郭飛雄案二度庭審
中國知名維權人士郭飛雄被控「聚眾擾亂公共場所秩序」案,28號上午在廣州天河法院二度開庭審理。
有到現場的人士說,法院周圍戒備森嚴,前去聲援的幾名維權人士被抓走。另外,當天在湖南衡陽,有十幾位維權人士公開舉牌,對郭飛雄表示聲援。
遼寧三名法輪功學員失蹤
「法輪大法明慧網」28號報導,遼寧省鞍山市臺安縣,三位女性大法弟子,瀋桂英、劉立和高秋影,26號下午外出後被綁架。「明慧網」呼籲有條件人士緊急收集信息曝光。
擔保公司難保 投資人怒阻鐵路
河南省新鄉市「騰飛擔保公司」因為資金鍊斷裂無法還款,引發上千名投資人連續幾天示威。27號中午,幾百名投資人在新鄉火車站附近集會,向政府討說法,並衝進火車站,一度阻斷京廣鐵路線,隨後遭到警察鎮壓,多人被毆打抓捕。
有投資人在網絡表示,這件事新鄉市政府難辭其咎,由於新鄉市政府讓「騰飛擔保公司」給不良企業貸款,才導致公司倒閉關門。
千餘訪民上訪 當局嚴陣以待
民生觀察工作室報導,28號下午,上千名訪民在國家信訪局大院內維權。訪民們表示,因為12月10號是「世界人權日」,即使被截訪回去,他們也會再次來到北京,呼籲政府保障人權。當局則派出10輛大型公交車,20多輛警車防範和抓捕訪民。

Guo Feixiong Goes on Trial a Second Time
Renowned human rights activist Guo Feixiong’s case went to
a second trial in Tianhe Court, Guangzhou Province,
on the morning of Nov. 28.
He was charged with “disturbing order in a public space".
Witnesses said the court was heavily guarded.
Several activists who tried show solidarity with Guo
were arrested.
On the same day, a dozen activists also displayed placards
in support of Guo Feixiong, in Hengyang of Hunan Province.
Three Liaoning Falun Gong Practitioners Are Missing
On Nov. 28, Minghui.org reports, three female Falun Gong
practitioners from Liaoning Province were kidnapped
on the afternoon of the 26th.
They were Shen Guiying, Liu Li and Gao Qiuyin.
Minghui.org called for exposure and collection
of the relevant information on the kidnapping and the officials.
Investors Block Railroad in Protest
Mass protests over the breakage of the finance chain in an
investment company, “Tengfei,” in Xinxiang City, Henan Province,
have lasted for days.
On the noon of 27th, hundreds of investors gathered near
Xinxiang Railway Station and demanded an explanation
from the government.
Protestors stormed into the train station and blocked
the Beijing-Guangzhou railway line.
Police repression followed with many people being attacked
and arrested.
Investors revealed online that the Xinxiang government
ought to be blamed.
The government had allowed the company to provide loans
to bad businesses and subsequently the company
had to close down.
CCP Are Ready to Fight Against Thousands of Petitioners
According to a msguancha.com report, a petition from
thousands took place at the courtyard of the State Bureau
for Letters and Calls on the afternoon of Nov. 28.
In relation to World Human Rights Day on Dec. 10,
the petitioners said they will continue calling for the protection
of their human rights even when faced with the threat of arrest.
Beijing has arranged for 10 buses and more than 20 police vehicles
to be stationed outside of the State Bureau for Letters and Calls
to defend against and arrest the petitioners.
