Andrew Taylor現在36歲;
今年1月1日,他的體重竟然達到了151Kg,可是332磅啊!

是的!在每天只吃土豆的情況下,Taylor的體重在短短一個月內下降了10Kg(22磅)。
Taylor覺得,吃土豆改變了自己的一些不良的飲食習慣,讓自己不再把食物當作一種享樂的方法。「我運動更多了,渾身充滿了精力。」

對於Taylor的實驗,營養專家們是怎麼說的呢?許多營養學家認為,雖然馬鈴薯能補充卡路里,也含有許多維他命,礦物質及纖維素,但只吃土豆會讓人體缺少蛋白質,脂肪和鈣。
Taylor也認為,雖然到目前為止試驗在他身上起到了好效果,但他並不建議別人效仿,因為這只是他針對自己做的個人試驗而已。
