7律師赴建三江 再遭刁難

12月30號，大陸律師王宇、襲祥棟、藺其磊等7人，再次前往黑龍江建三江農墾法院，辦理代理案件的相關手續，又一次遭到法警暴力對待。

當天下午3點多，7名律師剛剛被主審法官帶進會議室四名法警就闖入，對藺其磊、張維玉等律師強拉硬拽，要求對律師們的證件進行登記及安檢，遭到7名律師的斷然拒絕。律師們隨後離開法院。

今年3月，建三江當局曾非法拘留四名為法輪功學員提供法律援助的律師，並打斷了他們的24根肋骨。這個月17號，建三江當局又對4名法輪功學員非法開庭，8名辯護律師因法庭多處程序違法退庭抗議。

《百年憲政》製片人被判刑

前華東政法大學副教授張雪忠透露，記錄片《百年憲政》的製片人瀋勇平，因發起社會捐資，被控非法經營一案，12月30號在中共北京巿朝陽區法院宣判，瀋勇平被判刑一年。

福建莆田反化工廠事件升級數千人打砸鎮政府

據《中國茉莉花革命》網站30號報導，福建省莆田市仙遊縣東海鎮的數千村民，為阻止大型化工項目落戶當地，29號、30號連續兩天與警察發生激烈衝突，過程中數十輛公安、特警車輛被砸翻，鎮政府大樓被砸毀。雙方都有多人受傷，網上有消息說，幾個老人被警方打死。

當局增派大量武警、特警到當地進行武力鎮壓，目前事件仍在發展中。

Seven Lawyers Continue Battle Against Jiansanjiang Court.

On Dec. 30, seven lawyers including Wang Yu, Xi

Xiangdong and Lin Qilei returned to Jiansanjiang

court in Heilongjiang Province for relevant case

procedures, and were treated violently by bailiffs.

On the afternoon of Dec. 30 the judge led

the lawyers to the meeting room.

Then four bailiffs suddenly showed up, and forcibly

dragged lawyers Lin Qilei and Zhang Weiyu away.

They demanded registration and security checks on the

lawyers’ identification cards.

They were flatly rejected by the lawyers.

The lawyers have left the court.

Jiansanjiang authorities illegally detained four lawyers

defending Falun Gong practitioners’ cases in March.

They broke a total of 24 ribs of the four lawyers while in

detention.

On Dec. 17, Jiansanjiang authorities conducted an illegal

trial against four Falun Gong practitioners.

They met with resistance from eight defense lawyers.

The lawyers protested the numerous illegal procedures

of the court by retiring from the hearing.

Film Maker Sentenced

Attorney Zhang Xuezhong revealed that filmmaker

Shen Yongping was sentenced one year in jail.

Chaoyang District Court in Beijing found him guilty of

initiating donations for the filming and running an illegal

business on Dec. 30.

Shen Yongping is the filmmaker of a documentary

on the country’s 100-year quest for constitutional rule.

Anti-Chemical Plant Protest in Putian Escalates.

According to Chinese Jasmine Revolution report on Dec. 30

clashes erupted on Dec. 29 and 30th between thousands of

villagers and the police in Putian of Fujian Province. Villagers

opposed local construction of large scale chemical projects.

Dozens of police and SWAT team vehicles were overturned

and hit. The town hall was also attacked.

Injuries happened on both sides.

Online information revealed several elderly were hit

and killed by the police.

Authorities have deployed a large number of armed police

and special police forces. The clash is still ongoing.
