材料(四人份量)Ingredients (4 people portion):
二百克白飯魚 200g Chinese noodle fish
三隻中型雞蛋 3 medium size eggs
一茶匙粟粉或生粉 1tsp corn starch/potato starch
半茶匙麻油 1/2tsp sesame oil
一茶匙魚露 1tsp fish sauce
一片薑渣出半茶匙薑汁 1/2 tsp ginger juice
半茶匙紹興酒 1/2 tsp Shaoxing wine
六分一茶匙胡椒粉 1/6 tsp ground pepper
四分一茶匙砂糖 1/4tsp sugar
四分一茶匙幼鹽 1/4tsp salt
