
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
