【新唐人北京時間2018年02月11日訊】今天教大家做發財好市湯,是一道新年菜式,主要材料用發菜(發財)和蠔豉(好市,生意興旺的意思),寓意新的一年財源滾滾來。
冬菇8隻 – 8 Chinese mushrooms
蠔豉/金蠔8隻 – 8 dried oysters
髮菜1兩(約40克) – 40g of black moss
雞粉1茶匙 – 1tsp of chicken powder
生抽1湯匙 – 1tbsp of light soy sauce
生粉1茶匙 – 1tsp of cornstarch
鹽半茶匙 – half tsp of salt
蠔油1湯匙 – 1tbsp of oyster sauce
糖1茶匙 – 1tsp of sugar
黑胡椒粉適量 – a pinch of black pepper
金華火腿3片(隨意)- 3 slices of Chinese cured ham (optional)
蒜頭12個 – 12 cloves of garlic
厚薑塊4片 – 4 slices of ginger
紅蔥頭2個 – 2 shallots
麻油1茶匙 – 1tsp of sesame oil
浸泡冬菇的水(400毫升) – 400ml of soaked mushroom water
唐生菜200克 – 200g of Chinese Lettuce
紹興酒1湯匙 – 1tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
老抽半茶匙 – half tsp of dark soy sauce
胡蘿蔔花 – Carrot slices for garnish
薑汁酒:
薑汁1湯匙 – 1tbsp ginger juice
紹興酒2湯匙 – 2tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
