十年冤獄 吉林徐會建被迫害致死

據「法輪大法明慧網」7號報導，吉林省法輪功學員徐會建，2001年4月，在法輪功學員印製真相資料時，被中共警察私闖民宅強行抓走。在失蹤將近兩年後，家人才知道他被綁架並且在2002年10月份被非法判刑十年，關押在吉林監獄。家人去監獄探望，發現他已經瘦得皮包骨。

十年冤獄期間，徐會建多次遭受酷刑迫害，加上生活條件惡劣，致使他感染肺結核病，嚴重時更多次咳血。2011年4月出獄回家後，徐會建的身體也沒能完全恢復，2014年12月24號離世，年僅41歲。

濟寧200多村民上訪 數十人被抓

山東省濟寧市鄒城市北宿鎮西故村的200多名村民，6號到濟寧市政府門前跪求請願，抗議村書記貪污搬遷款，遭到特警毆打抓捕，大約40名村民被抓走。

海民眾祭奠踩踏死難者被關押

大陸《六四天網》報導，6號，上海部分訪民到上海外灘陳毅廣場，祭奠踩踏事件的死難同胞，近30名訪民被警方押送到上海府村路救助站關押，直到晚上8點多也沒有放入，不給食物也不給水喝。

兩律師前往佳木斯看守所會見被拒絕

大陸人權律師唐吉田7號在微信上發消息說，律師王宇和張維玉當天達到佳木斯看守所準備會見被非法關押的法輪功學員，但是被拒絕。據說，建三江法院已經給看守所發文件，不允許律師會見，理由是律師當庭拒絕辯護。

Let’s look at the brave rights defending activities

of the repressed Chinese people.

Xu Huijian Died After 10 Years of Persecution

In a recent Minghui.org report, Xu Huijian, a Falun Gong

practitioner from Jilin Province, was forcibly taken away

by the police in April of 2001.

His family did not learn of his abduction

until two years later.

He was also illegally sentenced to 10 years in prison

in October of 2002.

When his family finally visited him in jail,

he was all skin and bones.

During the 10 years of unjust imprisonment,

Xu was tortured.

Due to the poor living conditions he became infected with

tuberculosis and experienced hemoptysis multiple times.

After he was released in April 2011, Xu never fully recovered

and passed away on Dec. 24, 2014 at the age of 41.

Dozens of Jining Villagers Arrested During Protest

More than 200 villagers in Jining City, Shandong Province,

kneeled down in front of city hall on the 6th to beg for justice.

The village party secretary embezzled their relocation fee.

The government deployed special police to beat

the villagers and arrested roughly 40.

Petitioners Were Arrested for Commemorating Stampede Victims

Some of the petitioners in Shanghai visited Chenyi Square

of Bund to pay tribute to the victims of stampede,

reported 64tianwang.com.

But nearly 30 were arrested by police.

They have been held at the shelter since the morning.

They were still there at 8 p.m. that day,

and were not given food or water.

Jiansanjiang Court Denied Lawyers’ Request to Meet Defendants

Human rights lawyer Tang Jitian stated on WeChat

on the 7th that Jiamusi Detention Center declined lawyers’

request to meet the defendants.

It is said that Jiansanjiang Court has issued a document

to ban lawyers from meeting illegally jailed

Falun Gong practitioners.

The reason was that lawyers Wang Yu and Zhang Weiyu

refused to defend in the court.

In addition, in order to stop defendant Shi Mengwen’s father

from attending the court hearing on the 8th,

the family has been placed under house arrest.

Jiansanjiang authorities dispatched a large number

of agents to conduct 24-hour surveillance.

The families are not allowed to go out or grocery shopping.
