烏魯木齊法輪功學員被迫害離世

據大陸《維權網》23號報導，22號凌晨3點左右，家住烏魯木齊的趙一蔓接到公安電話，要她去公安監獄醫院，為母親孔秋閣辦理取保候審的手續。趙一蔓見到母親時，屍體已經僵硬冰涼。

報導說，孔秋閣是一名法輪功學員，幾個月前被當局非法刑事拘留，連辯護律師會面也被拒絕。知情者說，孔秋閣在公安監獄醫院裡被帶著腳鐐，十分虛弱。不排除因長期虐待導致死亡。

上海三位70歲老人被判刑

海外《明慧網》23號報導，上海三位70多歲的法輪功學員，21號上午在徐匯法院被非法判刑。其中兩人被判三年，一人被判三年零六個月。其中，年近80的龔乃芳絕食抵制迫害，導致吐血。家人提出保外就醫，但被警方拒絕。

三位老人今年2月20號上午，和其他十幾名法輪功學員一起觀看神韻光碟時，被徐匯區國保警察抓捕。

內蒙古教師罷課三天

10月20號到22號，內蒙古包頭市高新一中、高新二中的數百名教師持續罷課3天，在校內靜坐，要求學校給予編製。

據了解，這些教師工作四年多沒有獲得編製，因此目前月工資只有2000元左右，沒有五險一金，不能評職稱。

重慶業主維權被毆打

22號，重慶市九龍坡區，保利愛尚裡小區的一百多名業主前往小區售樓處維權，遭大量保安、警察鎮壓，多人被打，6名業主被抓。業主們當晚繼續到石坪橋派出所示威，要求放人。

據了解，因為開發商虛假宣傳，房屋質量問題等原因，當地業主已經多次維權，但是一直沒有結果。

Falun Gong Practitioner Persecuted to Death

According to a report published on Oct.23 by China’s

Weiquanwang.org, at 3 a.m. on Oct.22, Urumuqi resident

Zhao Yiman received a phone call from Public Security

asking her to go to the Public Security prison hospital.

She had to manage her mother Kong Qiuge’s bail procedure.

When Zhao saw her mother, her mother’s body was cold.

The report says Kong Qiuge was a Falun Gong practitioner.

She was illegally detained by the authorities a few months ago.

She was denied the right to meet lawyers.

Insiders said Kong Qiuge was chained up while at

the public security prison hospital.

She was very weak and possibly died of long-term abuse.

Three Shanghai Elderly Citizens in Their 70s Sentenced

Overseas media minghui.org reported on Oct.23, that three

Falun Gong practitioners from Shanghai in their 70’s were

illegally sentenced by Xuhui Court on Oct. 21.

Two of them were sentenced to three years in prison,

one was sentenced to three-and-half years.

Among them, Gong Naifang nearly 80 years old went on

hunger strike to resist the persecution, and vomited blood.

Her family’s appeal for medical parole was denied.

The three elderly practitioners were arrested by

Xuhui District National Security police on Feb. 20.

They were watching the Shenyun Performing Arts CD

together with a dozen Falun Gong practitioners.

Inner Mongolia Teachers Went on Strike For Three Days

From Oct. 20 to 22, hundreds of teachers from First Gaoxin

Middle-School and the Second Gaoxin Middle-School were

on strike, asking the school to provide them with contracts

for their positions.

These teachers did not get a formal contract even after four

years. They only have a payment of 2,000 yuan per month,

with no insurance or benefit, they are not qualified for formal

title evaluation or promotion either.

Chongqing Property Owners Beaten Up

On Oct.22, over 100 property owners from Jiulongpo District,

Chongqing City defended their rights at the neighborhood

apartment sales office. They were suppressed by a large number

of security members and policemen. Six people were arrested.

They continued to protest at the Shipingqiao Police Station

that evening when asking police to release those arrested.

It is understood that the property owners have tried

many times to defend their rights.

The developers used false advertising and sold housing with

quality problems. But the owners have not got any results.
